What made you decide to buy?
Since the beginning of the New Year 2024, I have been gradually collecting parts and trying to carry out a customization that I have been envisioning since last year … that customization is to replace the front rear sprocket and chain. Why did I choose the Sunstar Racing Steel rear sprocket? The reason for choosing the Sunstar racing steel rear sprocket and chain is that the power and traction control of modern supersports are constantly subjecting the sprocket and chain to high and fluctuating loads. Although there is no change in weight with the stock steel and Sunstar also made of steel, we chose a rear sprocket that delivers super durability that can take the power.
[How was the installation?
When replacing the sprocket, you will need a racing stand to lift the rear tire and a long spinner handle to loosen the axle nut. Also, a Torque wrench is necessary for Torque management.
Float the tire on the rear stand, loosen the axle nut, pull out the shaft, and remove the wheel. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the removed wheel on the stand. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the wheel on the stand.
While removing the Rear Sprocket, it is a good idea to clean up the area around the back of the Sprocket that has become sticky with the Chain lube. After cleaning, fix the Rear Sprocket, but since there is a little play, fix the Sprocket nut while pulling the Chain in the direction where the Chain is pulled. It is recommended to mark the Sprocket nut to confirm the tightness.
How was your experience with it?
At first, I was not sure if I should reduce the number of pins and make it Long, but I didn't want to have a misprint on the Speed display, and I also liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to use the same 43 pins. So there is no change between before and after the replacement, but the OEM 6R is easier to handle. 21 year old ZX-6R has Front 15T, Rear 43 Dings, Reduction Ratio 2.866, Chain linkage 112.

Wound-resistant DURACON
I used to use a Hook bolt also made by J-TRIP, but after repeated use, the bolt was too heavy.
The scratches on the surface of the wheel have made it look dirty, so we decided to replace it with DURACON, which has been used on Ninja 250R and has a good track record.
It is DURACON, so any scratches are not noticeable.

Be careful when making a hit.
I have not purchased this product in a long time.
It is a good quality pad that can be used on public roads and circuits in all weather conditions.
The Control at the beginning of the grip is similar to the Rear, which is useful when the foot is unstable.
Braking power doesn't matter in the rain, and it doesn't become blatantly ineffective like a cheap Pad.
It's a little further back that you'll get decent braking power compared to the Pad, which has a quicker startup.
The braking force is satisfactory for use on public roads.
With Circuit, you have to grip it hard to get enough braking power.
I guess that's what I'm talking about in exchange for Control.
I have no complaints about the release condition of the Pad at my Level.
Compared to the 6POT Pad, if overused, Lever will be in the back.
But that is only at the beginning. If you adjust Lever to a wider range beforehand and start driving, there is no problem.
I think it is a good Pad to use with BPF, in my opinion.
This level is just right for that characteristic of gripping a little and entering with a "scauper" sound, and then returning with a jerk after releasing.
I don't think the price is too high, so I will still be Repeat.
What you have to be careful about is when you make a hit.
It does not work as well as you might think, so be sure to check the effectiveness of the system or there is a high risk of a rear-end collision.
Be careful if you use Brake strongly from the beginning and stop after a short distance.

Thank you Plus mu.
I had never used a disc before, so I had no knowledge of how to install it, and when I looked at Mu's installation instructions carefully, I saw a note that said to use two shims for a 4mm disc. However, the box contained only the number of shims I requested. When I called them to ask for an explanation, they responded in detail and kindly. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. I don't know if it is because I bought a slightly old motorcycle used instead of a recent motorcycle, but the floater was removed due to deterioration, and I had to replace it with a new one. But I didn't have the courage to replace a disc with almost no miles on it, and I found Plus mu through the ad-vise of PhoLower. I think that there are people who buy old motorcycles in pursuit of romance, not only my motorcycle. But please don't worry. If you have Mr. Mu's products, even if you are in my situation, you can revive your OEM. I am sure you will be satisfied economically, visually, and in terms of customer service. I apologize for the length of this message. View detail

