Yearly update?
I replaced the Front Disc on my 89 MD24.CRM250RK with a new one due to a Brake Overhaul. The original Rotor is still usable, but I replaced it hoping for a slight improvement in touch. The replacement was easy, but the OEM front hub cover could not be installed, so I applied anti-loose agent according to the service manual and tightened at 1kg/cm (98N/m). In the test run, I did not feel any difference in the touch and the braking power, partly because I had not yet gotten accustomed to the pad.
However, the lack of wear would be expected to improve Touch.

OEM Product Substitution
Purchased as a replacement for an OEM Rotor that was discontinued.
It is thicker than the OEMRotor, but weighs 508g, the same as the 497g weight of the OEMRotor, which is less polished, so it seems to have been effectively thinned out.
Braking force is OEM same etc.

It is more than OEM equivalent.
We had no complaints with the OEM Product, but since the car had been driven 46,000km since new, we replaced the Disc Rotor while replacing the Chain/Sprocket.
The price is not so different from the OEM product if you aim for the sale period. The so-called "PAY BARRELDISC" looks like "Race ish", but I am not sure if it is suitable for SEROW or not. (My opinion).
The effectiveness of the Brake itself is not a replacement for the OEM, but I feel that the Control has been improved.
However, at the same time, Brake Pads were also replaced, so it is not possible to say that the Disc RotorSingle Body improves control.
The replacement work is not particularly difficult, but since screw lock is applied to the mounting bolt, there is a possibility that the hexagonal hole may be nipped, depending on the accuracy of the tool and how it is used.
Since the mounting bolt is a part that is rarely touched, it may have quite a bit of rust, so we recommend replacing it with a new one (OEM, of course).
Since this is an important part of the Brake, we recommend that those who have even the slightest concern about it request work to be done by Shopetc.
After a short interval, we also replaced the front disc rotors with this product, which seems to work a little better.
However, I don't know if the Disc RotorSingle Body improves the braking effect, since the Brake Pads were also replaced at the same time as the Rear.
In conclusion, I think this is a good product, with no large difference from the OEM in price, and with performance equivalent to or better than the OEM.

The disadvantage is the shaking at low speeds until you get used to it.
Vehicles and usage
HONDA XR250 (MD30) 2007 (last model)
I use them mainly as my daily legs to go to Convenience and SUPER.
Background to the exchange
When I was checking the Brake Pads on the front, I found that the Rotor was worn as well, so I had a friend check it out at his mechanic shop. The OEM Product costs about 18,000 yen (including tax), which is too expensive. I was recommended to buy the Other Brand Product, and I bought it because it had a guarantee of conformity here. The exchange was done at the same time as the Pad, on June 9, Pad was stock in hand. DAYTONA Hyper Sintered Pads 72430 It is
My first impression when I showed it to a friend who is also a mechanic was I feel like it's better made than OEM. It was
When installing, the Rotor itself attaches without any problems, but the Material that was installed in the OEM center section.:I removed the Plastic Black Cover because it needed to be processed.
Impression after replacement
Braking power and controllability up to below 30km/h is perfect. However, when the speed became lower than that, a strong shaking like Knocking occurred. When I brought it to the factory to make sure, it was judged that the feeling might have changed because the contact area changes because the outer circumference is wave-shaped, and it was said that there was a large possibility that it would stop if the surface became accustomed by running.
After four or five days, the speed of the tremor decreased to less than 20km/h and the tremor became a little weaker, and in July, the speed of the tremor decreased to less than 10km/h and the braking force changed to a weak wave.

I bought it to repair my D-Tra.
Installation is completely trouble-free and easy to install.
I'm honestly not sure about the performance, but it was nice.

Cheaper and cooler than OEM parts
I found Crack in the OEMBrake rotor that I had installed, so in terms of thickness It looked like it could still be used, but I decided to replace it as soon as possible
The OEM parts for the discontinued MD30 were getting expensive, so I bought this one
Bolt,disc8×22 (90105-MK5-010) is not included So don't forget
Brake Pads were replaced at the same time, so it's hard to say, but the fee rings are the same as before the replacement It is the same as the OEM Product The look has become better in Parenthesis

Good Cost performance
I replaced it with a Second Type Model Swing Arm, and with it
The outer diameter of the rear disc has been upgraded by 10mm and replaced
There is no particular increase in braking power
Front has Chatter on emergency braking, but it doesn't
It's about 2/3 of the OEM price, so the cost performance is good

I liked it in a relatively quiet design.
I changed the Rear brake disc to Z - WHEEL before, so I have exchanged the Front this time because there is no particular problem. I installed it in the inverted XR 250 but hub Cover (Material : Plastic Black disk) will not be attached. I do not have any trouble even if I do not have it (Lol) View detail

The same performance as cheaper than OEM Product
Rear disk rotor exceeded the usage limit Breaking Wave and troubles with this item Buy this. The deciding factor was thickness. Breaking's Wave is 3. 5? Here is the same 4 as OEM. As I like to run through forest roads, it is more secure for me that it is thicker.
Design is Parenthesis when seen in the picture, but it was surprisingly plain when actually installed.. I thought that the weight of Rotor is the same as the thickness, but I felt it was not so different from OEM. Brake's handedness is similar to OEM. Although it runs only about 200 km yet, there is no sense of incongruity in a certain sense. Pad tried on DAYTONAGolden.

Custom feeling comes out. SEROW250
OEM Rotor bent, I felt something wrong with Brake so I replaced it.
Custom feeling came out from OEM. I searched Rear's cheap Rotor, but I purchased it without Hit at all. The price is Other Company Product and Front is about 3000 yen.
After that it became thicker than OEM so I would like to expect a lifetime.

Even though it is considered as a consumable item, a good choice!
It is Rear for SEROW 250. It is three hole type.
Is thickness thicker than OEM because it is written as 4 mm?
Although it is cool in Wave Disc, the price is also Reasonable!
Beyond durability as well (I also use Front but including that impression)
This is already a replacement candidate Number One!
I also attached Bolt to ZETA made Titanium Bolt
I tried it, but have not sold it here yet?
Well, I gotta change the effect "Pad" But, this is

It seems to last long
Purchased for YZ 125's for Rear.
Sale was the same price as OEM, so I tried purchasing Z - WHEEL.
It is heavier than OEM because it is thicker, but I can expect it to last long. I do not know because the effect is not running yet, but since Pad is more important for braking power, Rotor does not care much.
Once attached Bolt is attached, it is full mark.

Mimi will remain, but it will be fewer
We put it in SEROW 225 W. Pad also introduces a new item to prevent unevenness reduction. BrakeCaliper of SEROW has a design margin and the disc's Mimi will inevitably remain, but this disc can cut out the Mimi as it has a good outer cut shape. The photo is the Up of the disc with the actual Atari.
Mimi remains at this level, Pad interrupts this inside as well. But at this level it is very good that there is less getting on when you remove Caliper with Maintenance. As for durability, it is going to come, but since COSPA is good, I am not worried at all.

It is a bit less than OEMRotor, but it is cheaper. Even if you do not forget the initial degreasing properly, you can use it without feeling uncomfortable compared to OEMRotor. It looks like Design was also customized. View detail
