FTR223 to 14T
The OEM FTR223 has 13 GEARs, but I bought the 14T because I wanted to change the number of GEARs.
Install with care, paying attention to the reverse side (the side with the engraving is the reverse side), and remove the chain, etc. A lot of work and kills are required.
The 14T is a custom that can benefit mainly from long touring, but I think it is not so merit for those who usually run only short distances.
There is also a Torque reduction at medium and low speeds, and I had the impression that the 13-gauge is easier to handle when the speed often used is around 40 to 60 km/h.
If high speed cruising from 70 km to Main is your main goal, 14T will give you a different ride, but for those who do not drive Long, I feel that it is easy to become Demerit on the contrary.
I think it would be a good idea for those who are considering purchasing this product to take into account how they usually use it, as it can be rather troublesome to change it back because you don't like the way it feels after you replace it. By the way, I returned it because I felt it was not suitable for my daily use.

Suitable for highways, sluggish in town
The front sprocket does not loosen unless the Impact wrench is turned at the maximum Large Power to install it. From the next time, it can be turned manually.
Also, if you do not take the Bracket on the Cover of the Sprocket, the Cover will not be attached.
The Metropolitan Expressway and the Tomei Expressway are not different.
The start of the road down the road is sluggish and doesn't fit.
(Normally, up to 16T would be good.)
Quantity assuming Fuji Speed way:Set, so will try in April.
On the other hand, we plan to try 14T in Tsukuba and other areas.

I purchased this for setting up a Circuit run.
Since the OEM's hinge is 17T, the Rear Sprocket also needs to be changed to a Large size.

Purchased to replace Driven Sprocket and Chain and 3 other items at the same time.
The standard 14T was replaced with a 15T and the Driven Sprocket was replaced with a 33.
As for Image, it looks like Drive was changed to 15.5 Ding.
The RPMs were lowered, so the fuel consumption was up 5 km.
The first gear can now be handled like a normal Motorcycle.
But as the Shop Owner said during installation.
OEM has anti-vibration Rubber, but this one does not.
He said that the running sound would change.
This is especially noticeable at low speeds. It is a clatter from toot-toot.
What do you want from a CUB?
This is what I felt most after the exchange.
Personally, I plan to return to the OEM standard 14T and 34-ding next time.

Commonly usable
SUPER SHERPA uses 13T, dropped 1T from NORMAL.
I think Circlip was harder to put on than OEMSprocket when installed.
Also, the lack of RubberDamper seems to make the noise level a little higher, but I guess all Universal Products are like that.

I raised it from 12T to 13T and 13T to 14T.
I went from 12T to 13Th to lower the Engine RPM when driving. I went from 13T to 14T to lower the RPM a little more. Now I can cruise 60km before the engine roars even on a moped. Of course, it is only a moped when going uphill.
When I bought it, I noticed that the Washer shape is different between Takegawa and Tokico (the position of the Bolt hole and the notch to enter the Spline are reversed), so it cannot be fastened without using the Washer included in the package.

Longing at 16T
Engine rpm at 100 km/h is 4400 rpm
It's a little high and a little hard, so I'm going to raise the number of hits and make it Long.
A little less than 4000 rpm at 100 km/h.
Fast travel is quite comfortable.

The Bolt was in a different position than the one originally attached.
Since the suppression plate is not included, it cannot be installed if the screw position does not match that of the installed Sprocket.
I'm still not sure if it's a product defect or a non-conformity.

conformance check
CB1100, used in 11 years
When we changed the standard 18 to 19, we were told that the Chain hit the Case, so we had it shaved to accommodate.
Please note that this was a compatible car model, so if you are the same as us, please be careful.
The OEM speed was 60Km at 2000 RPM, but with this product and 2 less on the Rear side (37), the speed was 68Km at 2000 RPM, which was quite effective.
I am satisfied because it runs well enough and I can expect it in fuel consumption etc., although the bottom is weakened.

Replaced by drivetrain Total
This is a simultaneous replacement of the front and rear Sprocket and Chain.
I think most people replace these three items at the same time, so please refer to this page.
Since it is a FrontSprocket, the appearance and weight may not be much different from OEM, but since it is made in Sunstar, there will be some Advantage.
Durability will be as outstanding as OEM since it is made of steel.
I did the replacement myself, but I thought Impact was essential for removing the old Sprocket on my model of car.
It is tightened with so much Torque that it cannot be managed by human power.
If you are not confident, it is safe to ask Shop.
And don't forget to order an OEM Parts anti-looseness washer.
This is basically non-reusable, so prepare a new one.

Expecting better fuel economy when touring!
My impression after installation is that there is little difference in fuel consumption, acceleration/deceleration, etc. in town.
I haven't gone on any long-distance Touring trips yet.
I am looking forward to seeing how much it will affect fuel economy when touring since it is now about 200 to 300 rpm lower in the same speed range as before.

NORMAL Drive17T?Driven38 guns are too long. 300 km/h at 9,500 rpm Since the 6th gear is not usable at all, I changed the Drive side to 16T, which can be replaced without changing the number of Chain Piece this time. Now the maximum speed at 9,500 rpm is 282 km/h in theory. I think that SDR riders should definitely replace these parts. View detail

In play was seen and it purchased as appropriation parts to a choinori.
Although attached by bolt-on, the size of a thickness ? spline part had a being delicate difference, and there was some shakiness... (although it was also in in play [ of other Ho ]) Since shakiness was worrisome, shakiness was pressed down with the washer.
When it could do, although he wanted to put in inside, it bore on the relation top outside of the spline.
The washer was made from about 3 mm in thickness, about 26.5 mm in width, and the bore diameter of 16.2 mm.
Since it was appropriation, it was considered as such evaluation, but the thing itself is very satisfactory.
(Fuel consumption and an engine sound improved.)