Shorter than OEM
[How is it used?
Since I changed to Marchesini Wheels, I decided to buy Titanium wheels anyway.
Was the installation difficult?
Just apply Screw locker and tighten.
How was your experience with it?
Though it cannot be noticed or experienced by others.
The sparkling Titaniumium Bolt is one of self-indulgence
Also, they don't rust like iron Bolts.
Could be good for someone who wants to clean it up.
[Included Parts:were they on?
No. Prepare and apply your own Screw lock agent before tightening.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I don't know.
[Points to note]
OEM is 30mm while Zita is 22mm
Change to the optimum length for an OEMBolt that is too long
They say it contributes to weight reduction.
If you're worried about it, there's a 28mm version, so you might want to choose that one.
Marchesini is 22mm in appropriate size, so you can keep 22mm.
The Bolt in the middle of the image is the Bolt that comes with Marchesini and is too long.
Be careful not to scratch the Wheel through the Adapter.
How did it compare to other products?
The good thing is that it is much cheaper than βTitanium
βMaterial:While Titaniumium costs less than 3000 yen for 1 pc, Zita's is less than half the price at 1243 yen.
If this is the only one, βMaterial:You can choose Titaniumium if you want.
The difference between the front and rear wheels is 24,000 yen.
If you want to use with color, you have to choose βTitanium, but I chose Zita because it has a good base.

I bought it...
I finally got my hands on Wheel!
And in Marchesini!
At first I was thinking about GALE SPEED or OZ RACING.
Over the past year, Wheel has gone up in price considerably and Gale has lost its value for money.
OZ RACING has become more expensive than Marchesini
470,000 yen for standard Anodized Color, 550,000 yen for Paint
Too expensive.
Marchesini the King in his own value system, the nobleman OZ
I felt like a commoner GALE SPEED.
If they undercut that and the price exceeds Marchesini's, I'd choose Marchesini.
And GALE SPEED's Brand power is inevitably weak compared to other niManufacturers.
Add $140,000 to Gail's GP1S and you'll be promoted to Marchesini.
That Marchesini didn't like 7 Spokes at first and shunned it.
See, 360 degrees around the circle is not divisible by 7.
This means that somewhere out of the seven, there is a disproportionate etc.
It's kind of creepy, isn't it?
The price and design lightly erase such thoughts, a lack of conviction.
As a result, I chose Marchesini's M7RS over Gale and OZ.
Review from here
I knew it was lightweight, but when you actually ride it, it changes more than you can imagine.
The forging and thin Rim make the GYRO effect much weaker.
It feels like the head goes in and falls down without the action of bending it.
It's so light that I'm afraid it's going to fall over as it is.
To be honest, I've seen a lot of these reviews and sometimes I wondered how they could change like that.
I can feel the difference when I feel it. Even I, an insensitive person, can feel the difference so far, so I guess normal people can see the difference, can't they?
There's Merit, of course, but there's also the downside of the lighter weight and reduced GYRO effect.
First of all, straight line stability is reduced, if not to the point of dizzying.
I get the sense that there's something unsettling about it.
I wonder if it is noticeable when the speed exceeds 100 km/h.
Also, Small Gap is transmitted as vibration.
This is thought to be due to the fact that the lighter weight is not fully absorbed and transmitted.
Maybe once you get used to this area, you won't mind.
Also, I've seen a few reviews here and there that say it's often springy.
I think I can solve the Large one by setting up the suspension.
The place where the Wheel was installed has various know-hows and
I didn't have the feeling that I'd be hosed if they did the Setup for now.
It looks good, performs well, and you won't regret buying it.
I myself bought it 80% on looks, so it's unlikely to be effective.
I think it is very effective Large for people who drive fast and furious on mountain roads.

Genuine JT Sprockets 14t Front Sprocket for Suzuki SV 650 ABS 2008
This bike came in for a service and a new chain and sprockets fitting. This was purchased along with the rear sprocket just for the job. Have used JT sprockets for many years and know they are brilliant quality and do last a long time compared to some other brands. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for the similar price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets. Have fitted before and know how they go on really easy little job. As I said, great quality parts from a great UK company. Thanks Webike for the great service as always and help with anything I need. The oil filler cap is very convenient to use and decorate
Daytona brand is a famous brand in the production of spare parts for motorbikes from engines to decorations. In particular, the product set of oil cap, reservoir cap and bar ends comes from Daytona premium, I feel the quality is improved compared to normal Daytona. With this set of oil caps, compared to the original cap, I find that it is not only used for decoration with many colors to choose from, but also can be easily opened and closed to make changing the oil easier. With a normal OEM oil cap, I usually spend about 2 to 3 minutes opening and closing the oil cap. With the Daytona oil cap, it only takes 30 seconds to do that. View detail
