About quality and texture - The rear suspension from Ohlins is made from micined billet aluminium featuring a silver anodized surface finishe, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - This rear suspension offers multiple spring options so everyone is covered for your weight and riding style. Obviously way better then the original units with there heavier rated springs and preload adjusting collars and the looks when fitted to the yellow Monkey 125 with it's matching gold front forks is the best. Products to buy together - The suspension on the Monkey 125 would have to be the worst part of this mini moto, so after the purchasing of this high quality rear suspension the essential product to purchase to complete your suspension upgrade would be the Ohlins front fork insert kit but sadly Webike Japan do not have this product available but you can purchase it from Webike Thailand. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the rear suspension is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the rear suspension between the frame and the swingarm. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Ohlins sell to be higher then what most other companies sell their products for and the rear suspension is no different, but this is due to the high quality materials used and the consistent high quality finish of their products. About shipping and packaging - With there being no option for sea freight or EMS for the rear suspension, I had to chose FEDEX which is priced higher then I like to usually spend on shipping. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. We did not like the hanghang feel of the OEM suspension, so we chose OHLINS, which had been installed in our previous car and had a good feel.

Was the installation difficult?
I referred to a video of the installation on youtube.
I was able to install it by myself with a Pantograph jack and Torque wrench from for Vehicle (at my own risk).
How was your experience with it?
Unlike the OEM suspension, it is still moist and the bumps are controlled.
(Pre-road and Rebound are the weakest settings)
However, the ride height is slightly increased, so the footing is not as good as it could be.

I installed OHLINS on my Z900RS, but when I installed the SEOEM Dust cover, the Preload Adjuster was facing the opposite direction and the StickerLogo was hidden. So I bought this StickerLogo.

I bought the OHLINS because I didn't like the hard, thrusting feeling of the OEM.
For now, I rode it on the standard setting for about 30 minutes, and it reduced the thrust over bumps and such to a great extent.
I haven't driven on mountain passes etc., so I'm thinking of making adjustments from now on.
It is not a cheap purchase, but the ride is much better than OEM.
Well, it looks and feels like it's been customized, so I thought it was a good idea.
Installation could be done in about 30 minutes if you know how to do it.
Overall I am satisfied with the product because it was cheaper than buying it at the store.

Changed to Analog
The 2019 ZX-10RR has an electronic Steering Damper, but when used with Circuit, it can be changed to an Analog Steering Damper if you prefer. I am also an Analogist so I changed it.
Some modification is required for installation:the OEM plastic collar will come in contact with the body of the Steering Damper when the center portion is installed. Therefore, it is necessary to shave the resin collar a little before installation. Other than that, we were able to install without modification.
Damping pressure can be adjusted in 20 steps for fine setting.
The OEM Steering Damper has a Black body, while the SD000 has a Silver body. Personally, I prefer the Silver body.
I've used SD000 on other vehicles so I'm not worried about performance, and I'm looking forward to testing it on my ZX-10RR since I haven't been able to drive it again.
It is recommended to refer to the manual for tightening torque of screws, etc., as they are important parts.

I installed it on a 2009 FIMODEL with AB27. The Hydraulic Damper is still good. As I expected, the fee ring is exquisite when stroking. I have only reduced the damper by about 5mm, but it is still enough. This makes me want to replace the Front as well! If you like hydraulic fee rings, I recommend it, although the price is high. 10 years - Oil seepage occurred in the ROD of the OEMSteering Damper just before 40,000 km.
OEM is electronic 50,000 yen
OHLINS is more expensive but Overhaulable.
L1 to MODEL is a cinch to Access to Steering Damper
Upper Cowl can be removed by removing the two panels on the underside to reveal the face, and can be detached.
If anything, a few extension bars of different lengths for the box wrench would be useful.

Satisfied OHLINS
When I ordered in December, it was scheduled to arrive in late January, but I finally received it in early July.
Then came the extreme heat and cooler weather in October, and it was finally installed.
Bolt interfered with tank and could not be installed, called GSense to resolve. The bolt on the bottom could not be installed, so I called GSense again and found out that it could not be installed if the ZETA Lowering Link was installed.
The instruction manual also describes how to install the upper part, but it is difficult to understand with only one line.
It is my own fault for not reading the Instruction Manual...
As for my impression, it felt hard when I started out, but once I got going, it was very easy to ride coupled with its suppleness.
I feel that Winding can do Line and Trace more smoothly than before.
I feel that Rear has become more honest than before and I don't feel afraid of falling down as much as before.
Since the damping force is left at the default value, it would be more enjoyable to find a set-up to your liking after a bit of riding.
Although the price is certainly high, it gives me enough satisfaction, and I am still glad I bought it.
