Genuine Yamaha Transmission Oil Seal for FZ6R 2014
Whilst I was fixing the faulty bearing in the transmission I always change the circlip and oil seal as this is regularly deformed during removal. No point in trying to put a bad old part on a newly fixed bearing or you are going to have all kinds of issues in the future which will undo all your good work. Finding the right oil seal was straight forward using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. The price is really good value and along with some other parts for this bike, the shipping was good value too. EMS is my chosen courier and my order arrived swiftly in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seal came in the standard Yamaha packet and was inside a bubble wrap envelope for security. The oil seal itself is not really much to look at but you can see the quality is there from the off. There are no strange rubber extras attached as you see in some seals. It has a good amount of flexibility. But sturdy enough not to just rip upon install. After the overhaul of the main transmission bearing, this was a straight swap out. Thanks Webike, very pleased. [How is it used?
OHLINS Preload AdjusterCable was full of retrofits, so it was changed to SEOEM's handling
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image, but a bit cheap.
Was the installation difficult?
The dust cover itself was easy to install, but it was a bit of a puzzle to get the AdjusterCable around.
(It takes a little bit of tension, but is that OK?)
Also, the Adjuster is upside down, so a separate Sticker is needed.
How was your experience with it?
Cable was mostly hidden and Refreshing. OEM Parts indeed.

Bore up car is a good component to check.
When we recently replaced the Valve stem seal during the Overhaul, we also replaced the exhaust Valve Stem.
Why? →Valve on the exhaust side is bright white and slightly GizaGiza................this looks bad (lol).
What symptoms did you have?
?Many stalls while driving.
No ?Idling.
I have not been able to improve the above even after ?Carburetor setting.
?Black smoke is now coming out of the Exhaust System.
[Cause?
Carbon adherence to Valve
↓
●●* Insufficient fuel in lean Burn region
↓
Insufficient cooling
↓
Carbon ignites (Detonation)
↓
Valve erosion
Lean Burn ... lean combustion. 。 In the case of gasoline engines, the ratio of air to fuel that is just right for combustion is called the theoretical air-fuel ratio (14.7 to 1), and if it is thinner than that, the Lean." The name of the product is called
→The possible reason is that when I initially bore up to 75cc, I was turning the carburetor setting quite a bit with the carburetor setting thin.
What is Valve Stem in Engine?
Valve Stem is related to Engine, and the axis of intake/exhaust valve formed by the umbrella and the Stem part is called "Quantity:The term refers to the bearing portion that is set.
Valve stem seals can be used to prevent engine oil leakage.
Where is the Engine valve?
Engine valves are installed at the intake and exhaust ports, and like valves in the heart, they are constantly opening and closing to control air inflow and exhaust gas discharge.
Simply put, it's like a doorway or door to the combustion chamber. 。 It is such an important component that it is not an exaggeration to say that it determines the performance of the Engine, and the reason why there is a limit to the number of revolutions of the Engine is because the Valve cannot keep up with the revolutions.
If you compare the engine to the heart, the engine valve is a valve-like component inside the heart. 。
Valve Replacement Method Same as with Stem Seal.
procedure
?Remove the Dynamo cover to expose the Flywheel. Similarly, remove the Side cover of the Cylinder head.
↓
(2) Match the notch on the Crankcase with the top dead center mark (T) of the Flywheel and the 0Mark on the Camshaft Sprocket with the notch on the Cylinder head.
Remove the locker arm, take the camshaft, remove the Valve Spring using the ValveSpring compressor, and remove the Stem Seal→.
Remove the Valve Stem and replace it with a new one.
After installation, do not forget to adjust the tappet clearance using a Thickness Gauge and Tappet Adjust Wrench.
The following is the sequence of assembly:?→?→?.
In my case, I found a damaged Valve Stem when I replaced the Stem Seal.
Stem seal replacement and valve stem cleaning or replacement are done at the same time.
The exhaust valve was available from POSH, but it was for the Big Fin Head Bore Up Kit, so it was NG.
OEM.
[After exchange]
◎Idling is good.
◎Stalling while driving was eliminated.
◎Black smoke also disappeared.
Regardless of the Engine Displacement Volume, if you bore up with the Normal head, the high RPM range and Main jet should be a slightly thicker number.
I don't want them to have to struggle and go the long way like I did (laughs).

