It's insanely light.
Chain of did (The higher ones)
First of all, it is so light that you would think it was plastic when you hold it.
And when pressed, the Rear is clearly lighter.
Also, it is now easier to SHIFT UP.
I am satisfied, but I am afraid I gave it 4 stars because I did not feel the effect as I expected, perhaps I was expecting too much, and I personally would have preferred a more subdued color.

Exchange together
[How is it used?
The ironclad rule is to replace the Sprocket at the same time when replacing the Chain, but it was a hassle, so I bought just the Chain. But I found that the Sprocket was worn out more than I had expected, so much so that I had to hang it up in one place. I ignored the teachings of my predecessors and ended up having to do it twice. I laughed at my own stupidity, didn't I?
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is just like the Image. I was impressed by the clean cutting and the quintessential SUNSTAR, not just toothpaste.
Was the installation difficult?
Remove the rear wheel and remove the old Sprocket from the hub carrier and replace it. At that time, you should also replace the Hub damper to avoid having to do it twice. If you can do that, you are an intelligent person.
How was your experience with it?
I was able to firmly stretch the Chain. The subtle one-sided stretching symptom was worn from the altered wear of the Sprocket.

Yes
Was the installation difficult?
Unknown because I asked Shupp to do it, but I think it would be difficult for an amateur.
How was your experience with it?
At the same time, the front sprocket was changed to 15T and the chain was changed to DID Gold. This may be the reason that the fuel consumption is no longer less than 35 km/h.

520 for Conversion on the 2021 MT-09SP.
The Chain on my 2021 MT-09SP rusted due to forgetting to apply lube after cleaning, so I used this Sprocket as a 520 for Conversion while replacing it.
When selecting the rear sprocket, I thought that the Duralumin sprocket might wear out faster, so I also purchased the RACINGSteel, which seems to be more durable, but the Duralumin sprocket weighed about 310g and the RACINGSteel weighed about 870g, which was unexpectedly heavy. The RACINGSteel is heavier, and I thought that the Duralumin product would be better for the MT-09, which is characterized by its light handling, so I installed the RACINGSteel here.
If the Duralumin is worn out too quickly, I will replace it with RACINGSteel.
Installation is not particularly difficult, but there are holes at the same intervals next to the mounting holes, so if you want to install it, you can use these holes as well, so be careful when working in a dark place.
*I had seen on someone's blog that they had actually left marks where they had been installed incorrectly, so I thought no way, but I was about to actually do it when the sun went down on Blue Sky Garage.
After the installation, the synergistic effect of the front and rear Sprocket and 520 Chain was felt as the friction was reduced and the weight was lightened.
Specifically, when braking at low speeds with embracing the brakes, the car seems to move forward more than expected.
Also, when going uphill, I used to feel a little uneasy unless I was in 3rd gear, but now I feel like I can go uphill in 4th gear.
Unless you are a long distance runner or the latest SUPER SPORTS750 with 200 hp over, etc., I thought the Merit of lightness was Large, as the Duralumin product would hold up well there.

Secondary reduction ratio change to high gear ratio
[How is it used?
FZS600 has the Largeest Torque of 6.2kg and Mission's 6-speed GEAR ratio is 1.074, which is enough for practical use but at high speed cruising, the car is running 100km/h at 5000rpm in 6th gear. I decided to change the front and rear sprockets and set a high geared secondary reduction ratio to lower the cruising speed a little more.
Was the one you received as per Image?
This lightweight Sprocket is anodized in Champagne gold. The processing quality is the most beautiful.
Was the installation difficult?
Since FZS600 is equipped with a center stand, the rear tire is floated, the wheel is removed, the Sprocket Nut is removed using the Impact Driver, the OEM Sprocket is replaced, the Nut is tightened using the Torque wrench, and the wheel is re-installed on the Swing Arm. Then, the Wheel is installed on the Swing Arm, the Chain tension is adjusted, and the work is finished. Even if you work at a leisurely pace, two hours should be sufficient.
How was your experience with it?
After changing the Driven Sprocket from OEM 15T to 17T and the Driven Sprocket from OEM 48T to 44T, and changing the secondary reduction ratio from 3.200 to 2.588, 100km/h cruising in 6th gear at 4000rpm became possible. Even with a secondary reduction ratio of 2.588, there was no lack of torque or difficulty in riding, and in fact, there was no jerkiness at low speeds, making the setting easy to drive and fatigue-free. However, the Axel is still too tight and the Axel opening angle increases, causing wrist fatigue, so we replaced it with an ACTIVE Throttle inner pipe 42Φ and compensated by making it High Solo. (OEM Throttle inner pipe is 37Φ)
In the case of FZS600, the fixing method of the Driven Sprocket is NutFixed Type as mentioned above, so both sides of the Sprocket can be used, making it more economical. (With the taper bolt type, only one side can be used.)
Also, the chain size was changed from the OEM 530 to 520 to match the front and rear Sprocket replacement to reduce weight.
[Included Parts:were they on?
None
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I didn't notice it with the OEM Iron Sprocket, but the DuraluminSprocket has a GEAR squeal, or a squeaky operating noise. the Chain line is straight and not Gap, so is it a Material specific sound? It doesn't bother me that much during the ride, so I leave it alone.

SUNSTAR is still a perfect circle
The front and rear Sprocket and Chain are replaced at the same time, so this may not be a review for Single Body, but for Large Body, I think the Chain Sprocket is replaced at the same time, so please refer to it…
As I wrote in the Chain Review, after the replacement, the push and pull of the Motorcycle became lighter.
This may be a Large effect of Chain, but I still feel that it is somewhat related.
I personally like the slightly understated Champagne gold look, which is very pleasing, not glaringly like XAM.
And SUNSTAR's unique roundness processing technology is also very reassuring for my mental health.
The durability is indeed inferior to OEMetc. steel, but it is a TradeOff of Parenthesis quality and lightness.
Compared to the removed OEM iron Sprocket, the lightness is overwhelming.
If you can agree with that, you will not lose anything by buying it.
I did the replacement by myself, but it is necessary to remove and install the wheel, so if you do not have a certain level of equipment, knowledge, and experience, it would be safer to ask a shop to do it for you.

Selection of number of pieces and delivery time are fat
Used for GALE SPEED Wheels. 630 KATANA was converted to 520 via 530 in OEM.
All of my vehicles use Sunstar Duralumin, except for my old Ducati, and I am not a big fan of aluminum.
Considering the Lineup of Reduction Ratio, Aluminum has a wider range than Steel, so there is a high probability that the result will be Aluminum.
Steel is fine, but I feel that aluminum makes me want to keep it beautiful, so that I can get into the habit of cleaning it more often.

Durability.
I used it when I converted from 525 to 520 on my Z900RS and it is about 600g lighter.
I was worried about the durability, but since I don't go to the Circuit, it has hardly worn off even after 20,000 km.
On the other hand, if it is for Touring with less load, I didn't think it was necessary to choose OEM or iron, only Merit.

Large Wide weight reduction
We were able to reduce the weight by nearly 1 kg by replacing the OEM's ridiculously large and heavy iron Sprocket.
I converted it to a 520 with another Large Motorcycle and it has about 20,000 km and has hardly been reduced.
It is the Parts that can only be Merit.
