Due to carburetor malfunction
I found out that the cause of the problem was the carburetor after half a year of research. I thought I could do it myself by purchasing this product. Minimum Quantity:Set, and this Quantity:I thought it would be good if we could increase or decrease the number of Parts depending on the situation. View detail
Think in terms of replacement frequency, not Power
I don't think there is anyone who can perceive the increase in inhalation efficiency by 0.5ps at Peak with SEROW in the product description.
I'm more of a wash and reuse kind of guy, but it's a lot more work than I thought it would be.
According to the official procedure, wash with Cleaner→ wash with mild detergent→ dry for a day→ apply Oil→ wait 6 hours and when Oil settles, you can drive.
Almost two days if you follow it exactly? If I wash on Saturday morning, I won't make it in time for Touring on Sunday.
If you're the kind of person who changes filters once or twice a year, OEM replacement would be better.
I guess it's for people who want to go as fast as possible in an hour-long Race to change filters in a month, which is often run in Course.

The image and the real thing are different.
The image and the actual product are completely different.
Because there is no number engraving and all four have exactly the same shape,
When I try to install the Carburetor, it does not go all the way in.
In addition, the Carburetor fell out of the Indicator when trying to fit it into the OEMAir cleaner, making it completely unusable.

If you put on the outside of the company with a good exit, you can use Setting.
I used it for an OEMcarburetor overhaul. 。
Carburetor has parts called "Jet" such as Main Jet, Needle, Pilot Jet (Slow Jet), etc., right?
What is the Pilot Jet used in this project?
What is Pilot Jet?
Pilot Jet Slow Jet. Or, IdolJet. also called 。
Jet to lighten the fuel in the Pilot system. 。 Weighs the amount of fuel in low-speed operation from Idling 。 The larger the number, the larger the diameter and the thicker the mixture.
*Fuel is supplied from the Pilot system→Idling at low speeds.
And, Pilot Jet Or Slow Jet is exactly the same role, but it is called by a different name.
Why are they called by different names?
★ Pilot Jet
→ Name used for Mikuni Carburetor 。
★ [Slow Jet]
→Name used for KEIHINCarburetor.
The parts have the same function but are manufactured by different manufacturers.
And why Pilot Jet (Slow Jet)
need to be adjusted?
And Pilot Jet (Slow Jet) has a thing called a number.
■Thinning the number one small cherry→ thinning.
■Large kiku→ thicken the number.
This is an adjustment that
By the way, when do you actually perform setting?
Setting example
~Pilot Jet (Slow Jet)
When you want to make it thicker (to increase the number)
→Idling - unstable rotation at low speeds.
→Engine is hard to take.
→ After Fire from Exhaust System during embr.
I was in After Fire and poor starting when embracing.
Thinning (lowering the number)
→Idling sound dull.
→Black smoke coming from Exhaust System.
I think the most common case is to replace the exhaust system with an external exhaust system with good ventilation.
I also have an external Exhaust System, so I'm moving up to the OEM Pilot Jet #25→#27.5.
How to exchange ~OEMMikuniCVcarburetor
(1) Turn off Fuel Cock.
↓
(2) Remove Gasoline in the carburetor.
Loosen the drain bolt and it will come out.

(3) Use Phillips Screwdriver to remove the lower no-screw of the carburetor. The screw is soft, so do not lick it. Turn counterclockwise.
↓
Open the inside, and you will see a large sized Bolt (main jet).
Pilot Jet is located under the
↓
?Use a slotted screwdriver to remove the existing Pilot Jet.
↓
(6) Turn the new Pilot Jet in the place where you removed it by hand gently first, and finally tighten it with a slotted screwdriver. Do not overtighten.
↓
Large sturdy if it is restored with ? ?→?.
After that, start the engine and adjust the speed of idling by Pilot screw, etc.
The number of Pilot Jet that is originally attached to SR400 is #25.
〜After replacement
○ After Fire at the time of embellishment has disappeared.
○The connection of acceleration from low speed to medium speed has become smoother.
If the carburetor vehicles are changed to an external exhaust system, I think it is better to adjust not only the OEM carburetor but also the external carburetor.

Easy and Engine-friendly Maintenance
The maintenance that can be done very easily by the user, such as periodic air filter replacement and oil replacement, will keep your car in good health for a long time. This filter is easy to use by simply removing 6 BoxScrews in the case of Address, and we highly recommend SelfMaintenance.
The price is low, so it is sufficient to replace new ones each time!

Yellow-colored areas fall off considerably.
I had no problem with the fit since it is the same size as the manufacturerOEM, but the yellow-colored part on the back of the sponge is falling off. But the yellow-colored part on the back of the sponge is falling off.
I have a feeling that if Carburetor sucks this in, it will clog up, so I will not use it and buy OEM.

No problem
I replaced the inner duct with a larger opening to increase power. The intake inner duct was also changed to a larger opening.
As a result, I feel that I can now accelerate smoothly.
However, we are not sure if this is due to the filter replacement or the inner duct process, and the change in acceleration may be a placebo effect to begin with.
For a while after the replacement, when I put the Axel back in, it was burbling (it went away quickly), so I think the intake efficiency must have changed in some way.

After purchasing the engine, the engine was not bad, but when I removed the air cleaner, I found the lower half of the engine was covered in Oil.
After replacing it with this one, both acceleration and fuel economy have improved.

Response revival of new cars
Installed on a YZF-R25 (8BK-RG74J).
It was installed without any problem, although there is no mention of a 22 or later MODEL in the compatible car models.
I didn't see any thin fuel reaction, and the amount of inhalation doesn't seem to have increased as described.
I feel like I'm getting a firm suck.
In OEM, if you use a lot of emblems and run for a long time, the oil in the blowback will give you a sluggish feeling.
With this less bellows high flow type, it is not so much of a concern.
I haven't driven the car that much since I replaced it, but so far the Response is the same as it was when it was new.
It seems like it's been going on forever. (It could just be my imagination.)
I think it's hard to see the effect for people who drive Main on flat streets.
I would recommend it to anyone who, like me, commutes daily on country roads with steep grades.

Genuine K&N Air Filter for Suzuki GSX650F 2011
This GSX650F came in for a service which included air filter, oil filter and oil change. I decided to go for the K&N filter over the OEM one because you also have the ability to wash, re-oil and re-use these filters. I have never found them to be anything less than the quality of the standard OEM filters and do not have any less performance. As I said, these are reusable if you do it all correctly. This is replacing the OEM Suzuki one which came on the bike when the customer dropped it off. By the looks of it, it has rarely been changed. I dispair how some people manage to run bikes without the slightest notion of maintenance. Finding the correct filter for this bike was easy too, I checked on Webike website and this showed the models that fit each filter. Really easy. I had other items in my order and this then cut down the shipping over the entire order. I use EMS fast service which arrived at my door in 5 days. All the items were packaged really well and bubble wrap and air pockets were used to fill any space in the box. Webike even tape the outer box on all sides so nothing can get in or out. The filter arrived in perfect condition and did come pre-oiled which is also nice so you do not have to mess around the first time. Fitted in about half an hour total. The final result was perfect. A nice clean well oiled air filter ready for a few thousand miles to come. Thanks to Webike for doing a great job and providing a great service throughout. View detail
