KITACO Shroud Bracket Set (Oil C)
Build quality on the bracket is very sturdy and strong. Hardware bolts are included. Installation was fairly easy because i already had my airbox removed as I am running an aftermarket air intake. The reason i purchased this product was to keep my side body panels secure from vibration from rides or winds going against me and it would flap the body panels because my stock airbox was deleted and I needed something to secure my body panels in place and this product did just that to keep it in place. In the future i may purchase the cooler assembly since I already have this bracket. View detail
Best value high mount oil cooler for the JB03 Monkey and a highly efficient cooling setup
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the materials used are aluminum for the oil cooler, banjo fittings and oil tappet cover and steel for the mounting bracket. About the feeling of use, The best value high mount oil cooler for the JB03 Monkey and a highly efficient cooling setup. Takes up very little space with it's compact design and looks great fitted on the motorcycle. Products to buy together, Since you are looking to maximize the cooling of the engine then the addition of cooling finned covers for the camshaft cover and the exhaust valve tappet cover would be ideal to also have in your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the oil cooler kit was average. The original airbox needs to be removed but other then that the nature of the install and access are easy. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You receive an oil cooler kit that can be fitted to a original engine with no other addition parts required. There are not too many oil cooler kit for the JB03 Monkey and if compared to the available low and high mount kits, this is priced in the middle. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. They not only sell aftermarket parts and bike gear but also OEM parts for your repairs and servicing needs. View detail
Very good quality, highly impressed
About quality and texture Quality is very good. Bolts are strong, bracket is well designed and finished, fits perfectly. Oil cooler is beautifully made without any imperfections. About the feeling of use Very easy to install, brackets mounted perfectly with no modifications. All items needed are supplied and packaged very neatly. Products to buy together I recommend buying Kitaco valve cover for stock head, if not mounting to engine case. If you buy this, you will need 2x M10 P1.25 Banjo Bolts to complete installation. This is all, everything else provided. I also recommend Kitaco high flow oil pump for best performance. **Chimera Short intake & Uni air filter compatible. Larger intakes may not fit, you need very short intake for ABS model** Difficulty of installation Extremely easy even without instruction. Cost performance and comparison with other products Better than competitors. Quality is much better, all parts included, no machining or modifications needed. Mount perfectly. About shipping and packaging. Packaged very well, shipping very fast to UK. Under 2 weeks. View detail
I want to add oil temperature Sensor efficiently.
When installing the UniversalOil cooler, I wanted to install the included hose, but the One Side can only be installed by cutting the Pipe, and the companion of the included hose is a Crimp, so I tried my best to modify it, but it was impossible, so I changed the hose to a Rubber type. I tried to modify the hose but it was impossible, so I decided to change the hose to a rubber type.
I also wanted to install an oil temperature sensor on the Meter, so I bought this one after much deliberation.
There was also an option to cut off the rubber hose and insert it in the middle of the hose, but we decided against it due to the cost and location of fixing.
We changed to HoseType, so the length and handling are now free.
It works normally
It is difficult to say "normal" because normal use is a matter of course, but the quality has to be good.
I can buy the quantity I want as a Single Item and it is Reasonable. I hope you will continue to offer products like this in the future.

Fitted on a JC75 Grom. It's a must have if you ride in summer too.
My Grom is a Normal engine, but when I buzz it in the summer, the oil temperature exceeds 130 degrees Celsius.
The oil temperature rose even after running uphill endlessly on a gentle uphill.
We thought this was not good for the engine, so we installed this oil cooler.
Since it is necessary to take out the oil, we also installed the company's Clutch cover.
Since it is a type that is attached on top of the Head, I was instructed to remove the Air Cleaner BOX when installing it, but I worked on it as it was because it was troublesome, and this was a Large failure.
The Bolt that attaches to the Head did not fit and I struggled with it for a Small hour or so. It was faster to remove the Air Cleaner BOX according to the instruction manual.
Also, be careful not to over-tighten the bolt that holds the body in place; the female side is made of aluminum and can easily damage the screw holes.
To prevent over cool in winter, I also installed Mukawa's Thermostat, which blocks the path to the oil cooler when the temperature is below 70°C. Now I can ride safely in winter.
And as for the effect, the oil temperature remained stable at around 100°C while driving on level ground, even in 35°C temperatures.
The temperature rose to just under 110°C during the ascent of the pass, but this was probably the harshest condition we had all year.
Compared to before installation, the oil temperature seems to have dropped by almost 15°C.
This time, the oil pump was also replaced with one from Mukawa, so it is thought that the oil temperature could be lowered by a combination of techniques.
This is a Recommendation for both Normal and Tuning engines.

Necessary and sufficient
Introduced as an installation component for Oil Temperature Meter when APE 100 was retrofitted with a meter.
Since the oil cooler was already installed, installation was relatively easy.
Since it is made of aluminum, a torque wrench is recommended for those who do not know how the aluminum gasket feels when it is crushed.
I was a little worried about mounting the Sensor, so I wrapped Seal tape around it as insurance.
There were no leaks that were there after a test run, so I would like to monitor it for a while on my commute and if it is Large sturdy, I would like to use it for Touring or something like that.

