Single-strand, low friction
The Accelerator Wire embodies the wishes of Mr. Mameshiba, who passed away last year, and is a gem of low friction with no relay points in the middle and a focus on inner material.
Although the Wire moved lightly even if nothing was done, Bell Hammer Gold was sprayed on the Wire a little at a time, and the Wire was hung and stored so that it would be evenly distributed inside the Wire.
It makes all the difference if you do this.

High quality that is Universal and reliable.
Clutch wires for GSX1100S series sold by many manufacturers.
Although the production itself seems to be made at the same factory in all Manufacturers, there is quite a difference in usability when actually installed in a vehicle.
Therefore, I feel that it is important to consider the extent to which the person who ordered the production of these wires has thought about what he or she was making.
This time, we replaced the Unicorn JapanBrand Clutch Wire that had been installed since the vehicle was purchased.
Since the lubrication and maintenance had been done well, the friction was not particularly large or deteriorated, and the condition was still usable as usual,
I obtained a Clutch Wire from FACTORY Mameshiba Brand, which was used for my KawasakiZ, which I own separately, so I replaced it.
Comparison with Unicorn Japan products
Difference in shape on the Clutch holder side
→The gold part of the clutch holder has a sharply rounded shape for the Unicorn Japan product, which is similar to the OEM product.
In contrast, Friction here is likely to be kept low because of the loose construction of the radius. It also seems to have a high degree of freedom when bending.
◆Total length
→It is a little longer than those made by Unicorn Japan.
My GSX1100S was converted from OEM Separate Handlebars to Power Builder's Pipe Handlebar, and I have been using the OEM Length Wire with no problems, but this extended section gives me the perfect amount of freedom of maneuverability. The extended section provides a great degree of freedom in handling.
I think that the structure of the crankcase side has been extended a little to absorb the differences between various specifications such as Japanese specification and for International Model for GS750/1000 and KATANA, which use a Pipe Handlebar without changing the structure of the crankcase side. I believe that the handlebars are slightly extended to absorb the differences between Japanese specification and for International Models.
If it is a common sense spec., it is a length that will never be wasted with any spec. such as Handlebar Up Type, Tiller Separate handle, OEMSeparate handle, etc. The extra wire will not be used in a strange way and cause an increase in friction. The excess wire will not be used in a strange way and cause an increase in friction.
It is also possible to handle a special layout such as the one used in the Race, where the clutch cover is replaced with another brand product and the clutch wire is brought in from the EngineRight Side in a large turn without passing under the tank. It is thought to be possible to handle this special Layout with a margin.
(This kind of anomalous layout is difficult to achieve with the tightly-arched Gold section of the OEM Shape.)
The shape of the clutch holder, combined with this flexibility in handling, is one of the advantages of this product.
There were no points to note in the replacement process itself.
For reference, in my case, I have set the wire routing as follows on the Pipe HandlebarSpec.
LeftInner Tube is routed from the clutch holder to the bottom of the tank.
Follow the Main pipeLeft Side of the Frame to the Crankcase side, being careful not to interfere with the Wiringetc. under the Tank.
Pass under the Camshaft Chain Tensioner between the #1 and #2 Indicators and enter the Screw on the Crankcase side.
The adjuster on the clutch holder side is set so that the adjuster is in a position where there is room to swing in either direction to increase or decrease the play.
The knurl position of the lever on the crankcase side was also readjusted so that the wire and lever are generally placed at right angles to each other due to the change in the total length of the wire.
The feel of the system is completely comfortable with no problems at all.
The Friction was reduced more than that of the lubricated Unicorn Japan product when the new one was operated without lubrication as a trial.
I feel that the wire replacement this time has resulted in the optimization of the handling of the wire in a detailed manner.

10mm is sold out. 11mm is limited stock.
I don't have to tell you the impresario of the product because it is a product of FACTORY MAMESHIBA.
The only regret is that the product aims to optimize the LINK ratio by setting the length, but 10mm is sold out. 11mm is only available while supplies last. The standard 12mm is still available. The standard 12mm is still available. 2023,07 http://mameshiba198.blog129.fc2.com/blog-entry-3856.html?sp
You can still get the same Friction reduction effect with 12mm products, but that is the only disappointment.

cr26carburetor essentials
I bought it because it is a necessity for cr26Carburetor.
I can't put it on yet because Carburetor hasn't arrived yet, but it has a good reputation and I am looking forward to the effects.

Lower Rate Sub-return Spring
Axel is lighter. The direction of the hooks on both ends is the same, which is a little strange, but it does not affect the functionality. View detail
I really don't know if it's a good idea!
I just put it on and I think it's too early to make an imprementation yet, but it seems that Setting as it is is not a good idea.
First of all, Idling is no longer adjustable.
It does not drop from 1500 rpm.
The bottom seems to be darker and the top lighter.
However, when we ran a test run with the bike as it was, it had a considerable sense of power.
It looks promising.
Personally I think it is expensive, but okay with the Ideas part.

That's an expensive part!
I bought this in hopes that it would make CR Carburetor's heavy Throttle work a little easier.
I was convinced of the price when I learned that the item itself was expensive.
The effect is that Axel's return is better and lighter.
I think this will make touring long distances less painful.

