I've replaced the Front and now the Rear too!
What made you decide to buy?
We have been aiming to create a motorcycle that is as good as the OEM models with enhanced brakes, and we have been thinking of enhancing the brakes since we took delivery of the ZX-6R. Build Aligned Vehicle Type Bolt-on Kit for Rear replaced.
[How was the installation?
As with the Front, the Master Cylinder was replaced at the same time, so it took about 2 days to complete the entire job.
The ZX-6R's brake goes through an ABSUnit, and that ABSUnit is located under the tank. First, the tank is removed, and next, the air cleaner box is removed.
Before starting work, drain the brake fluid from the oil tank, and then remove any remaining brake fluid from the brake line by suctioning it out of the caliper. Cultivate the surrounding area before proceeding.
The rest of the work was done according to the Installation Instruction Manual, but removing the OEM hose was more of a puzzle than the front. In particular, the hose from ABSUnit to Caliper was not coming off properly. Since the OEM hose will not be used in the future, I took a rough route and cut off the pipe in the middle with a wire cutter and it came off easily. (Lol)
Rear hose replacement was a bit more troublesome than the front hose replacement. I had to remove the foot cover of the babyface, oil tank and hose. (The oil tank was also replaced with [Color] Smoke at the same time.) The rear master area was a bit complicated to handle, but we proceeded with the work as we went along. Unlike the front, the method of fastening the ABSUnit is different, using a crash washer with a different collar and thickness. As with the front, there are many places to tighten, and it is recommended to use the GOODRIDGE Torque and mark the completed work. If you don't check it many times, you won't be able to check it once the tank is attached.
Please note that there is a law that states that only the owner of the motorcycle or a licensed mechanic can perform maintenance and parts replacement related to the brake. I am a former Owner." Please use this as a reference only, as we have performed maintenance on the
How was your experience with it?
If you often exchange Brake lines. Touch goes from squishy to Direct." I don't have the skills to feel that kind of feeling. However, unlike the OEM hose, the rubber hose is replaced with stainless steel mesh, so I think the durability will be improved. So why did you change the brake line? Well, I think it's to get the best performance out of the parts that were replaced at the same time! Also, because the brake line is thinner, the clamp that holds the ABS in place cannot be used. You can use Kawasaki OEM Parts 92171-0921 Clamp which is used on H2 and ZX-10RRetc.

The Master Cylinder was replaced at the same time, so it took about 2 days to complete the entire job.
The ZX-6R's brake is connected to the ABSUnit, which is located under the tank. To remove the tank, the remaining gasoline must be removed first, but be careful when handling the gasoline, as it is a dangerous substance.
After removing the tank, the next step is to remove the air cleaner box. (Piping is connected to the Fuel Tank and Air Cleaner, so mark them and cure them to prevent Garbage from entering)
The throttle valve should be cured so that no garbage or foreign matter can enter the valve until the work is completed. It is also recommended to clean the filter while removing the air cleaner box.
Now, before the work is done, all the Brake fluid is drained out. Cure the surrounding area before proceeding. In case of emergency, store water in the bucket and wash the Fluid if it touches the Fluid! If it touches the Fluid, wash it.
The rest of the work was done in accordance with the Installation Instruction Manual, but removing the OEM hose was a puzzle. While doing so, we proceeded with the work while neatly working around the line, and then set the handlebar to the quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) The brake line was moved to the "0" position so that there would be no load on the brake line. There are many places to tighten, so it is safe to use the GOODRIDGE Torque and mark the tightening points when completed. The work was then completed by bleeding the air. Be careful not to turn on the power before and during the air removal. If you turn on the power by mistake, it will cause a malfunction of ABS and you will be sent to the manufacturer.
Please note that there is a law that states that only the owner of the motorcycle or a licensed mechanic can perform maintenance and parts replacement related to the brake. I am a former Owner." Please use this as a reference only, as we have performed maintenance on the

Sufficient if appearance is important.
The aluminum part is not so durable, but if you want durability, why not choose Stainless Steel? View detail

Brakes work better.
We replaced the OEM brake hose with this product. The work itself was relatively easy, since all we had to do was to replace the brake fluid by turning the brake hose.
The effect goes from the OEM's squishy Brake feel to a Snap effect.
I was generally satisfied with the product because it was inexpensive and effective.