Now we have 100,000 km to go!
My beloved SR has been with me for 25 years.
I've been running without any troubles because I've been maintaining the car for a long time.
But I wanted to give my old body the proper care it deserves, so I came up with the engine overhaul.
Overhaul of the Engine
It is said to be done at about 100,000 mileage, and if the Overhaul is not done, there is a possibility that the Engine will not start. The expression "overhaul" is correct.
→ The mileage is 85,000, so I thought it was Large sturdy, but I was slightly concerned about some things, as you would expect (laughs) considering the age of the car.
When should I do an Overhaul of Engine?
Engine oil runs low quickly. 。 → no.
■ Sluggish acceleration during steep hill climbing and rapid acceleration. → applicable.
■The vibration becomes stronger. → This also applies to 。
White smoke coming from Exhaust System. No→.
OH is sometimes performed on older cars when new parts are not available for the engine and other auxiliaries. The→SR has parts even if it is out of print.
Conclusion:I decided I needed an Overhaul given the sluggish acceleration, vibration, and age of the car. We asked the store to do it.
Is performance improved by overhaul? ]
Engine in need of OH is already in a state of reduced performance, not ”Up performance, ”back to new condition” is correct. 。 If you want to increase engine performance, use Oversize's Piston to increase the bore, increase the compression ratio, etc.
[Merit of Overhaul
◎Because we disassemble down to the individual Parts, we remove Carbon deposits from the Head, correct or replace distorted Parts, and replace worn Parts.
Some Parts can also be used with improvements 。 In such cases, the performance and reliability of the product is better than in new condition.
The system is designed to extend the life of the Engine by→overhaul.
[Demerit of Overhaul
It takes time and effort to disassemble the ▲Engine.
High cost 。
*If you overhaul a single cylinder Engine with only one Piston, the overhaul above the waist is around 80,000 to 150,000.
Cylinder and Cylinder head, Piston and Piston ring (sometimes under the waist), Camshaft, and Overhaul around Valve. and Overhaul around Valve.
So this time, we replaced the piston and the piston ring. Gasket is also included.
I was recommended Oversize or external Piston, but I want to drive OEM for a long time, so I decided to go with OEM replacement.
good point
◎The Piston is originally a sturdy engine, so durability can be expected to be very high.
◎Engine's Fee Ring seems a little softer and Smooth.
◎GunGun climbs and accelerates even on slopes!
There is nothing bad about it.
If I had to say something, I would say that it costs a lot of money and takes a lot of time.
If you think you can drive the car for the next 10 years or 100,000 km, it may not be such an expensive investment.
But ...
I'm also feeling challenged to try to overhaul the Engine myself next time (laughs).
It can be said that not only regular maintenance but also overhaul of the engine is essential to keep your beloved car running for a long time.
There's something about the feeling of riding for the first time, isn't there? I felt the same way again (laughs).

Genuine Yamaha Air Filter for TRACER 900 GT 2019
This bike, the Tracer 900 GT 2019 came in for a service which consisted of the oil change, air filter and spark plugs. New air filter needed for Tracer 900 GT model and decided the best option would just be the OEM standard one. I have had other after market air filters before and not been overly impressed. Decided to go for stock genuine Yamaha to make sure we got this right first time. This part was not hard to find as it does fit a lot of other models from Yamaha. The price was really good for genuine Yamaha and as I had other items in the order, the shipping was cushioned somewhat and very reasonable. My chosen courier was EMS Express and was delivered within a week of placing the order. After removing most of the top body work, the air filter is relatively easy to install, it's putting everything back which is a pain. The filter itself looked really good and a proper piece of Yamaha kit. Very happy with this item. Thank you Webike View detail

Genuine Yamaha Nuts for MT07 2016
After removing the old headlight cover, there were a few of the well nuts that also needed changing. Luckily, it was not the entire set, I just needed 2. They were fairly easy to find the right part number buy checking Yamaha schematics. The price from Webike was very good value. Added with the other parts in my order, the shipping cost was reduced which was good economy. I had the order shipped usiong my chosen courier which is EMS. They just get my orders to me fast and this is why I choose them over others. 5 days and my order arrived. All were very well packaged, these nuts came in the standard Yamaha packets. They are the type of nuts that we call well nuts. They are supposed to grip with the bolt and squash down to make a cushioned nut fastening. These are really well made and did exactly what I expected. Now the headlight cover sits flush and is sturdy. No problems at all. Very happy with these and great job Webike for the fantastic job you guys do. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Headlight Cover for MT07 2016
