For installation of Grip heater on GPX750R.
The OEM throttle pipe with many ribs had to have the ribs cut off in order to install the grip heater, which is a large amount of work, so I was not sure if it would fit. The part numbers of the wire and switch box are the same, and only the Throttle pipe part number has changed, so I bought it assuming that if the part numbers of the wire and switch box are the same, it would physically arrive.
The result is satisfactory for pontoon use.

Quantity to add Bar End:Exchange in Set
The Bar End for the Close type used in the past is said to have been discontinued, and the Open endSpec. Bar End was purchased.
There is no particular change in the feel of the Teflon treatment, but it is a good idea to have multiple Teflon coated parts because they are easily damaged in the event of a fall or other accident.
The price is also relatively inexpensive.

CF POSH Flat Face Throttle Cone
I searched to replace the throttle grip of my genuine Ape 100 Type D, and unfortunately, only CF POSH products were in stock. Because it is an old model, after-parts are in short supply. I went down to the parking lot to replace the throttle grip and replaced the grip. This is a very easy replacement. You only need to loosen one screw bolt. As a user, there is little difference between the genuine product and CF POSH's 15% quick grip. -------------------------------------------------- -------- I searched to replace my genuine 100 type D throttle grip, and unfortunately there was only CF POSH product. good quality and price
It makes install Kijima grip heater easier, i can install throttle grip without addhesive. I used Kijima GH10 before, it was good, but little bit play on the throttle due to the optional gear parts, but now with this tube there is no throttle play. I used several Kijima products until now, they supply aftermarket parts with the great quality and decent price. I think they are smart, do hard work and one of the best motorcycle aftermarket product company. View detail
ACTIVE teflon inner throttle pipe/grip in use with ACTIVE aluminium throttle holder
I installed this teflon inner pipe together with the ACTIVE aluminium throttle holder with the 2 fast throttle cables to operate the Yoshimura TMR-MJN40 racing carburetor. the size that i have chosen is the 40mm (which is the maximum for the ACTIVE throttle holder Type-2). It is a straight forward and easy installation, and after sucessful installation, the grip, the throttle response and operation of the TMR-MJN carburetor is much better and livelier. highly recommended upgrade even it is for normal carburetors. Throttle now works better.
Apply a light coat of silicon spray and install.
No installation problems, no drilling required due to open end.
I'm not sure if it's because of the Teflon process, but it works much better.
⇒ It has been too bad so far.

Genuine Honda Throttle Grip Tube for CBR600RR 2007
There was an issue with the throttle grip gfor this CBR. The throttle tube had a massive crack down it which also impeded with the ability to use it. Not a problem as I know Webike have these on their site so I could always order here, better yet, they even had these in stock. Happy days. I found the correct part pretty easily using the Honda schematics. Webike price was superb and better than I could source locally. With a few other parts my order was shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days. When I unpacked the order, all the parts were individually wrapped so there was no damage to anything. The throttle grip is a really neat part and ready to be assembled so there is no messing around. I already had a brand new grip to add to this project so, this made my life a lot easier. The throttle tube is pretty tough and this is what you want froma throttle grip tube. The holes for the throttle cables is cleanly cut and they went in like butter. When all fitted, you can tell it is a new set up, it is smooth as silk to twist and also looks really cool. Another happy customer, thank you Webike. View detail

Cl500
It fits perfectly. After searching here and there, I found out that it is the same product as the cl500 genuine throttle tube. The original one is white, but I bought it with ZETA Teflon. The Daytona handle grip and cable fit perfectly. They say it is more durable, but I think I need to use it for a longer time. I recommend it - -------------------------------------------------- ------- It's just right. After searching here and there, I found out that it is the same product as the CL500 genuine throttle tube, but it is a pure color. Powered by Google Translator View detail

The one I purchased this time was Open end in Black color.Color:It is combined with Gray's DRCGrip.
Since the grip is 1cm shorter than the OEM KLX250es grip, the grip is a little on the Out side of the Handlebar, so I used it to modify the Position a little with the replacement of the zrta cx bar mx412. Ideally, the book's complaint about the Handlebar's width being a little too narrow has been resolved!

