GRONDEMENT JAPAN Drive V Belt STD Type
Purchased this belt when replacing the belt on my ADDRESS V100. I decided to use GRONDEMENT's V Belt this time because it is made in Japan, the price, and the availability, etc.
The replacement itself should be no problem for those familiar with Scooter maintenance.
I will verify the durability etc. from now on, but after the replacement, the test run was smooth at the start and acceleration etc. were no problem.

I couldn't stop laughing for the first 30 minutes.
My car, ADDRESS V50 (UZ50X,CA42A) I was looking for a High Speed Pulley for my car and came across this parts.
I had been hesitant to buy the ZZ because it was not a compatible model, but it is one of the compatible models. (AZ50,CA1PB) OEMPulley of LETS4 (UZ50,CA41A/CA43A/CA45A) and decided to buy it because its LETS4 and ADDRESS V50 were the same.
I actually installed it … it fits perfectly. The OEM Pulley boss could not be used because of a slight difference in O.D. The length is a little less than 1mm shorter than the OEM one, but no problem. The length is a little less than 1mm shorter than OEM, but no problem. It was the first time for me to repair&modify the drivetrain by myself, but I could easily assemble it if I had the tools.
And when it came time to run … ragged Pulley (Weight roller was also a wreck) The Rev limit was only 45 km/h, but it reached 60 km/h with plenty of RPM to spare. Acceleration was much better, and I was laughing all the time during the test run because I was having so much fun.
It was easily exceeding 60 km/h at revs well below the Rev limit, and was able to hit a maximum speed of 77 km/h at the maximum charge in a maximum speed challenge using a hard downhill. The engine sound at this time was almost inaudible due to the wind cutting sound, but it was making a very dangerous sound just before the rev limit.
With this much room for Speed, you can bomb down the fast-flowing national roads without worry. Be careful of the police. LOL!
About Setting…
Weight roller is 6.5g×6 which is a little heavier than OEM. At the time of purchase, I did not understand the meaning of "Setting" on the back of the Package and selected it appropriately. This seemed to be wrong, and the RPM at 10 to 20km/h was strangely high, which created a feeling of idleness in the initial acceleration and made me feel quite uncomfortable.
On a flat straight line, the RPM and maximum speed reached a plateau at 61 km/h. (If you shrink and make the area exposed to the wind small, the speed will increase by about +2km/h.) (170cm/88kg) . However, the RPMs were low when the head hit the ground. (about when the OEM is doing 50 km/h) and fuel economy should be much better.
I am going to try 7.5g×6 which was mentioned on the back of Package. I hope this will reduce the weirdness at low speeds and increase flatland speeds.
