Regular Spoke Tension Checks.
It's been 2 years since I bought an OffRoad racer called KLX230R. I compete in the G650 XCOUNTRYRace once or twice a year, and sometimes go on Course runs. Versatile Plug wrench
[Need to replace Plug].
For plug replacement, according to the Manufacturer, the standard replacement distance for normal plugs is 3,000 to 5,000 km.
It may seem early, but at least in PlugManufacturer's opinion, it is not a part that should be used for 10,000 km or 20,000 km.
Therefore, the frequency of replacement is considered to be relatively high for consumables with the same replacement cycle of oil, etc.
Plug wrench
Plug wrench is indispensable to connect and disconnect the spark plug when replacing it. 。 May be included in the on-board tools, but can be purchased separately 。
Different engines are equipped with different plugs, and each plug has a different screw diameter and a different hexagonal wrench.
In my case, since I own several motorcycles, each plug has a different screw diameter, so I need to have one for each. 、、、、、
It is Large strange to have each of them, so I bought this 3-wayType Plug wrench.
Motorcycle plugs are often designed with a screw diameter of 16 to 21mm, which means that you only need one large half-size plug.

However, if you use a water-cooled 4-stroke engine with a compact design and a deep plug hole, a Wrench with a thick socket may not be able to reach the plug due to interference. GSX-R125 is a water-cooled DOHC engine, so it is not long enough to be used here.
It is necessary to check the inner diameter of the plug hole and the outer diameter of the socket.
How to exchange Plugs.
1・When installing a new Plug, turn it with your finger until it hangs firmly on the Screw threads.
2・When you cannot turn the plug wrench with your fingers, use the RubberTube or a special tool.
*Over-tightening and over-loosening are also discouraged.
*If gravel or dust accumulates around the plug, remove it by scrubbing with an air blower or brush, regardless of whether it is water-cooled or air-cooled. Failure to do so will loosen the Plug, and if water flows into the combustion chamber or gravel clogs the Plug hole, extra labor will be required to remove them.
It is important to understand that performing one step before the work is done will result in time savings.

Disadvantage
Plug holes with narrower plug holes, such as water-cooled and DOHC, cannot be accommodated.
Even with the widespread use of fuel injection and Digital control of the ignition system, the spark plug is still one of the most important components of the Gasoline engine.
Since the screw diameter and the dimension of the opposite side of the hexagonal part on which the wrench hangs differ depending on the plug, you must obtain a wrench that is compatible with your car.
It is up to you to decide whether or not you want to have each of them, but I think it is attractive to be able to have them all in one package.

[How is it used?
I purchased this product to remove and install the snap ring for the rear master cylinder O/H of my YAMAHA/XJR400R. I chose KITACO because they are relatively inexpensive among various manufacturers.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was exactly as shown in the Image. It is larger than I expected, so it has some presence in the tool box.
It may be surprisingly troublesome to store the Head section.
How was your experience with it?
I had no problems using it. The only thing I have to say is that the tip seems to be quite fragile, so if you handle it poorly, you may end up chasing it. Also, the Instruction Manual is on the back of the container, so it is hard to dispose of it...

The tip is a delicate part and can be easily broken if handled roughly, so care should be taken.
How did it compare to other products?
Are the cheap ones still from the same supplier? I looked around and found the same thing.
But even if you buy the expensive ones, they are Sunday mechanic, so they are used less often.
Therefore, we think it is a good idea to use these cheap products with crushing vigor.

Poor.
I bought it because I thought it was cheap and good that the tip could be replaced.
The downside of the tip replacement is that it often hits too many areas and cannot reach tight spots.
The C-ring is so hard that the tip is useless because it is wobbly.
At any rate, I can't RECOMMENDATION because there are so many irritating POINTS.
We managed to finish the work, but it was a Level we never wanted to use again.

Used to replace Plug in LITTLE CUB.
Clearance was also of minimal quality and was replaced immediately with no problems.

simple is the best
Used for Rim assembly of Spoke wheel.
I assembled Stainless Spoke and Wide Rim on SR400's Rear wheel.
In the beginning, I was turning with Driver from the head of Nipple, but it is difficult to multiply Torque appropriately.
In this respect, the Spoke wrench can be turned firmly.
Also, after the tires are assembled, they cannot be retightened no matter how hard we try.
Especially in my case, I have installed OUTEX's Tube Eliminate Kit, so even with Tire removed Timing can no longer Access to Nipple's head.
If you ride a Motorcycle with Spoke wheel, I think it is essential equipment.
It is also easy to use.
Even and odd numbered Nipples with Both Sides can be used for Nipples of various numbered Nipples.
Perhaps not just CUBs, but MopedSize thin nipples to Big bike and Motocrosser thick nipples can also be used.
Unless you have an abnormal NippleSize, you can handle it with just one of these, so in a sense, it will last a lifetime.
It is not expensive, but it is small and not used often, so I would like to be careful not to lose it.

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of tappet adjustment wrench from Kitaco. Made from steel with a durable surface coating and sized for easy handling and good access. About the feeling of use: This tool is extremely convenient for adjusting valve clearances on the Grom and is compatible with 8mm and 9mm nuts so is suitable for use on the Honda head, SP Takegawa head and Kitaco head. Products to buy together: More tooling from Kitaco would also be desirable to purchase along side the tappet adjustment wrench for maintaining the Grom. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes only a minute and is not difficult to do once you have gained access by removing the tappet covers. I bought this Kitaco spoke wrench tool with intention of tightening the spokes on my 1987 TW200.TDub front and rear spoke nipples needed size is 5mm.This spoke wrench has 6 sizes.Number #3 slot direct fit for the TDub OEM spoke nipples.This tool was able to tighten the spokes on both wheels..