For work time reduction.
Purchased to save time when changing handlebar and grips.
Since the 2017 CRFrally is Closed End,
After the OEMGrip was stripped, the time to remove the rib and end of the Grip was wasted.
Start with Handlebar replacement in the morning,
I am glad I bought it during the heat wave of 7/8. I really thought it was a good idea.
Only 30 minutes. But it is only 30 minutes.
Installation is easy once the Engine side Cable is loosened.
I chose the color Black, so it fits nicely even when seen from the side at the open end.
(OEM is White, so you get a glimpse:embarrassing)

There's no substitute for this.
When I went touring, the CUB had a low throttle, so I had to re-grip it in many situations, which was a hassle.
After replacing it with this one, you can perform accelerator operation just like a normal motorcycle.
I was licking my chops! I should have changed it earlier.

High Solo at a reasonable price
Trying to buy a High Solo from a Manufacture.
I was thinking about it, but had given up on it because it was not yet in stock.
I searched on the Net and found this one and bought it.
It felt like it would catch during installation.
Lightly file around the wire stopper of the take-up section.
It could be used and used without any snagging feeling.
I think it is the best cost performance because I was able to make High Solo for 1500 yen.

High Solo at a reasonable price! The same Throttle holder can be used for other Yamaha cars!
[How is it used?
In order to make FZS600 for touring, we changed the front and rear Sprocket (front 15T→17T, rear 48T→44T) and set a high geared secondary reduction ratio (3.200→2.588), which made the throttle response So, we decided to change to High Solo to compensate for this. However, the High Throttle Kit is expensive (around 10,000 yen), so I was researching day and night to find a way to make it cheaper. I found it! (Laughs)
Was the one you received as per Image?
I was a little worried that I would not be able to convert it to High Solo with just this Inner pipe, but I pictured the scene of a successful High Solo conversion and a smooth ride in my mind, and boldly set to work! (Laughs)
Was the installation difficult?
The OEMThrottle inner pipe had a wire take-up diameter of 37Φ and a circumference diameter of 49Φ whereas the inner pipe we purchased had a wire take-up diameter of 42Φ and a circumference diameter of 51Φ. In contrast, the inner pipe I purchased this time has a wire take-up diameter of 42Φ and a circumference diameter of 51Φ so the inner pipe has a circumference diameter of 51&Phi. Therefore, if the outer circumference of the inner pipe is shaved by 1mm, the diameter will be reduced by 2mm to 49Φ therefore, it should fit in the Throttle holder with room to spare. So, I first marked the width of the inner pipe with WhiteMarker, and then carefully shaved 1mm with PROGSON's Mini belt sander. Then I temporarily assembled it with the Holder, and it was perfect! The rest of the work was done by machining the stopper part using the OEM inner pipe as a reference, and then finishing the entire machined part with BALI by File.
Next, the installation process, the position of the Pull Side and Reverse SideWire thailandco was as shown in the picture. for FZS600, this position did not require any wire adjustment, and it could go as the same as OEMThrottle.
Incidentally, the part numbers of the Throttle Holder used for FZS600 are 4KG-26281-00 (Cap GripUpper) and 3XW-26282-01 (Cap GripLower). These holders are used on various Yamaha vehicles, so if the same holder is used, you can convert your vehicle to High Solo at a reasonable price! (However, modification is required).
How was your experience with it?
It's easy to turn the Accelerator grip all the way up to full throttle with one twist without having to hold it back! (I don't open it all the way on public roads, though). (I don't open it all the way on the road, though.) This will reduce the burden on my wrists when touring long distances.
[Included Parts:were they on?
A disk to be inserted between the Throttle holder and Throttle grip is included. By inserting this disk, rotational resistance is reduced.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The Axel has become slightly heavier. However, since the Axel opening is less than before, the burden is within the margin of error. And the variation of the inner pipe of Active is prepared up to the largest 44Φ, but the regrettable thing that became clear in this work is that it is physically impossible to install the inner pipe of 44Φ. 42Φ even Wire The only way to install the 44Φ is to cut off the inside of the groove of the Throttle holder. If you want to use 44Φ, you should buy High Throttle Kit.

Perfectly compatible with Open end's UniversalGrip.
I used it on my 97 KLX250es. The last time I used the same closed end Throttle cone with zeta's BaseGripClosed End, the grip was oddly short, ugly, and not easy to operate, so this time I used an open end Throttle cone with DRC's Open endGrip. So this time, I combined Open end Throttle cone and Open endGrip of DRC.
The length is also perfect. I honestly feel that I should have used the Kawasaki OEM grip set if I had decided to use the closed end from the beginning. But it was a good opportunity for me to install a bar end plug.
