HURRICANE 10cmLong throttle cable
Long cable was replaced when the handlebar was replaced.
Handlebar is HURRICANE's POLICE2 type with 27mm up set up holder compared to NORMAL.
OEMCable was not enough, so we decided to use a 10 cm long cable.
I think it fits nicely without being too long.
The replacement was done by one person, without removing the carburetor, so it took more than 30 minutes to hook up the new roll of Cable,
The return Cable did not take that long, but it was a struggle.

Diversion to CB250F
I installed a ZETA handlebar on my MC43, and it was about 30mm higher, but the OEM tension was too tight, so I replaced it with a ZETA handlebar. 1 pc of pull was applied to the handlebar, and the direct feel was increased by adjusting the play and the handle.:Pair (for Left and Right) I let it have play at full lock. It can be installed with no problem if you have the tools.
As per your impresion, it takes a lot of time to remove the Screwwith Lock Bolt from the bottom.
Our procedure is to first remove the bolt that holds the clutch hose and brake hose to the body. The breaker bar is also large and sturdy. The Brake master and Clutch master can also be easily removed from the handlebar and placed on the body.
Once loosened somewhat, remove the 4 Bolts as the Ratchet of the FLEXHead can be easily turned afterwards.
Just float the Top Bridge and put the HURRICANE Spacer in between and put it back in place.

Purchased this one due to bar handle change
Purchased this for my Pipe Handlebar conversion. The construction is good and I am satisfied. The installation itself is not difficult, but it is troublesome because it is necessary to completely close around the handlebar. [How is it used?
To change the position of DL1000 V-STROM650, which seems to fit but is slightly uncomfortable.

It is worth a try if you are feeling distant from Handlebar.

Quantity, even with very cheap similar products from overseas companies.:I think the effect of the SetBack is the same, but it seems unlikely that there is a form that moves back without giving this height.

Position Comfort
The Handlebar on the DL1000 V-STROM650 felt a little far away, so I installed it.
After installation, the handlebar became a little closer to the hand, which made positioning much easier and touring more comfortable.
Cable, etc., only needed a little band, bracket, etc., positioning.

I bought this clutch cable along with throttle and choke cables. This cable is 100 mm/10 cm longer than stock but I had no problems about them. The fitment is great. Maybe in the future, I may install an ape hanger to my bike and I can use that extra 10 cms. View detail
