Description

It uses materials with excellent wear resistance and it does not generate unnecessary abrasion by finishing it with a high accuracy, then it has high hardness due to a high level of quenching. Furthermore, it boasts excellent durability by synergistic effect with rust prevention treatment which does not deteriorate the material. It is very difficult to maintain a high precision dimension when carbonitriding heat treatment is performed on ferrous material because it has different expansion and contraction rates. In SUNSTAR, it applies special heat treatment processing with its own equipment and technology.