Motorcycle enthusiasts developed for themselvesWire
The developer really loves motorcycles and developed various parts for his own motorcycles.
One of them is this Wire, because it is not being fancy Packaged or advertised. "A product for those in the know." I think it is like that.
I had been following the development process on your blog, and since that time I have been very interested in using it.
It is a simple part, and replacing it does not change its appearance, so I had put it off as a low priority, but after replacing it, I wondered if I should have replaced it earlier. But when I replaced it, I wondered if I should have replaced it earlier.
With the CRcarburetor installed, the Throttle was heavy and the Right hand was very sluggish, especially when cruising on the highway.
After the replacement, the Refreshing was not eliminated, but it was considerably reduced, so I decided to purchase the Clutch Wire as well.
Also, wire routing is important, and it may be more effective if the wire is routed at a shallow angle.

Smooth.
Refresh by cleaning while replacing.
It certainly makes Throttle move smoother and feel lighter. If you are dissatisfied with the current movement, you may give it a try.

Mameshiba PEEK link rod for Keihin CR31
I use the CR carburetor in my CB750 for some time and it works nice, although the work of the original throttle cables was not so light. I ordered the PEEK link rod after reading a lot of good comments on the Factory Mameshiba site. Mounted it together with the new spring and must say the work is lighter then before, the inner parts of the carburetor as all of metal had great resistance between each other not to mention the wear of each part. Works nice ;) View detail

Control of the fully closed to slightly open range at low speeds, and extension from 8,000 rpm I was experiencing some amazing effects, but...
The downward Winding is fully closed or a momentary gasp of 4,000 to 5,000 revolutions at slightly open emblems After Fire at high load emblems and luck and snagging are much better than before adding these devices I also started to feel more pronounced This negativity just wouldn't get better..
Engine and OEM carburetor have 9,000km since Full O/H 5 years ago You're only on the road..
6V MONKEY/GORILLA Main Harness was replaced 6 years ago, GEN REGR./RECT. also replaced 3 years ago and Battery was just replaced this year... Engine too The electrical system is perfectly fine..
What can be done for further comfort and safety ... reduce the rate of fire loss through strong ignition
I laughed at the effect of this
After Fire turned into something gentle and "A momentary gasp or snag in the 4,000 to 5,000 RPM range was gone
What's more, the great thing about this Unit is that you can easily try out various things with Dial adjustments
I created a Space under the Seat and had it installed there to make Access easy to use I do
I've only used it for about 300km a month since it was introduced, so I don't know how durable it is compared to the OEM I don't, but I do regret a little bit that I should have put it in earlier

It was only available with M Nozzle, but now we have a Link Rod Chromoly screw I bought it from Springwebike and installed it in my GS1000 and Z1 the carburetor itself is currently being sent directly to Mameshiba's shop for TPS processing, and I have time to touch two of them The Z1 version only arrived at the repair shop where we left it
I ordered this Link Rod from webike after confirming it was for a small body I received the NORMALsize and installed it into the CR carburetor for the GS without any hesitation Accelerator operation confirmed! No problem, though
It seems that one millimeter short is the best way to install it in the shop The Z1 carburetor that I'm putting out to the Z1 has returned from TPS processing, Mame Shiba-san I went to check it out They politely changed it to 1mm Short Type! It's very clear that your shop is polite and customer-friendly, and it's very easy to see that you're dealing with your customers I'm thankful and impressed that this is a rare good shop!
i do buy parts that I don't know about when I buy webike's products, though, to make sure they fit!
I'm a little concerned about my lack of product knowledge!
Even with a good product, if you can figure out the finer details of the fit with the Kitchen and answer the question, you'll get a millimeter from the beginning I was buying a Short Type!
I installed it and we couldn't contact you for a return or exchange
I'm going to see how the GS and Z1 look and consider whether I'll re-purchase Short Type
It's quite expensive to buy four pieces If only you would do it when you're the Manufacturer, then this won't be the case!
If you plan to purchase this product, check out the net
Large body:Standard Type Small body:1mm short Please consider buying in Type and order
It's a good product and I'll recommend it to you, but I'd rather buy a good product anyway And if that's the case, it's best to use it for 100% performance, and that's what you're buying it for!
If you are currently using NORMALCRcarburetor and are not happy with it, you can use M Nozzle and Link Rod Low RateSpring Just replace your CRcarburetor with a low rateSpring and your CRcarburetor becomes something else entirely! This is the Parts that you can recommend with confidence because it will be

I replaced a competitor's Wire
I replaced the Wire a year ago, but I replaced it with the Mame Shiba Wire, which I was curious about
I was skeptical about it, but it sure is a lot lighter and I'm happy with it
Fast long distance touring will be a breeze!
It's just that the gold on the throttle holder is not plating, it's just that the gold on the throttle holder is not plating It would be great if they could make it Stainless Steel, but I guess it's a matter of Cost & hellip;

Essential items in CR
Currently installing on gs 1000
This time I bought it for Z1
I recently got a lot of Parts for CRcarburetor
Of course I think that electric control will also change dramatically
I do not like pretending to stick sideways
M Nozzle alone is satisfied privately!
It is also stable even at Throw of 1000 revolutions
Axel When you can open it all at once, it will not be CUB
With M Nozzle just input it feels like a performance quite close to FCR Carburetor Body
I like the retro atmosphere of CRcarburetor but I think the performance is TMR or FCR Carburetor Body Selection It is the most recommended part for those thinking!
