Lightness beyond compare
If we were going to use a big rotor, we decided to replace it with a Titaniumium bolt.
Compared to the OEMBolt, its lightness is obvious.
I think it's a good product

Helps to reduce weight under Spring
This is one of the parts that must be replaced when you buy a motorcycle. Normally, it is no color, but this time, we decided to go with Blue. You may not be able to feel the difference, but it is half of a dress-up. View detail

While replacing Sprocket
Timing to remove the Rear wheel for Sprocket and Tire replacement, the Bolt on the Rear Disc was replaced.
I use the rear brake frequently, so I wanted to remove the screw lock agent as soon as possible because I had to dispose of a wheel due to a sticking bolt on the rear disc in the past. I installed Beta titanium's Brown gold to match other Bolts.
The Front side is life-threatening, so I applied a small amount of Screw lock agent even after changing to Titaniumium Bolt, but the Rear was traumatized and I applied a small amount of WAKOS Thread compound.
The OEMBolt was removed with a quick Impact wrench to remove the Screw lock agent by standing up the Tap, since the Torque had been licked by the LongSpinner in the past.
After cleaning up, we inserted the Titaniumium Bolt, which went in smoothly, as expected with the precision of the Thread compound coating.
Please don't let it come off. (I've marked it so that I can visually check it later.)
It's hard to say that I recommend it because it's a good price for Bolt and it's not an OEM no-no, but well, I simply got stuck in the Titanium swamp and I'm happy with it for me.

Lightweight! Pitch accuracy … very good?
Titanium has been using it in various places and adding to it ?
Lightweight, tightening and Torque will not lick your head!
than other companies'! I think it's lighter.

High processing technology
I was wondering what to do because the OEM standard is a very specific Size, and I found it on BolzenBrand.
The Bolt made by Bolzen is terribly elaborate in every detail, such as the screw head and the core of the shaft.
It is several times the price range of other companies' Bolts produced overseas, but it is more than worth it.
In an age when more and more products are focused on cost performance, we are very happy to see such a labor-intensive product being produced under the FOR JAPAN MODEL.
If anyone is comparing Bolt with other companies, I would definitely recommend Bolzen.

Not its original purpose.
When I was replacing the Front Disc Bolt on my 2021 MT-09, I noticed that the top part was φ8 and the bolt itself was M6. I used it to replace the master cylinder with an integrated tank.
The thickness of the phi;8 part was not correct, so I measured in advance to make sure it would be tightened properly. I am very satisfied with the large bolt.
The quality of the BabyFace Rear Sets is further enhanced by the Titaniumium Bolt made by ZETA.
By the way, the reason why I chose the MASTER with integrated tank is because the Master Cylinder of the 2021 MT-09 is raised together with the footpeg when the Rear Sets are installed, so the Hose and Tank are also raised at the same time. However, if I cut off the hose and adjust the tank, it would be fine, but if I put the OEM footpeg back on, it would not be enough, so I used a black bracket from Home center, but the long hose was bothering me, so I made a tank integrated type to clean up the situation.

Although it is not the original part to be used...
The product name is for a brake rotor, but the bolt size was just right and the color was good, so we used it for a bolt for fixing a license plate. View detail

[How is it used?
When replacing the Rear Disc Rotor with a new one, I also decided to buy a new bolt, since it is prohibited in principle to reuse a rotor bolt. The price of OEMB bolts is 110 yen per bolt, and this Stainless bolt is 253 yen per bolt, which is more than twice as expensive, but the total price of 6 bolts for one Rotor is 1518 yen (including tax), so I decided to go ahead and buy them. I thought, "Oh well, there is no point in being stingy here.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It's just like it looks in the picture - w
Was the installation difficult?
I have an electric Impact wrench, so the work was easy and effortless. The screw lock fluid is TL22J made by 3M (see photo).
How was your experience with it?
After about 1000 km after installation, I have no problems so far.

No, there is not
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not at all, but if the price was a little lower.... . w
Other items that would be helpful
Points to note for installation:The bolt that holds the disc rotor in place is tightened very firmly. Also, when installing a new Rotor, it is very dangerous to apply Screw lock fluid to the Bolt and tighten it with Torque Control! "Important safety parts" Don't forget that it is!
Availability and clarity of Instruction Manual:Please refer to the paper included in the Package that describes the Measurement and the encouraged tightening Torque.
Items to be prepared together:Impact wrench, Screw lock fluid, Torque wrench.

Substitution of License Plate Bolt
The cosmetics are expensive, but I am personally satisfied with them.
Actually, the 2nd model Grom was stolen, so I installed this bolt to prevent theft as much as possible. I used this bolt instead of a special tool because the tightening holes are in this shape.
It is a good Accent as it looks Titaniumium color.
After that, the color, etc. that were attached in NORMAL can be added to the quantity as it is.:I was lucky to find a 17mm set with a screw neck that was just the right size.
This is not my original purpose, but I made an imprement for your reference.

TZr250R (3XV) Used for
[How is it used?
TZr250R (3XV) The Bolt was also renewed in conjunction with the replacement of the Rear Brake Disc Rotor on the
OEM would have been fine, but 1 pc385 yen (as of July 2022) I chose this product because it is inexpensive and can be made of Stainless Steel.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I was a little worried about whether the length would be the same since the fit was universal, but it was the same length as the OEM.
Was the installation difficult?
It is not so difficult as long as you are careful not to lick the originally attached Bolt when you remove it.
Screw lock agent needs to be applied, so that needs to be prepared separately as well.
How was your experience with it?
I can't say for sure since it is still so soon after the replacement, but it feels good to have a new Bolt.
Naturally, Bolt's Size and accuracy aspects are perfectly acceptable.
There is a possibility of licking it when removing it, but I think it would be better to use Screw Mole for that.
【Review】
Compared to the OEM bolt, it is less expensive and can be converted to a Stainless bolt, killing two birds with one stone.
Front is also scheduled to be replaced in the future, so Quantity:I purchased 1 Set of 10pcs. but TZr is only 3pcs. to be used in Rear, so I think I should just buy it in Rose.

It is pricey, but you can tell how light it is just by holding it.
I made the change when I Renewal the suspension.
You may not be able to feel whether the weight has become lighter when you put it on, but there is a change in appearance and actual weight.

There is a sense of quality
The OEM Brake disc rotor bolt was changed to a Stainless bolt because it is easy to rust.
The appearance of the product is good and luxurious, and I recommend it because it has no rust, which saves maintenance time.

Titaniumium Bolt for Brake Discs Looks good.
It was used to replace a Brake Disc.
Since there are 10 Front alone, I was prepared to pay a reasonable price.
However, this product is relatively inexpensive.
Torque, not HEX.
Aluminum and Titanium are susceptible to biting, so Anti-seeds was applied and installed.
No problems so far. It looks good too.
