Brembo caliper essentials
I was going to buy KOHKEN 18mm, but I chose this one because the hard anodized aluminum one was discontinued.
The thing is well made and just fit the OHLINS Fork.
Since it is made with high precision, I installed it by tapping it with a Hammer a little and press-fitting it.
It is better than I expected.

Was the installation difficult?
It is not difficult, but it took a lot of time to remove the OEMKnock Pin and it is covered with scratches. I think the removed OEMKnock pin is not reusable.
How was your experience with it?
The OEMDisc Rotor is not a part that can be used all the way to the end, but it is not a part that can be experienced.

Can I use it since it is the same Caliper as the Z900RS?
I tried it and was able to install it without any problem.
Simply remove and replace the NORMAL Aluminum DaWellPin.
Maybe it is because the NORMAL's are aligned with the Pedaldisc, but when I replaced them with SUNSTAR discs, I can see that they are not in contact with the outer edge of the disc by a little over 1mm.
If you want to apply Pad to the outer edge of the Rotor......then it is Recommendation.
It does not improve performance.

It finally arrived.
It took about 2 weeks to arrive after ordering.
I knew it would take time. So it was a sense that it arrived sooner than I had expected.
When I looked at the product, the bag containing the Oil seal was ripped open.
And the Bleeder Cap, which is the Kit of the product, was not included.
Well, we can just reuse the one we are currently using.
Also, there was iron powder in the holes of the banjo bolt.
Well, you just have to take this one too… lol.
I think there were a few things that bothered me a bit.

Exclusive for Brenbo CNCCrabRear caliper
Pushing sound does not bother me as much as in Left, but I installed it because I thought it would be effective in reducing caliper wear on the Pad sliding surface.
I like the fact that they are inexpensive parts and can be easily purchased.
I have the impression that BrakeTouch is better with the sp with out ring, but I have the impression that many people may not be able to see the change.

MT-09SP with 320disc for Suzumbo STYLEMA
In conjunction with changing the front brake master cylinder of the 2021 MT-09SP to brembo φ17, the recommended piston diameter seems to be φ30 (4POT), so I used this Offset collar for the New Model GSX1300R HAYABUSA. So, we used this collar for Z900RS as an offset collar to install bremboSTYLEMA108Pitch for New ModelGSX1300R HAYABUSA.
The general Brembo calipers have a dent for the knock pin for positioning, but since the Suzumbo is flat, the Fork side is convex, and the Caliper is flat or concave with an 11mm offset. I found this color for Z900RS, and since the bolt is M10, I thought that the size of the Knock Pin would be the same.
*DISC diameter is the Offset amount for 320disc for R1.
The diameter of the Caliper side is perfect, but the Fork side is not compatible with Stages, but there seems to be no problem with the functionality.
When I was looking for the CaliperOffset collar this time, my main thought was that I would like to see more WITHOUT Gloss options, because the color of Black stands out when it is glossy.
And I didn't know how many pieces are in 1Package, so in case of Double disk, this product is Quantity:2pc. Set required

No more Brake sound
I have a kz1000 and I used to have a Lockheed front brake, but it made a rattling noise that bothered me, but it didn't bother me so much when I started driving, but when I stopped, the rattling noise was still bothering me. I switched from Lockheed to GRIMECA, but the noise didn't stop. It was easy to install, and it went on perfectly. I was so happy with it that I took off the pad and put grease on it to stop the noise. I often talk about chamfering, but I don't think it is that important. Bolt Exchange and Quantity, a behind-the-scenes help:Set
Bolt and Quantity:According to AELLA's explanation, the Bolt's Center is exactly where it should be. I understand it in theory, but I am not sure about it. brembo BilletCrab caliper (120.A441.10) attached to
Unlike the casting type Brembo crab caliper, the Cutting Type (so called BilletCrab) Caliper's Caliper does not have a pad spring.
It will still function as a Brake Caliper without it, but the
Pad is free and chirping sound when not running Brake.
Pad is annoying because it moves around freely when Caliper is removed
and sober negatives.
Here is a ThirdParty product that can solve this problem.
This product reduces chattering noise and keeps the brake pads in their original position even when the caliper is removed.
Since we basically do our own maintenance, we introduced this system especially for the second reason.
As a result, we are very satisfied with the results, as it eliminates the hassle of attaching and detaching Caliper.
Counterpart Pad Replacement (or rather, Pad pin insertion and removal) will be cumbersome, but the frequency is limited, so that is a good thing.
Note that the Brake Pads Pin must be removed once when assembling this product.
Also, since there is no Instruction Manual for installation, you will have to install it by yourself by using the pictures as a reference.
It is not a very difficult task, but since it is a Brake component, it may be better to leave the installation work to the Shop if you are not sure.

To remove the Reflector.
I used this to remove the Reflector from the Front brake caliper on my Panigale V2.
By the way, if you use Titanium for Bolt, the rigidity of Caliper is supposed to be improved, but it is expensive and not for circuit use.
If you look closely, you can see that it is a Washer with a stylish R processing.
The price is expensive, but given supply and demand, it's subtle.
It seems to be a standard product for those who want to take Reflector in V2.

I have a feeling it's not to be underestimated.
The Bracket of Fork of the GSX-R1000 L7 Fork does not have a boss (I think the Tokico Caliper-equipped car had one), and there is a little bit of rattling to tighten the Bolt that secures the Caliper, and I always felt a little frustrated when I tightened it. I was skeptical to buy it to solve the problem.
I was anxious to see if it would fit the so-called "Suzumbo", but it was able to be used with no problems.
The BoltHead side of the BoltHead has an escape, so even OEM Bolts are safe.
When you put it on, the feel of the brake lever is slightly different from before.
It may have the effect of creating a center, but the Self Alignment makes the clearance between the Caliper bolt and the Caliper Body less, and the image is the force that makes the Piston work to slide the Caliper. It is like the force that is originally required for the disc brake to pinch the Brake Disc.
Similarly in the direction of Brake Disc rotation, I wonder if the Fork can catch the force that the disc is trying to rotate the Caliper? I considered this.
Perhaps there is a Brush-bo effect as well.
I don't think it's the kind of part that will change the braking power itself, but the Touch will certainly change. If you're looking for a solid touch, this is a good one.

This was attached from the time of purchase of the vehicle, but purchased because the Pad pin dropped out and lost one while driving.
Fortunately I noticed before I applied Brake.
Because the Quick release type only inserts the Pad pin and fastens it with Beta pin, if the Beta pin comes out, the Pad pin will easily fall off.
Since this leads to a heavy Large accident, it is good to keep it bound with Wiring and Tie Wrap so that the Beta pin will not open.
