I changed it to 75? With Light bore up kit, but since Clutch slipped, I exchanged it

Primary driven gear is set
There is little corrosion outside the GEAR teeth, but it seems to be no problem.

It was troublesome to bend the mounting bracket many times to align the tank in order to set it properly. Reserver tank hose is Nisshin's inner diameter 7. 3 mm, outer diameter 13 mm was used.

I am using YAMAHA SUPER JOG Zr 3 YK, but Offset washer, 0. 3mm0. 5 mm (total 0. 8mm), so if it is not this 39mmNut it will interfere with the Outer.
I used YAMAHAOEM 41 mm as it was when assembling Clutch, Clutch outer as before, but when turning with hand it did not look like it interfere, but when later released Clutch, the angle of Nut I got scratches that interfere with Outer and I bought this Nut.
During running, centrifugal force and thermal expansion etc. I think that it interfered with.
Those thinking about purchasing should think that it is better to have 2 or 3 items.

It will be effective in long distances
As also in the WebPage of the product, I attach it to S1000R of 2014 without problems. Installation is simple. Remove Screw with T20 Torque and remove Cowl with T25 Torque (In case of S1000R you can turn it with Ratchet with Extension bar if you remove 1 Torque stopping the Cowl shown in the image. Just change the Clutch link lever to this product. It is probably because of the Blast process that the hole whose shape is smaller than the axis was written is probably Small. I pressed in by aligning the holes and stopping Screw. Well I guess that's the difference.
Also, it's a bit Large strange to restore Spring, so Pliers? Driveretc. It would be nice to have.
Today I ran over 180 km after changing, but slightly Clutch got lighter, I got used to running 30 minutes if I ran slightly like Stroke extended.
After that, the effect at long distance will be reported even after it became cool in autumn.

I heard some sounds of noise from Clutch, so I tried it in. Whether or not the cause of rattling sound was worn OEM's Clutch pusher is not certain but it is not exactly and the sound ceased after introduction.
The OEM pusher that is in contact with the operating Plate seems to be receiving pressure intensely while rotating, and when it is removed and degreased and checked it is clear that a circular polishing trace like Machining is floating.
Perhaps, at this point, I wonder if the dimensions have changed so much or that the play has come out -.
As Needle bearing will be in between, it is likely to escape from such side pressure while rotating. Recent good Motorcycle seems to use the pusher of this structure roughly, so does it make sense?

Excessive expectations for change are forbidden.
CBR-1000RR (Late SC - 57) The hydraulic clutch was hot, and about 300 km of Touring was about to make Left hands ineffective. At that time there was no budget, so I installed TSR's Release.
I also thought that it was a bit lighter at the beginning, but I got used to it soon and I could not understand it at all, so I did not improve the spicyness of my hands when I went to Touring.
Since I got rid of OEM's Clutch release, I put GALE SPEED's Master cylinder in the TSR's Clutch as it is.
I also consulted Manufacturer, 16 φ for OEM Clutch release, 17 for TSR Clutch release. If 5 φ it was Large and it was sturdy.
So I am 17. 5, but it got dramatically lighter. Please refer to those with the same trouble by all means.

I bought it to eliminate the weight of SRX Clutch.
I think that the weight of SRX's Clutch has the following three causes.
1 : Wire's Access to Clutch release forced to bypass with Type 4 retrofitted Engine Starter Motor.
2 : Small Small Front Slightly hard fitting around the circumference of Wire.
3 : Clutch lever & Holder crooked in the middle of design priority and straight without going into force on Holder.
In response to the above problems, this product solves the first problem.
As a structure, use this principle (Extension of Wire holder of Clutch release side) It will surely be lighter.
However, due to its structure, there seems to be a problem that Clutch's meeting position changes on the Clutch lever side, or the depth of the semi-Clutch changes, but I am a Pro taper made Clutch holder & Lever (PROFILE Clutch Perch) To make it possible to operate without any inferiority to OEM.
As for assembly, I was able to assemble using several kinds of Hex without removing Engine Starter Motor.
How many minutes it was difficult to install the Engine Starter Motor as it was installed in the way. I think that it can be mounted very easily once the Engine Starter Motor is removed.