This was the thrid and last part of the rebuild of the MT07 front headlight unit. Because the Stay 1 and 2 were damaged, this meant it also damaged the actual headlight cover too so needed replacing. The oart was not hard to find as I already had a schematic open from Yamaha. I do like using the Yamaha schematics as these are sometimes more accurate. The part itself was pretty good value and better than I could source from my local Yamaha dealer. Witht he other parts that I needed to rebuild the headlight, they were all shipped together by EMS which also saved a little on the cost. My packaged arrive safe and sound in 5 days from being shipped. The cover arrived in a nice Yamaha packet and wrapped in bubble wrap too. The finish on the cover is a matt black standard Yamaha paint, the construstion and the mould is pretty clean. No sharp parts or extra plastic to see. With the stay 1 and 2 it all went together without a hitch. So, that was the final part of this rebuild and now the bike is back how it should be. Thanks for your help Webike, great work. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Stay Headlight 1 for MT07 2016
This bike came in with a few issues after a small collision on the front end. There were multiple parts that were needed for this and one of the the main ones being the actual left side headlight stay which holds a lot of other important parts in place. The stay was toast, like fully mangled, not surprising with what happened. I found the right stay number 1 by using the tools Webike provide on their help pages. I also cross referenced with Yamaha schematics for my own peace of mind that it wad in fact the right part for this year 2016. The part was fairly well priced and a better than I could source locally. With a couple of other small parts and the right side in my order, all were shipped using my preferred courier which is EMS. I use EMS aas they just get the orders to me fast and efficiently. 5 days is all it took and the order was at my door. All the parts were well packaged and this stay came in the Yamaha box also. The part itself is not really anything special but as it has a lot of other components attached to it, it needed to be right. The finish is a nice smooth satin black paint and the mounting holes are all very well made. Everything just lined up perfectly. From here I can now add the other parts that were also broken during the collision. So, all in all, very pleased with this purchase. Webike, you are the best by far. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Rear Brake Pad Kit for FZ1 2010
This was the second part of the pad change on this old girl, FZ1 2010 bike. As before, I found the correct pads by using the help pages from Webike and then cross referencing Yamaha schematics. Also, checking for superseded parts if there are any. On this occasion, this was the most up to date pad for the bike. The cost of the pads was really good and slightly better than could be sourced locally. I did have a few other sets of pads for other bikes in my order and this meant the shipping cost was lower than if you purchased say one set. Anyway, my order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. EMS was my chosen courier and everything was packed really well. The rear pads for this FZ1 are not particularly special and although the bikes do catch some speed, there are not many who use the rear brake to it's potential. They are really good brake pads for this bike anyway, they had just worn down more than I would have liked so this is why we changed them. Very happy with the final result, great work Webike. OEMCDI just fine.
As a result, it seems that Merit does not have a CDI replacement for Motorcycle such as CUB, and as a result, I had to buy a new OEM50 CDI (lol).
What is CDI ignition system?
Many people may understand that CDI ignition is an acronym for Capacitive Discharge Ignition, which is a part that generates the spark that is essential for engine starting. 。
In the CDI ignition system using a magnet, an electric current is stored in the coil by rotating a powerful magnet called a Flywheel Magnet, and using magnetic resonance, a high voltage of 20,000 to 30,000 volts can be generated in the ignition coil. The increased voltage eventually flows to the spark plug, which sparks.
→ It doesn't seem to have much of a direct connection to running? I don't know...? (laugh) It has to do with startability and idling.
■Delayed and advanced angle ■
What is the purpose of changing the CDI from OEM to external, slow angle or advance angle?
At Crank angle, upper dead center of compression (BTDC) The value (angle) of how many degrees before the 。 This is also called the ignition advance angle, viewed with reference to the top dead center.
[Angle of advance → for earlier ignition timing relative to initial ignition timing "Ignition timing is advanced."
[Slow angle] → if you want to delay it more than this. Ignition timing is retarded. The name of the company shall be referred to as "the company".
If it's 12V, it's CDI ignition, so either change the CDI or change the Flywheel angle! 。
Changing the angle of the Flywheel is not recommended because if you make a mistake, it will break (laugh).
