Used on a 23 TENERE 700. Arrived ahead of schedule.
There is no complicated structure, so if you have experience in DIY maintenance, etc., you should be able to install it without problems.
The connection to the exhaust pipe was deformed inward, but if you tap it with a hammer, it will go in, and the installation error of the hanger is within the range where it can be attached by pulling slightly.
If you remove the baffle, it sounds like a CUB without the baffle, so there are different tastes.

Exhaust sound is Large
This is a replacement with Full Exhaust System, but it is not difficult.
Although the removal of the cowl and, depending on the tool used, the removal of the right pedal (brake pedal) may be troublesome, I think it is a task within the range of anyone who can replace oil.
The sound is Large size because it is not Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence.
Sound itself is a good sound.
Gasket is not included and must be purchased separately.
Since even the screw threads of the bracket are painted (to stop them from turning?), care must be taken when installing the bracket. Therefore, care should be taken when installing the bracket.

I feel Torque is getting thicker.

Surprisingly, I feel that Torque has become thicker and easier to ride.
The Silencer is still set to NORMAL, so it does not look any different, but the sound is a little louder.
As mentioned in other impressions, the OEM Heat Guard hole position (in the middle) does not fit.

I think the sound quality is good, although I don't think it is that Large because of the Baffle.
It does not correspond to Japanese Vehicle Inspection.
I prefer to have a certain amount of SPEED out of the way for a better blowout.

It was necessary to buy an additional Nut on the Bolt for the Stay fixation of the intermediate Pipe suspension.
It is 1pc. of 10mm Pitch 1.25 fine Screw Nut, I bought it at Homsen.
The inside diameter of the connection on the Silencer side is 61.5Φ the same as the OEM.
Therefore, a slip-on silencer with a gasket can also be used.
However, the Gasket will not fit cleanly unless the caliber is fine-tuned.
An OEM Heat Guard can also be installed.
Slight adjustment of the Screw position was necessary here as well.
Large processing is not necessary, but a little ingenuity and processing is required.

Appearance and Driving Impressions
I asked the PRO to install it, but he said it was indeed an overseas product and the holes were not aligned, so a little modification was required.
The appearance is slim and refreshing, and the black color makes the forme look narrower.
The exhaust outlet rim is Fashion with Red One Point.
The variable valve on the normal muffler will be removed when this exhaust system is installed, so I added a Can Sera-Plug at the same time to prevent an error signal.
I think the sound is not so different from NORMAL when it is blown empty.
When running, the pulse sound is noticeably louder than in NORMAL, and the popping sound is also louder in Downshift.
Naturally, the Torque underneath seems to have been lost a little because of the improved disconnect, but not so much that it is bothersome.
By the way, this is a DCT vehicle, but it is a Sound that you can enjoy.

Slightly inaccurate
All of the Japanese-manufacturer products that we wanted were not available due to undecided delivery dates, so we decided to purchase SCORPION, which was currently available and relatively inexpensive. Since I was originally interested in this manufacturer, it was not a compromise. However, since it is an overseas product and has not received Japan Government Certificated certification, I feel a little guilty about it. The package arrived in two pieces of corrugated ball. After checking the parts, the installation work started. The work is done while looking at a simple Instruction Manual. If you are not confident, it is safer to have a store do the work for you. Without the Disc Grinder, it would have been a disaster. It is important to have a certain amount of tools for installation, because there were about two places where it was difficult to tighten the flange nut due to the shape of the pipe. I needed to use a special tool, but I had a good tool on hand, so I was able to get away with it. The volume and sound quality was better than expected, and I was pleasantly surprised. View detail

Idling is relatively quiet, but the sound when you turn it is quite loud! You can hear it when you turn it.
The sound is better, but the Torque seems to have dropped quite a bit, and since the Intake is still OEM, I'm going to change the Intake and see what happens.

Cosa & Design & Sound fitment Looks great in person!
At first, I was worried about AXIS Labo, but I found a video of SCORPION Exhaust System with zh2 on YouTube.
I bought it with my personal preference for Sound and Design price.
Unfortunately, the fact that it's not JMCA makes me hesitant to buy it, but...
As for Sound, although the bass sounds at the time of Idling in the situation where Baffle is put on, it is not possible to use it.
NORMAL It seemed almost unchanged from JMCA.
Of course, if you take off the Baffle, it sounds really nice and thick.

It is now lightweight!
The delivery time took a long time.
However, the diameter of the exhaust pipe was 5mm larger than the NORMAL pipe, so I had to remove the gasket to install it.
Because the sound is a little large feeling than NORMAL, it seems to be suitable for the car inspection, but I will try it in the next car inspection.
Above all, it became lightening considerably because it was about one third of the weight of Normal muffler.

One year, two months and 7,000 kilometres of use, mostly satisfied!
I wanted a shorter, tapered (no cylindrical Megaphone) shape. I would have been happy if the Connection Pipe was a little shorter, but it is within the acceptable range.
It's a non-standard product, but I chose this one because I couldn't find anything else for the shape priority. The sound is quiet enough. I got my hands on the Baffle so it's quiet but gives me a nice sounding harmony. If I were to compare it to the D Company's V, I would say it's the V.
I'm feeling anxious about the body installation Rivet of the hanging bracket, but it is safe so far.
I fasten Bracket to Tandem Plate, but it doesn't come close to each other, so I made a thicker Washer bite. I put a thicker Washer on it.
My Large dislike of Stainless Steel's burned color is still clean now, and I'm happy to say it's still clean.

As I said, foreign-made, be careful about installing it yourself!
After all, there was some trouble such as the diameter of the Belt that connects Pipe is not usable small, etc. Because there was no Washer, the fixation of the Muffler silencer part could not be done, and after all, the motorcycle shop was the place of the photograph. I had the footpeg's bolt holes shaved and installed.
I am satisfied with the quality of the product, both in terms of look and sound.
Power wise, the bottom remains the same and I'm happy with the better acceleration in 4th, 5th, and 6th gears and easier overtaking. It was better if there was a torque up at low speeds, but the response at high speeds was better.

Cost performance ◎
I'm quite grateful for this price for the Full Exhaust System.
I really like the look of it.
The car is lighter and easier to handle.
The sound is still like a 250cc...but it sounds really good when you raise the rpm's.
The only trouble was that the screw that came with it didn't fit when I installed it, so I was very impatient.
I managed to get it on, but as a result, it took quite a bit of time for the Screw part.
Recommendations are made to install in plenty of time.
