To prevent oil leakage from EngineTop
There is a constant oil leak from the EngineTOP of Initial Model Zephyr 750!
Oil leakageConstantly covered with oil from the Cylinder het, at first, Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I was told that there was a leakage from the moon-shaped rubber packing of the "Zephyr" and I additionally plugged it with liquid packing, but it had no effect.

The cause of oil leakage can be identified.
Disadvantage
The bolt is replaced only by screwing it in a little tighter, but forcing it in deforms the bolt head.
If possible, it is recommended to replace the Gasket and CamshaftPlug, so please consult with Wallet.
When replacing all the parts, the Tank/Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Without removing the Coil Horn, the Bolt cannot be removed from the front and back of the Engine Top Cover due to the lack of clearance.
If there is oil leakage from other locations than the bolt, other countermeasures should be taken.

When the Gasket/CamshaftPlug is replaced, use the original Bolt and make sure that the Bolt is penetrating to the bottom, otherwise this product may be inserted only halfway.

I installed and moved this product from an OEM LeftSwitch Box, and even with the loss of 1 pc of wire, the Handlebar area is refreshing.
It is a product, but it needs to be held because it goes back when you pull it. But it is also a good process and does not feel painful.
Product Quality fits very well with the feeling of being noticed if you ask me.
As for the installation, it is necessary to remove the carburetor, so it would be a good idea to perform it during OH.

I had installed a Fender Eliminator Kit made by BaGOOSE, so I decided to install a Regulator Body.
I had a hard time...
Until I read the Instruction Manual for installation, I did not expect to remove the bracket next to the battery case, so I installed it without modification.
I thought it could be done. In terms of work, I think the procedure is similar to the installation procedure for Second Type Model.
There was no description on the website of BaGOOSE, so a BaGOOSE Fender Eliminator Kit was installed on the First Model Type.
I think people who are doing this need to be careful.
First, as per the Instruction Manual, remove the Rivet bracket from the side of the battery case and install with the Magic Tape that comes with the case.
I was thinking, "Magic tape...I wonder what it is..." I looked for a good-looking Bracket at a hardware store and found it.

I think the effect after the replacement was to stabilize idling and increase torque at low speeds. I feel it became easier to ride.

Preventive maintenance before Regulator failure
1999 ZEPHYR750 C6 22 years from manufacture.
I had a feeling that Regulator was about to go bad, so I decided to update it.
I bought this product because I wanted to replace it with the latest model anyway.
The features of this product include...
? Less heat generation compared to the SaIristor type
? Excellent voltage control and stable voltage.
? The mounting position is moved from between the Engine and Tank to the Side cowl, away from the heat source.

When the regulator breaks, the battery and electrical components are punctured and the damage is large.
This is an unassuming component, but very important.
In addition, I think that it is possible to do it in 30 minutes to one hour if you are able to take off and put on the tank because the manual is careful when installing it.

520Conversion of the ZrX1100 to TouringSpec.
I converted my ZrX1100 to 520Conversion, and this time I made it longer to TouringSpec.
This ZrX1100 has different Sprocket size from its successor ZrX1200S and DAEG, so there are few parts that can be used for 520 conversion. Until now, we have been using MADE IN SUNSTAR Front 17T or 18T and Rear 45T for the sprocket and DID 520ZVM-X for the chain.
This time, I found this 41TRearSprocket, so I combined it with Front17T. It will be Longer than standard.
The product (RearSprocket) is made in Sunstar, which is known for its high quality and reliability. It is exactly the same feeling of security as the SUNSTAR Brand RK-124-45 that I have been using. You can't feel any deflection or eccentricity after installation.
It would be easy to just install it, but since my car is over 25 years old, I have to disassemble it and do equal cleaning and maintenance (rust removal and replacement of consumable parts), so I take my time. I took half a day this time because I also changed the chain.
I've just done a short test run and I'm happy with the changes as expected. The start is sluggish, but no worries about stalling, and cruising is very comfortable with the engine rpm kept low, just like the TouringSpec.
By the way, the MADE IN S?NSTARDuraluminRearSprocket (RK-124-45) that I had installed before lasted less than 20,000km with frequent chain cleaning?lubrication?adjustment. I am expecting the same durability this time.

The sound is better than I thought it would be (a blast?) because I chose the 50mm. Even the weld marks are finished and Large satisfied!

After much research and investigation on the net, I purchased and installed this product, which is in stock.
Because the pictures in the Instruction Manual are not easy to see, it is better to work while comparing the Instruction Manual with the actual item.