Down Style Oil Cooler Kit for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the Kitaco oil cooler kit, the radiator is extremely light weight due to it's size and aluminium construction and all the parts included in the kit are of a high quality. About the feeling of use: Compact yet effective oil cooler kit makes it perfect for a mini-moto like the Honda Grom and handy that it can be mounted from the the intake or exhaust tappet cover depending your intended motorcycle use and modifications. Products to buy together: Some oil ports to connect the oil cooler kit to the engine are necessary, so either a Kitaco clutch cover kit or a big bore kit is required to purchase along side the oil cooler kit. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about three quarters of an hour, mount the radiator to the special tappet cover and bracket, fill the radiator with engine oil and measure then cut the oil lines to suit. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a versatile oil cooler kit due to it's different mounting positions available while the design and quality of the parts are perfect when compared to the cheaper Morin oil cooler kits with a poor designed mounting bracket and terrible designed oil supply and return paths. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght is my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost and it is fantastic that it has returned as an option once again so I can put my money toward parts and not high shipping costs. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: If you do take your Grom offroad then due to the positioning of the radiator directly behind the front wheel you can also purchase some radiator guard universal mesh from R&G for protection. Cheap and Highly Effective Oil Cooler Kit for the Monkey
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the Kitaco oil cooler kit, the radiator is extremely light weight for it's size with it's aluminium construction and all the parts included in the kit are of a high quality. Works good
Looks awesome, didn't work with the Kitaco neo, it makes it too close to the fender and it hit the cooler, I recomend the high mount for this, the rubber bushings also don't last very long, they are too small, View detail

Variation rich
I arrived at this when I was looking for a Thermo Sensor in the size of the Thermo Sensor I wanted to use.
18mm is a little thin. And it's expensive! It's helpful that there are many Variations, but it would have been nice to have another Rank thicker one!

5 Row Super Oil Cooler Kit from Kitaco
* About quality and texture, Large 5 row highly efficient aluminium oil cooler, anodized aluminium banjo bolts and fitting, nylon braided oil hose and machined aluminium tappet covers with mounting bracket. * About the feeling of use, I must say the 5 row oil cooler does look very impressive fitted to the Grom and for my current level of engine modifications is too large, the 3 row oil cooler would have been better suited to my high compression 125cc piston. * Products to buy together, The Kitaco super oil pump would be wise to purchase along side the oil cooler kit to assist with the additional burden that oil circulation will now be under. * Difficulty of installation, The install is as simple as swapping the tappet covers, mounting up the oil cooler, cutting the oil hoses to your required length and securing them with the banjo hardware. The process was completed in 40 minutes with no difficultly. * Cost performance and comparison with other products, Best value for the biggest highly efficient oil cooler kit available here on Webike specifically for the Grom. It could only be better if the kit included a stone guard like the more expensive kits from SP Takegawa. * About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 8 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems. * Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, Due to the positioning of this oil cooler kit, adding a stone guard to you list of additional items to purchase is advised. Use the product reviews to assist in making a decision on your purchase. View detail
Super Oil Cooler Kit from Kitaco
* About quality and texture, The black painted steel bracket positions the aluminum oil cooler and catch tank perfectly in the space provided by removing the OEM airbox. * About the feeling of use, The 5 row does a outstanding job keeping the upgraded 181cc motor cool during the hot summer days in Australia and the inclusion of the catch tank helps with internal motor pressure during sustained high RPM riding. * Products to buy together, An oil pump with an increased output volume is wise to also add to your order due to the addition of the oil cooler. Kitaco have one to suit the Monkey 125 and it's available here to purchase. * Difficulty of installation, This installation was very enjoyable to complete due to the multitude of different tasks to do and the massive change the Monkey took by the end. The process was completed in 60 minutes with a little difficultly. * Cost performance and comparison with other products, If you are wanting an oil cooler and a catch tank then this kit is the best value for money you will find. The oil coolers alone from SP Takegawa are only slightly cheaper then this complete kit from Kitaco. * About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 6 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems. * Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, If you wish to use this kit on the OEM 125cc barrel or the 143cc barrel from SP Takegawa you will also need to purchase a clutch cover that has ports to operate the oil cooler effectively. Prevention of interference between hoses (but with emphasis on appearance!!!)
Since this part is just to keep the distance between Hose and Hose constant, I looked for something cheaper than the other company (Mr. SP).
This one was cheaper, but why the different color, price and Point?
In Accent of price and appearance. "Red" I bought a new one!

KITACO Oil Cooler Kit for Honda Monkey 125
About quality and texture - Top quality. Light weight aluminium oil cooler with a well designed bracket sits nicely behind the front fender and also has a mounting point for the IAT sensor. About the feeling of use - This 5 stage core oil cooler does a great job keeping my 181cc kit at normal operating temperatures even when working the engine hard. Products to buy together - To finish off the look of the kit some hose separators are nicer then the included zip ties, Webike have the correct sized Kitaco hose separators available. Difficulty of installation - The oil cooler kit itself is quite simple to install. I found adding the additional oil directly into the oil cooler before mounting onto the bracket a good idea and don't over tighten the banjo bolts on the oil cooler. Cost performance and comparison with other products - This Kitaco oil cooler kit is slightly better value then the other available on the market but one negitive is the Kitaco oil cooler doesn't have a stone guard but is not a big problem due to the position behind the front fender. About shipping and packaging - I think Webike are doing their best with shipping pricing, so I'm happy. Packages ship within 24 hours and arrive very quickly from Japan. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - If you are trying to choose between the 3 stages or 5 stages oil cooler, I say if you are still 125cc go the 3 stages and anything bigger go the 5 stages.
