For fingertip protection in harsh winter
I installed it on my 2007 WR250x, not for the purpose of lever protection or anything like that, but to alleviate the coldness of my fingertips during the harsh winter months. I was using ACERBIS's X-Force originally, aiming at the increase in the effect of winter wind protection and HeatGrip's effect.
X-Force was strictly installed and I was making my own Bracket, but since Bracket was distorted due to falls, I tried this.
It can not be installed as it is, so even if I shift the Lever, I hit the Switch box, so I made a few modifications of Lever (Cut the Clutch lever with Thunder). Super easy compared to making Bracket.

In case of CRF125, there is a terminal of 'clutch censor' at the mounting portion, so I changed the clutch sensor to direct connection and it installed properly.
This is very light and so it doesn't affect to handling. I like the design very much too.
I doubt that this hand guard protects handle levers at a fall, but they are useful at trail and bush riding.