I think it would be better to change to an external CDI, so the Timing adjustment may not be necessary.
CUB50OEMCDI→advance angle 27° fixed Type
CUB90OEMCDI→Idling angle of advance is 18°, and when rotated, the angle of advance rises to 28°.
POSH and others are 35°.
As for the CUB, when is it necessary to change to CDI?
When kettling occurs at the start of knocking or kicking, the pressure in the combustion chamber rises too high, causing the unburned mixture to be compressed and the temperature (and pressure) to rise rapidly due to the heat transfer from the flame from the ignition plug. Delay Timing of ignition.
→ Replace with a CDI that has a lower value than the original advance.
Exhaust Gas smells abnormally bad or has heat outside the Engine. The ratio of heat Energy not converted to kinetic Energy increases due to the delay in reaching the most Large combustion pressure, resulting in higher exhaust gas temperatures or exhaust gas before combustion is finished. 。 This makes it easier for the water temperature to rise. Fuel consumption also worsens. →Switch to a CDI with a higher value than the original advance angle.
Q:Why did I return CDI to OEM?
Before the replacement, I was using POSH's for advancing.
The following things now happen
A:Ketin will try to wake them up.
A:Knocking has increased.
→ Maybe the angle of advance is not correct. The value of the angle of advance needs to be lower. The angle of advance should be 35°.
I have the Engine Displacement Volume up to 88cc with Bore up, and I was thinking that I should increase the value of the advance.
But if the Generator and Head had remained at 50, I wouldn't have needed that much (laughs).
If you go back to 50 OEM CDI.
→ Startability ◎, No Ketting ◎, No Knocking ◎, Acceleration is Smooth ◎.
I think that the CDI should be chosen according to the custom condition of the engine, and changing the angle of the flywheel is an option, but if the engine breaks in the worst case, it will be a large change, so I think it is safe to change the angle of advance with the CDI.
If anyone is having trouble with external CDI, I think it is one way to return to OEM.

OEM Exhaust System that takes the best of both worlds.
Recently, I was reaffirmed the excellence of MotorcycleManufacturer's OEM Exhaust System, so I thought why not install the OEM Exhaust System on my CUB, which was bore up to 88cc, and I purchased and installed the pre-regulation 90 I purchased and installed the OEM Exhaust System.
It may seem that the design, sound quality, and performance of CUB's OEM exhaust system is not what you are looking for, but I am truly convinced that it is superior in many aspects. 。
The ◎◎ of the OEMExhaust System.
The ◎OEMExhaust System is a bulkhead structure that reduces the volume.
◎The volume is less likely to become larger over time, and stable performance can be maintained throughout the life of the product.
The OEMExhaust System is a discrete part of the OEM Exhaust System.
◎The internal structure gradually deteriorates. This may cause the exhaust sound to gradually become moreargeable.
◎Steel is Large and a half, so it is susceptible to rust.
The good thing about the external Exhaust System.
■ You can change the tone to your liking.
■ Exhaust gas flow velocity is faster, allowing more exhaust gas to be released, resulting in more power at higher RPMs.
→ Low speed Power falls off.
Lightweight materials such as stainless steel, a rust-resistant material, can be used to reduce weight.
When I say CUB90OEMExhaust System
Before regulation [After regulation There seem to be two types.
There seems to be a difference between the two.
*Regulation refers to the exhaust Gas regulation.
Before regulation ‥
●Prior to the 1997 model year, and the 1999 model year.
Flat Torque characteristics
No Torque shortage in 3rd gear.
●High rpm is extended. *Not the maximum speed.
[After regulation ‥
Model year 01 or later
● The loss is worse than before the regulation.
High RPM is difficult to extend.
As a countermeasure, the main jet should be changed to No. 85 before the regulation (No. 82 after the regulation).
● Noise is said to be lower than before the regulation.
Although the exhaust efficiency is higher than the OEM50 after the regulation, it is not bad at all. However, we chose the pre-regulation 90OEM because we wanted something with a reasonable exhaust efficiency and less noise since we had bore up.
good point
The noise is quiet enough. Even if the internal structure deteriorates in the future, I don't think it will become noisy.
○I can now climb hills in 3rd gear while accelerating. Before, I always had to drop down to 2nd gear to drive up hills (laughs).
