We are servicing my friend's HONDA SOLO, the native chain has stretched and fallen into disrepair. These chains have proven themselves perfectly, nothing superfluous, excellent metal quality. I'm so used to this that I'm not even considering buying other chains. View detail

My friend asked me to help him choose a chain, as his chain is already tired and needs to be replaced with a HONDA SUPER CUB 50 CUSTOM. My friend liked this chain very much, there were no problems with the installation. Everything came up and works fine. View detail

Might increase fuel economy?
The FSprocket has not been replaced yet and has not been run much, but it feels good.
The Meter reading was previously 4000 rpm at 60 km travel, but after the replacement, it became 3500 rpm and I was able to travel up to 6th gear without any discomfort.
Next time I will replace and adjust RSprocket and see.

520Conversion Demerit
It is cheaper than collecting OEM parts, and as you all know, there is a Merit to make the 520. However, the Noise when driving will be Large.
It sounds like the sound when the bottom of the teeth of the front sprocket (Driven Sprocket) hits the Roller of the Chain.
The OEM Sprocket has a Ring-shaped anti-vibration Rubber, which reduces Noise.
As a countermeasure, I had some DAYTONAInsulation Glass WoolSeat left over from a previous purchase at Webig, so I attached this to the inside of the Sprocket Cover.
As an effect, Noise became much smaller.

It is cheap and good, but the only thing that bothers me is that the Bolt hole on the Rear sprocket is Large. I'm worried that it might move during use. View detail
sounding good
I can't do it myself, so the person who did it for me said that FrontSprocket is very good, in terms of material and lightness, etc. Rear sprocket can be attached with either a pure normal thread screw or a taper bolt, according to the specs. View detail

What made you decide to buy?
However, after the start of the New Year 2024, I started to collect parts little by little and decided to do the customization that I had envisioned since last year… The contents of the customization were the replacement of the Front and Rear Sprocket and Chain. I purchased the RK BL Black Scale Series Chain BL520X-XW, which had been a favorite of mine for a long time because of its high evaluation in Impression, and waited for the spring sale.
[How was the installation?
To change the chain, you will need a racing stand to lift the rear tire and a tool to cut and caulk the chain. We recommend DID's Kashimaru-kun! This is also listed as a recommended tool in the 6R service manual. Originally, you need to cut a long chain to do the work, but you can buy the chains we carry at Webic in the number of links you need. This was the second time for us to replace the seal chain, and we thought we had gotten used to cutting and caulking the chain, but the chain is an important safety part of a motorcycle. We did not let up until the work was completed, checking the chain over and over again.
How was your experience with it?
RKBlack scaleSeriesChain is not painted but coated with BLACK electrodeposition. Brass plating is applied to the pins and rollers to prevent rusting. The contrast between black lacquer and gold enhances the custom feel. The SUNSTARRACINGSteel rear sprocket was also replaced at the same time, so the custom look around the chain has been enhanced.

Cool Gold chain
[How is it used?
I replaced the Chain I was using because it had reached the end of its life span and had become dull and dull.
How was your experience with it?
Maintenance is assured because Seal is in good hands.
There is also the reliability of Brand.
The gold color is a good parenthesis and it is easy to see the dirt when washing the car.
How did it compare to other products?
I was also hesitant about Daido, but I chose it because it is suitable for Off-Road.
[Points to note]
I chose Clip joint, but I think Crimp is more secure.

Why is the same number of Ding as OEMs so expensive….
What made you decide to buy?
I have been working on the ZX-6R for 3 years now, and the mileage is about 10,000 km. I thought it was too early to replace them, but since all the parts were available during the spring sale, I decided to replace them.
[How was the installation?
I found information that the Torque of the Engine Sprocket nut fixing the front sprocket was halfway tight, so I loosened the Engine Sprocket nut using an electric Impact wrench from Tirefor Replacement. After that, I tightened the rear brake with the torque wrench at the specified torque of 147Nm, and finally, I bent the washer over the nut using the water pump pliers to prevent it from loosening.
*We are planning to describe this replacement work in our maintenance diary. Please take a look if you like.
How was your experience with it?
At first I was not sure whether to go with 16T or not, but I liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to go with 15T, the same as the OEM. So there was no change between before and after the replacement. The normal specifications list on the product page says 16T, but the 21-year ZX-6R has 15T Front, 43 Rear, 2.866 reduction ratio, and 112 Chain links.

What made you decide to buy?
Since the beginning of the New Year 2024, I have been gradually collecting parts and trying to carry out a customization that I have been envisioning since last year … that customization is to replace the front rear sprocket and chain. Why did I choose the Sunstar Racing Steel rear sprocket? The reason for choosing the Sunstar racing steel rear sprocket and chain is that the power and traction control of modern supersports are constantly subjecting the sprocket and chain to high and fluctuating loads. Although there is no change in weight with the stock steel and Sunstar also made of steel, we chose a rear sprocket that delivers super durability that can take the power.
[How was the installation?
When replacing the sprocket, you will need a racing stand to lift the rear tire and a long spinner handle to loosen the axle nut. Also, a Torque wrench is necessary for Torque management.
Float the tire on the rear stand, loosen the axle nut, pull out the shaft, and remove the wheel. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the removed wheel on the stand. I always use a scrap tire from a car to put the wheel on the stand.
While removing the Rear Sprocket, it is a good idea to clean up the area around the back of the Sprocket that has become sticky with the Chain lube. After cleaning, fix the Rear Sprocket, but since there is a little play, fix the Sprocket nut while pulling the Chain in the direction where the Chain is pulled. It is recommended to mark the Sprocket nut to confirm the tightness.
How was your experience with it?
At first, I was not sure if I should reduce the number of pins and make it Long, but I didn't want to have a misprint on the Speed display, and I also liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to use the same 43 pins. So there is no change between before and after the replacement, but the OEM 6R is easier to handle. 21 year old ZX-6R has Front 15T, Rear 43 Dings, Reduction Ratio 2.866, Chain linkage 112.

The weight of the description does not Ate.
OEM 3-type for horizontal JOG (480g) I bought it for the weight Up rather than the
The description gives a weight of 515g, but the actual measurement is only 496g.
OEMs usually increase or decrease by about 5g because of balance shaving, etc,
I could not think of writing an imprementation that I would recommend to others if the Cut-out Outer had an error of almost 20g!
[Regarding installation].
50cc horizontal JOG (3KJ/5AUCase before regulation, 5BM/5SUCase after regulation)
Case cover Gasket is required.
However, the shaft part is thicker than OEM, so when you stop the Nut, insert the O-ring, and try to close the Cover.
The gap with Bearing on the Cover will be insufficient.
So we need to take measures such as thinning the O-ring
・3WF
There's plenty of room to spare. o-ring should be as thin as the 50 story?
You can replace the Nut that stops the Outer with a thin Nut for 50cc
