Well, it's normal.
It is the same as the OEM one, so I was able to put it on with no problem.
On some motorcycles, the bolt that is removed by the 6mm Hexagonal Wrench that holds the 36mm Nut and Speed sensor may be too hard to remove and you may have to give up.

This is a simultaneous replacement of the front and rear Sprocket and Chain.
I think most people replace these three items at the same time, so please refer to this page.
Since it is a FrontSprocket, the appearance and weight may not be much different from OEM, but since it is made in Sunstar, there will be some Advantage.
Durability will be as outstanding as OEM since it is made of steel.
I did the replacement myself, but I thought Impact was essential for removing the old Sprocket on my model of car.
It is tightened with so much Torque that it cannot be managed by human power.
If you are not confident, it is safe to ask Shop.
And don't forget to order an OEM Parts anti-looseness washer.
This is basically non-reusable, so prepare a new one.

Expecting better fuel economy when touring!
My impression after installation is that there is little difference in fuel consumption, acceleration/deceleration, etc. in town.
I haven't gone on any long-distance Touring trips yet.
I am looking forward to seeing how much it will affect fuel economy when touring since it is now about 200 to 300 rpm lower in the same speed range as before.

The OEM was F15R45, but I waved it to F16R44 Long.
The embrace is not too tight, and the start is not as bad as expected, and the extension improves.

Changed from OEM 15T to 16T (toward High Speed Oriented). 1T on the Front is said to have an effect equivalent to 3T on the Rear.
Unavailable low is now easier to use.
In particular, UTurn is now easier, and the normal mode requires the driver to shift from low to second gear during UTurn, but now the driver can turn without changing.
There is no Torque drop on uphill slopes (there is a little bit. (There is a little bit of Torque drop, but I had to drop to 2nd gear when I could have gone in 3rd gear before).
Starting in second gear is a bit dull.
I don't charge up to the maximum speed in town because the acceleration in 3rd gear from 2nd gear is so barrel that you will either get caught or swerve before you reach the maximum speed. Of course, I will obey the speed limit.
However, it is much easier to ride than NORMAL, and I feel a sense of security due to the drop in Engine RPMs at high speed cruising, so I am glad. 。 Of course I will obey the speed limit.
While changing the chain, I am thinking of raising the OEMDriven (Rear) 39T by 1T to gain a little Torque.
Chain link number 99 in the calculation for 16-40T,, in this case is it safe to choose 100?

Diversion to XV750E
It is for YamahaXS650, but I used it to convert XV750E to 520.
It could be used for TX650 and others.
I believe the same modification would also work for the XV1000TR1.
I really wanted to convert my original 630Chain XV750E to 520Chain, so I have been looking for a Sprocket that I could use.
I was thinking that I had no choice but to special order it from XAM……, but it turned out that the Spline shape is common with XS650.
In addition, 520for ConversionSprocket was sold at a discount.
This Maniac product was in stock at GOODS and was delivered to me in 3 days.
The XS650 is a center nut type, while the XV750E is a type that is fixed with a fixing plate.
In other words, you must drill Bolt holes to fix the Fixing plate.
Naturally, the front sprocket is hardened gold, so it is impossible to drill a hole in it with a half-assed drill bit.
This time, I bought a carbide Bit together and tried to drill holes.
Using a ball machine, we gradually expanded from 1.5mm and successfully drilled a 5.5mm hole, which is a pre-drilled hole for an M6 bolt.
However, the Screw cut from there was Large strange, and I really had a hard time because of the hardness of the Material as well as the shape that was difficult to fix.
We managed to get a Tap up on Beauty, but it cost us several carbide Bits and 1 pc of Tap.
The results are shown in the image.
However, because the thickness of the Sprocket itself is different, it is offset outward by about 5mm.
Conversely, if you create a Washer, Spacer, etc., you can move the Chain line freely to some extent, so it is the best Sprocket, depending on how you think about it.

Reliable SUNSTAR
I have used Sprocket of other Manufacturers, but I think the durability, quality and MADE IN SUNSTAR is the best.
It was removed after about 20,000 km for chain conversion from 630 to 530, but it is still usable with no large wear.
Other companies sell inexpensive Sprocket, but considering durability, I choose MADE IN SUNSTAR even if it costs more than other companies.
In case you are wondering, the Chain is made by DID and the Sprocket is MADE IN SUNSTAR, and this combination is the best I have ever seen.

If you are not going to be doing a lot of steep hill starts or pulling a rear car, we recommend the F16T.
