Caliper seems to drag less ….
There will be a slight impact on the push/pull of vehicles.
I feel that the Chassisisis sound when pushing the vehicle has become a little quieter and the resistance I was feeling has become lighter.

For Casting4P Repair.
Used on brembo 40mm Pitch cast 4P Caliper.

The used car (DUCATI 900SL) I purchased has a Brembo caliper installed as OEM, but this pad spring had been removed.
The Caliper will function even if the Pad spring is removed, and the Pad and Brake Disc edge surfaces will be exposed from the back and cool (looking like a racing caliper), so it was probably removed for that purpose.
But this should not be removed.
Especially when used on public roads without pad spring for a long period of time, the Brake Pads that dance due to vibration while driving will continue to hit the part of the Caliper that receives the Brake Pads braking force, which will cause the Caliper to degrade.
Fortunately, it was not yet worn enough to create a bump, so we hurriedly installed the pad spring.
Naturally, the installation is Bolt On.
The only caveat is that the Pad Suk Ring has an orientation.
There is an arrow engraved on the back of the Caliper that is visible when it is mounted on the back of the Caliper, so all you have to do is align this orientation with the direction of travel of the DISC.
However, since the purpose of the pad spring is to hold the pad in such a way that it rotates around the pad pin, pressing it in the opposite direction will worsen the BrakeFeel (since the pad will try to rotate in its original direction every time you break it, you will get a wobble feeling every time). Therefore, it is important to set the pad in the correct direction.

Install for Race
It was installed on a for race vehicle that was converted to brembo's Caliper.
Although the shape of the caliper is different from TOKICO's, we were able to confirm the installation without modification.
Circuit use is mainly used to control Caliper temperature.
If the course in is repeated and the hard brake is repeated, the lever play becomes large.
The remote adjuster is also available to adjust the lever play while driving, but it takes some getting used to on short straights like Tsukuba. 1000ccmodels cannot clink… by letting go of the left hand while accelerating at full throttle.
In the end, it was like using Course in with the Adjuster far away from the start of the run, and then after a few weeks, when Brake came in, it would be in just the right Lever position.
By lowering the temperature of Brake Caliperetc. with Cooling duct, it can be expected to suppress the amount of play change and control the Pad temperature (for Race, there is a certain oxytoc temperature range).
*Confirmation is necessary because some races may be prohibited regulations.
Even if it is not used for racing, it is still a good custom part! is good as custom parts, even if it is not for race use.
The only regrettable point is that the brembo is now hidden lol.

Use the outer perimeter of the DISC neatly.
It is for Z900RS but I used it for Ninja 1000.
Double disk is Quantity:2 Sets, 4 in total are required.
SUNSTARPremiumRACINGdisc, RKMega Alloy XPad, and Normal caliper.
DISC is 300?, the same as NORMAL, but with a little extra circumference.
1.5mmOffset allows Pad to be applied without excess.
Brake's performance is thermal capacity, so there is no such thing as increased performance. It just eliminates the excess.
To install, remove the NORMAL Knock Pin. Insert the unused Bolt and rotate it between the pliers to remove it.
Once the Knock Pin is removed, install this product and put Caliper back in and you are done. It is very easy.
The material is machined aluminum, so the price is a little high, but it is a product that will satisfy your needs.

Helping to improve Fee Rings
I use it on my ZX-14R High-grade model. There is a way to install the center out, but no matter how many times I tried, it didn't feel right and the pad rolls back excessively when driving, and the lever is held too deeply at the first breaking. Good and cheap brake bleed nipple cap
The brake bleed nipple rubber protective caps from HEL Performance are of good quality at a cheap cost. Over time out in the weather the rubber from the OEM brake bleed nipple caps will break down and the last thing you want is moisture getting onto your brake fluid causing spongy brake operations and corrosion within your brake system leading to component requiring replacement. Do yourself a favour and inspect these items when carry out your other scheduled maintenance and replacement them when needed. View detail
