Installed well
I tried installing from stock 37T to 38T.
The result is improved acceleration but lower top speed.

I installed 36T with 520Conversion in Zr-7.
I have not researched it in detail, but I think the only 520Sprocket for Zr-7 is lineuped only by SUNSTAR. I would be very grateful if there is a 520 setting since it is an old motorcycle.
Before the replacement, I had a 525 OEMSteelSprocket, so the 520 Duralumin is laughably light. And of course, I feel more nimble when I roll my Motorcycle.
Life may be inferior to Steel, but I personally find it acceptable because I think Large is what you get with lighter weight.

Aiming for low fuel consumption & low noise
[How is it used?
In the process of maintenance &restore of the LITTLE CUB that was given to us, we replaced the 90cc engine by Tanaka Shokai's 90cc engine and changed the Driven Sprocket from 41 to 37 from the OEM one. (Driven Sprocket has been replaced with 16T) 。
After the Restore was completed, I rode around for a while in the above state...
First gear is almost useless. (Blows off a few seconds after starting) I wanted to swing a little more to the long side, so I purchased the 35 this time.
Did you receive the item as per the Image?
It is indistinguishable from the 37 Driven Sprocket by KITACO that I purchased last time. (It's the same Manufacturer and only 2 guns are different...) I was too familiar with Parts, a reliable and trustworthy company that has been really good to me, and the product was just like the Image.
Was it difficult to install?
The installation itself is a simple process of loosening four Nuts and tightening them with the specified Torque after replacement, but it is a very tedious process to get to that point.
As mentioned in the previous issue, in order to remove the Rear Axel Shaft from the Little Cub, the Exhaust System, which is blocked on the same line as the Shaft, must be removed before work can proceed. (Limited to OEM Type Exhaust System shape, Up type Exhaust System is Large sturdy) 。
Remove the Exhaust System, remove the Rear brake&Torque rod, remove the Axel shaft, remove the center nut, remove the Rear wheel from the body, loosen the 4 nuts as mentioned at the beginning, replace the Sprocket, and assemble in the reverse order of the previous procedure. The assembly is completed in the reverse order.
How did you like it?
I honestly thought that reducing the Driven side by only two guns would not change anything.
In fact, the Large sound did not change, but the engine became long enough to be useful from 2nd gear, and when cruising on a main road at the same pace as a normal vehicle, the engine sound was reduced and Stress was not felt. The secondary reduction ratio has increased from 2.3125 at 37 to 2.1875.

Black, steel, and plain product, but the NORMALSpec. of the old CUB series is covered by the Chain Cover, so you can't see anything from the outside, so it doesn't matter what it looks like as long as the product is functional and solid.
This product is more wallet-friendly than the high-end Duralumin&Anodized Treatment Sprocket in terms of durability and cost. (This is not a denial of luxury Sprocket.) 。

There is no Instruction Manual, but the product is very easy to understand.

When replacing the rear side bracket, the braking system must also be removed, so be sure to assemble the bracket securely when installing it.
As for my personal trouble, I have replaced the Chain with a thicker Plate one that is specially designed for durability, and the Chain Cover Bracket is interfering with the Driven Sprocket as its diameter is reduced................it makes me cry.

Aside from replacement for setting, if replacement is for wear, the front and rear Sprocket&Chain is Quantity:This is a place that should be replaced by Set, so please consult with your budget before purchasing.
Since the rear wheel is to be removed and attached, it is better to take into account the wear condition of the rear brake shoe if there is room, so that the work can be done only once, which will make it easier later.

Genuine JT Sprocket rear for Honda CB 650 F ABS 2017
Purchased as spare to replace my stock ones when needed. Have used JT sprockets for many years and know they are brilliant quality and do last a long time compared to some other brands. Decided to stick to the oem set up gearing as this is how the bike is supposed to operate. Maybe in the futue I will try a tooth lower in the front but for now, stay OEM gearing. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for teh simialr price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets.Have fitted before and know how they go on really easy little job. As I said, great quality parts from a great UK company. Best sprocket on the market
Not as heavy as I would have expected,I bought this mainly for its weight and because others have testified about how long they last. I probably put 150 hours on one and only changed it for the gearing.. I use a DID 520 VX3 X ring chain that pairs great with this sprocket. Best looking sprocket out there. I Have run this sprocket on several bikes. they last literally forever. I've had this on a year through multiple hare scrambles in all weather conditions and there is little to no wear. I got the Zirconium coloring. It's not as bright as the pictures show but it looks good (love the minimalist design) and again, no wear. I'd buy another...if it ever wears out. View detail

Inexpensive and good quality
Wanted a good quality black sprocket, but didn’t want to spend $100 This is the first dura sprocket I've used and for the price the quality seems impeccable!This sprocket looks to be well made, fit good, finish good, wear good,. The fit is spot on and Id say even if it doesn't last as long as other more expensive brands (nothing leads me to believe it wont) its worth the cost. It looks great on the bike and seems very well made. The JT Steel rear sprockets are all I have ran for the last 5 years. They outlast every other sprocket I have used and they come in black which is awesome! Love it. Great products for the money.Strong and durable but light at the same time. Sprocket looks well made and I'm sure will last just as long as the previous! Good value and quality for my Honda Crf 250 project bike. Part of total drivetrain replacement with Renthal countershaft sprocket and DID 520 ERVT chain. anytime you change your sprockets, you should also change the chain. So i change the front sprocket and back sprocket + chain all together. lets see how many hours i can get out of this one before it looks like a freaking saw blade, Tried aluminum once and as a weekend warrior I could never tell the difference and wasn't worth it again for me. The NSF100 OEM Sprocket was 28, which swung quite a bit to Long, so we chose 31, swinging 3 guns to the acceleration side.
Thanks to the ability to use GEAR one speed up, it is much easier to drive.
Replacement itself is quite easy if you have enough kills and tools to remove the rear tire.
