Fit over and under Jersey; Strap could be tightened a bit more.
I replaced TLD's BG5955 because it had deteriorated.
I was considering using LEATT's Neck brace and with shoulder pad.
I was torn between LEATT 5.5 PRO HD and LEATT 5.5 PRO HD until just before.
I was allowed to try on the people who use it.
Not that the Fit feeling was particularly bad,
We decided that we did not need a shoulder pad and chose this inexpensive and Simple.
(LEATT should be able to accept repairs at the agency.
In the case of TLD, BG5955 was not available for any repairs or Repair Parts.
This area should be considered in conjunction with the price.)
Fit is very good. The shape is also Simple and can be used over or under Jersey.
It is less uncomfortable. As a drawback, Size should be right for this, though,
I think it would be better if the Strap was a little tighter as it is a little short in the chest area.
Strap itself is thick and Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Aside Quantity:Only 2pcs so easy to take off and put on.
The shoulder Strap is also thick and secure.
It also works well with LEATTNeck brace.
I don't know about the protective properties, as I have not received Damage directly.
There will be no problem in terms of protective surface area against stones rolled up by vehicles in front.
I'm still not certain about the following ...
I feel that the material used, d3o, has a peculiar smell.
Elbow protector from another manufacturer had the same smell. "Gen." I felt like I was in the middle of a
There is also a slight smell of Rubber-based Material, but I thought it might react in combination with sweat. I also wondered if it might react with perspiration.
Last summer it wasn't very frequent, but I take great care to dry it out during breaks and after use.

Equipment that can reliably protect the upper body
I chose this equipment because I had suffered a hard blow to my shoulder when I fell down and hit my chest in agony when I stumbled.
So far I have not fallen down using it, but compared to the 4.5 I used before, Shell's protection is indeed harder and thicker, especially in the chest and abdomen area.
4.While the Handlebar 5 was flexible enough to flex the abdomen and chest when leaning on the Handlebar, this one maintains the original shape of the entire structure and feels as if it is supported by the entire surface, without any localized pressure.
The Image is such that the Protector itself keeps its shape and protects the people inside.
The interior cushion material is also designed to be appropriate for the grade, and there is no concern that the surface fabric will peel off after repeated use and washing.
If there is a problem...
The price of enhanced defense is that upper body mobility is more restricted than in other grades.
To be an inner protector, it should be massive and wearable. (Not possible depending on your physique)
The lock of the Belt on the flank that connects the front and back is stiff. (Pushing is not a common type of buckle, but a solid gold clasp made of gold, which can be pushed in with a little force after being hooked.)
Although it is the highest grade in terms of series at the moment, other grades may be better depending on the environment and riding style, so we hope you can compare them and make a good choice.

Lightweight and stylish, but not compatible with Neck brace
Very lightweight and stylish, with good breathability and a great fit both inside and out.
Cost performance is also high for a product in this price range, equipped with a removable shoulder guard.
The Waist area also has a slight wrap-around structure, which provides some security.
However, note that it is not compatible with Neck brace for a recent Guard.
Also, I am 170cm 85kg and bought L/XL, but the size is a little too large, so I think S/M would have been better.

It was a little Tight.
Height 185, shoulder width 53, arms 59, chest 108, abdomen 98, length 60
I bought an XXL in
The size feels a little tight on the shoulders and the elbow pad is rubbing on the top. The band around the shoulders can be removed.
I wonder if it will Fit if I put it on and loosen it up?

This is a Type that can be worn inside Jersey.
I bought this because I haven't driven Off-road in a long time.
I was looking for a Type to wear inside Jersey and came across this product.
I am happy with my purchase as Alpinestars is one of my favorite Brands.
I wore it and did not feel any discomfort with the weight at all.
It is also CE Standard certified, so I think it is safe.

Shoulder pads fall off
This is my second chest and shoulder protector. My first was a 2000's Thor motocross model. I had decided that it has kept me from snapping a collar bone several times. I convinced my wife that I probably should upgrade. I purchased the Leatt thinking that it was top quality and would give me great protection. However on my first ride the shoulder protectors came un clipped 3 times and slipped down my arm and has continued to have the same failure on every ride. I then attended a cross country race and noticed a fella wearing the same protector but both shoulder guards were removed. The first corner he got bumped and flipped off his bike. I rode his bike out for him because his collar bone had gotten broken. Note: I have not contacted Leatt about this problem yet. Any suggestions? View detail
For Touring.
The M size was just right for my body type. View detail
Support of the ribs
It's tough like armor. The Protector without any support under the armpit is scary because I injured my ribs when I fell, so I bought a new one.
It's too large to wear inside the Wear.

Protection is pretty good.
I've been using various kinds of brest guards, but there aren't many that protect your armpits firmly. The feeling of protection when you put it on is outstanding, and it's definitely the strongest one I've used so far. It's a bit large for use as an inner, but it's not impossible to use it. FashionProtector underneath the clothes
I bought it because I wanted the Protector underneath my clothes that I could get dirty when driving in the woods.
I don't know how well it works because I haven't fallen down yet, but it makes a difference in the relief.
I wear it underneath my fashion clothes for everyday touring as well.

Safety first!
I bought this for the safety of my daughter's first motorcycle ride!
It's easy to put on and take off, so even children can wear it with ease.
It's solidly constructed, so it's perfectly safe!
She's happy to be a little cooler, and when she rides a motorcycle, she's happy to be a part of it.
I've got it on tight!

Protection without Gap
In a correction to my earlier post, at 178 in height and 78 pounds, the L Size was just fine
Mesh also has a strong fabric and will not tear easily

It's a must for off-road racing!
I'm not very good at it, so I try not to get injured even if I fall down
I was able to protect my chest even though a standing tree pinned my Handlebar and upper body
About 5'10", 78 pounds, normal? A little bit fat? It is a good size in XL

Fit feeling as expected
We are 170cm tall, 60? weight, medium build, and chose S/M Size
At the stage of trying on the product that arrived indoors, I felt that it was a Small size, but
When you actually run it, it doesn't slip up in a weird way and is Exactly
I have the Protector of the Outer
I hadn't used it since I was on Enduro a long time ago
I didn't use it in my regular touring because of the Large exaggeration
I chose a new Inner type this time, but
You can wear it inside the jacket without any problems
The narrower range of Protection, such as the shoulders, is the
TradeOff with Compact
Both the front and the back are mesh on the inside
Even in the summer, the wind seems to pass through in a reasonable manner
