I cannot believe how easy this tool made the crankshaft installation
About quality and texture - The crankshaft assembly tool from Kitaco is made from a heavy duty steel and with an oxide coated surface finish, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - I cannot believe how easy this tool made the crankshaft installation. Simple to use with basic hand tools and sustained no damage to the crankshaft or tool itself, so will able to be used again and again for the future engine builds that I have lined up. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase that will allow for removal of the crankshaft at home is a crankcase splitter tool, it is designed to pull the crankcases apart and can also be used to push the crankshaft out of the crankcase. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the crankshaft assembly tool is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the crankshaft assembly tool between the crankshaft and crankcase. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for but this is not the case the crankshaft assembly tool as it is more on par but specific for the Honda Grom and not a universal tool, which is great. About shipping and packaging - With there being no significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the crankshaft assembly tool, I chose EMS for an earlier arrival date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. Required for 4EUEngine Overhaul
[How is it used?
I purchased this product to use for Engine overhaul of TZr50R.
The 4EUEngine Flywheel of TZr50R uses a special screw diameter and requires a special tool for this type of vehicle.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The product was exactly as shown in the Image and comes with the Instruction Manual, so it is ready to use as soon as it arrives.
How was your experience with it?
The quintessential product is a dedicated product and is quite easy to use.
Conversely, this is the only use for this Engine, so in a sense it is too much to handle.
To use the Fly Wheel Puller, attach the Fly Wheel Puller to the screw thread on the Crankshaft on the Flywheel side as shown in the video.
While holding it in place with the MONKEY, turn it. If it becomes very hard in the middle, you can easily loosen it by tapping it lightly with a rubber hammeretc. to give it a vibration. In my case, I pushed it through by force.

Nothing special, but try not to damage Mt. Screw.
How did it compare to other products?
The competing product is the YAMAHAOEM SST, but the price is not much different, and this one is more economical since it comes with a point.

Convenient to have
I bought this tool to remove the clutch lock nut on my NSR50. It is not impossible to remove the clutch lock nut without this tool, but it is safer to use this tool because the lock nut is tightened by a considerable torque. The feel of using this tool is not as accurate as the DrumstickDrumstick, so it is difficult to apply force if you do not support the tool when using it. If you have an Impact wrench, you may not have to worry about this kind of feeling. View detail

Used to loosen the center bolt when removing the flywheel.
Functionality is fine.
The restrains on the Adjustment Bolt were reluctant to move and could not be fixed properly without support.

About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the materials used is a mixture of aluminum and steel that makes up the kit. About the feeling of use, This fork tool kit sure makes working on changing the fork springs easier and can be used on the Monkey 125 forks also. Allows for disassembly without damaging the painted and plated finishes. Products to buy together, Some higher weight fork springs from Kitaco would be ideal to also add to your cart when purchasing this tool kit so you can upgrade the front suspension for better handling. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the fork tool kit for my installation was very easy due to the simple nature of it's use caused by it's compact design and all inclusive items. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the fork tool kit is high for what you receive but the product has a design that makes changing the fork springs easier then using random tools and all the other options are no different in price. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 48 hours of me placing the order and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. I find the link supplied to track my order very useful and the order arrived within the estimated date range. It's good enough unless it's really sticking or something.
This is very useful if the Torque can be removed without applying that much Torque.
It is a good choice for many sizes, so I would say that this one is all you need.
However, if it is super sticky, it is better to use a shape product that can use Impactetc. instead of this kind of Type.
If you extend it with Pipe and apply Torque, it will indeed bend.

Used during centrifugal Filter removal of Grom.
Items essential to remove the centrifugal Filter of the Grom.
Without it, the Filter cannot be removed because it is co-rotating.
I am not sure if it is an individual difference or a problem in usage, but I managed to fix the GEAR and it is OK.
It will probably appear only once, but if there is to be a next time, it will probably be when the Clutch is replaced.
I wish it were a little cheaper.
As an aside, I lost the one I had purchased and went in a hurry to a Motorcycle supply store to buy another one.
Please be careful not to lose it because it is small.

When I first bought a cheap one for about 2000 yen, the shaft was off and the tool wouldn't fit. This one is a little more expensive, but it fits easily and I regretted that I should have bought this one from the beginning. View detail

Versatile Holding Tool for your Maintenance Needs
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the pulley holder from Kitaco made from a steel construction with a PVC coating over the band to help improve it's hold.About the feeling of use: I have used this tool to hold the clutch and flywheel on my Honda Grom when removal of these parts were required for maintenance with great success. The adjustable band makes this tool very versatile for varies sized motorcycle parts.Products to buy together: Some more tooling like a center lock nut wrench would also be desirable to purchase along side the pulley holder so when it comes time to remove the clutch assembly and oil spinner on your Honda Grom you have all the special tooling required to complete the job.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes a few minutes, place the pulley holder around the part that needs to be held and adjust the band if required. Tighten down the T handle so that the band holder does not allow the part to spin as you undo the fastener securing the part. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as this is a quality made band holder from Kitaco that has with stood numerous usage without failure as compared to the first band hold that I purchased from another site that failed soon after.About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. I can't use it for the slipped Clutch, though.
Cannot be fixed with Clutch that has started to slip.
When loosening the machine, I turned it with Impact.
If it's new and properly assembled, it will hold it firmly in place.
If it's not assembled right, it won't lock, so fix it in place to make sure.
Nut tightening check, I think it's good.

Spring Remove
Used for Spring Remove during Chamber maintenance.
Since the price was not that expensive, I thought it would be better to have 1 pc. and bought KITACO.
Difficult to remove, difficult to use the handle part turns when force is needed? Is it good or bad? It seems like it would have been better if it was an integrated unit.

A little expensive.
Purchased to replace the springs on my Groms.
It is not impossible if the inner tube is held in a vise.
In the meantime, we have a special tool for this purpose.
The product is solid as a rock and nothing is wrong with it.
But only for tools that I don't use a lot.
I'd like to spend a little more money.

Must have Assembly Tool for the Crankshaft on the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the crankshaft assembly tool from Kitaco, made from steel with a durable coating and comprises of three parts to the tool. About the feeling of use: Used successfully to install the crankshaft into the right side crankcase and I don't see an easier way for this to accomplished at home. Products to buy together: Many of the Kitaco tools like the flywheel puller and the center lock nut wrench would also be desirable to purchase along side the crankshaft assembly tool. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes just a few minutes, install the spacer over the shaft, thread the adapter onto the shaft and then the nut onto the adapter and you are ready to start pulling the crankshaft through. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are receiving a quality tool that will save you the cost of a visit to the local workshop with no other brands offering this tool for the Grom specifically. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently unavailable due to Japan Post. Good tool if used as intended.
This tool does what you're asked if you use it for its intended purpose. Bought it to hold the flywheel on my Honda crf250r while tightening the nut. Some mentioned that it failed and didn't do its job. Don't use it to change the oil filters in your car or put on your ex-girlfriend's tire and it should work just fine. I've used it on a few bikes, KTM and Honda it still looks and works as it should. The work procedure is clearly explained in the enclosed work instructions, and the ROD and 14mm hexagon for turning the racket are also included as Included Parts:Quantity.:The set is already installed, so all that is missing is the Burner and Screw lock agent.
It is a tool that I don't get to use very often, but by doing the work myself, I was able to learn about the structure of the suspension and was very satisfied with the results.

If you have it, it's safe.
OEM parts are expensive, so I used them on my Z125PRO.
It is used only to prevent the clutch from turning when assembling the clutch.
Some people bite on Wrench or something, but it's too late to do it after it's broken.