Good cost performance and durability
I have heard that the Brake hose with aluminum banjo is lightweight, but it can break at the slightest impact, so I am considering changing it.
Material:Stainless Steel is expensive, so I purchased this product, which is Steel but made of Stainless Mesh.
I purchased the shortest 550mm, but it is a little long for my Motorcycle and I wish there was a shorter Type.
One point to note is that Banjo is 8mm thick, thinner than other Manufacturers' products, and when connected to APRACING's CP2696
Banjo bolt has bottomed out.
So, I changed the Caliper side crush washer to a 3mm thicker one, and it did not bottom out, and I was able to install it without any problems.
(Crash washer on Bolt side is 2mm because the holes of Hose and Bolt are not aligned.)
From now on, I can ride with confidence in its good looks and durability.

It looks tighter in Black.
[How is it used?
I used it on the rear brake of the XJR1300C, the main vehicle.
Both Caliper and Rear brake master are NORMALSpec. and footpeg is OVER Rear Sets.
This time, we have replaced Brake Pads and performed an Overhaul of the RearBrake Caliper.
We exchanged the wild OEMHose for the stylish Goodridge.
We have selected BlackHose's Black stainless full Black Spec.
I'm happy with how crazy tight it looks.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The texture and product details were as good as the Image.
The connection to the rear caliper was a bit of a surprise because, unlike the OEM, it was a direct stick type to the caliper.
Was the installation difficult?
The installation itself is not difficult, although there is a hose holder on the back of the Swing Arm.
Be sure to go through this Holder, as Goodridge's Hose is much thinner than OEM.
Cut the HoseRubber attached to the OEMHose with a Cutter and wrap it around the Goodridge Hose.
When tightened through the Holder, it is firmly secured.
Also, a note on the air bleed. First, XJR's RearMOSCaliper has Breeder's Quantity:2pc. Since it comes with a Set
Be aware that you have to bleed air from two places, and it's easy to miss the Breeder on the reverse side.
It is very difficult to turn a Breeder with a rear wheel, so short 8mm Glasses are easy to use.
And here's where it gets even more important:Caliper will not release air while locked in its normal position!
Remove the Caliper and lift it to the upper side to bleed air with the Breeder Up.
I was stuck in air venting hell for about 2 hours before I realized this. 500ml of Fluid was also wasted (lol).
How was your experience with it?
The Touch is now very chunky and I don't have to deal with the unpleasant feeling of the OEM's squeezing.
[Included Parts:were they on?
As you can see in the picture I took for you.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Nothing in particular, I personally prefer copper for Crash washers, so no Aluminum please!

Durability and Dress-up
The entire brake rotted out, so I replaced it with a Master Cylinder for GSX750S and this Hose. The brakes are lighter and work better than before. However, I don't expect much since the front is single disc and the rear is drum. By the way, I changed Clutch Wire to KITACO Red, Throttle to Single High Solo and Meter Wire to Stainless Mesh. Hose was also replaced along with the MASTER exchange. I think it is good that I can decide the length by myself. View detail
The Carbon Hose is a Nice Subtle Addition on the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the stainless steel front brake hose from HEL. All components are stainless steel from the brake hose to the banjo fitting and even the banjo bolts. About the feeling of use: The look of the carbon hose is a nice subtle addition while the performance improvement is very noticeable when compared to the OEM Honda rubber hose. Products to buy together: The matching rear brake hose from HEL would also be desirable to purchase alongside the stainless steel front brake hose to complete the look and performance all round. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about one hour to complete, remove as much of the old brake fluid as possible from the reservoir then undo the banjo bolts and remove the OEM Honda brake hose. Route the HEL brake hose as the OEM Honda brake hose was and torque down the banjo bolts before bleeding fresh brake fluid through. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality front brake hose made from all stainless steel components as compared to some other brands that use aluminium and only at a slightly higher price. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: HEL brake hoses use stainless steel for their hose material and use the crimped method for their banjo fittings which is the best material and manufacturing method you can get. Purchased for XELVIS
I purchased and replaced the "for Front" and "for Rear" together.
No way, it's a replacement from a 30 year old OEM.
I think both for Front and for Rear are a little bit longer than the other, I think it means that Front is compatible with HandlebarUp, but for Rear, it was a little bit difficult to handle.
Also, in order to attach to the OEM's fixture, the rubber protector wrapped around the OEM's hose must be present or it will be loose. The rubber protector was cut open with a cutter and reused.
It's a mesh hose, but it's not a mesh hose. "Snap" The ring is very easy to handle. It is very easy to handle.
However, the amount of BrakeStroke required will be shorter, so it would be good to be able to adjust Lever for Front and Brake switch for Rear.
Air removal is a practice to learn to be mindless.
