GOOD GOOD Glass Wool Acoustafil
Cutting is accurate and no cutetc. is required.
The Glass fibers are braided and compressed thinly, so there is virtually no scuffing of the Glass fibers.
(but protective equipment is still required)
The compressed Seat is temporarily fixed with Tape and expands with heat after assembly.
The work of putting it in the tube is easy.
The purchase cost is usually a problem instead of the difficulty of the work being reduced compared to Glass Wool.
Silencer parts removal & disassembly, Rivet removal by Drill,
Rivet re-fixing, hole alignment, and removal of remaining gasketetc. using special tools,
Parts matching checks and other su-kills are necessary.
One 1100mm-long Seat is equivalent to one Silencer.
Two Silencers would require two pairs.

Used to replace Exhaust System Glass Wool in RZ.
Due to the accumulation of unburned oil in the exhaust system of RZ250, the exhaust sound has become loud, so we decided to replace the glass wool wrapped around the silencer.
DAYTONA's Glass Wool is a repeat because of its excellent cost performance in terms of price, texture, and quantity.
The OEM exhaust system for RZ is not needed in such large quantities, so if you buy DAYTONA's Wool, you won't have any problems for the time being.
The included Wire to secure the Wool around the perimeter is helpful. The quantity is also sufficient.

Used to replace Wool on external Silencer on KSR2
I replaced the external Silencer on the KSR2 as the exhaust noise was getting too loud.
We used mostly Wool here because we needed an unexpected amount.
The effect has been perfect, and I think I have become a little kinder to my neighbors.
Repeat if it becomes noisy again.
Caution
As expected of Glass Wool, bare hands are strictly prohibited for work.
It is always safer to work in long sleeves, gloves, masks, and protective glasses.

Glass Wool Replacement Challenge
The Silencer of HUSQVARNA's TE250, which I always use for forest road touring, was getting noisy, so I bought this Glass Wool and replaced it. I thought I needed a Riveter for HUSQVARNA's TE250 because the Silencer can be disassembled with Bolt, but I didn't need it.
Also, Wire is included, so there is no need to purchase it separately.
Glass Wool is very easy to work with, just wrap it around and secure it with Wire.
I listened to the sound after installation, and my impression was that there was honestly not that much difference.
However, I am feeling Large satisfied to be able to change it to a new one because it was Glass Wool that I had neglected for many years.

Silencer Inner Replacement
I bought this to replace the Glass Wool on Striker's Bolt on silencer that I purchased used about 5 years ago.
Since there was information that Ceramic coated Glass Wool is more durable, we wanted to use Ceramic coated Glass Wool for all of our Glass Wool if possible, but since it would be over our budget if we had the necessary amount, we initially thought of using a combination of DAYTONA's Ceramic coated Glass Wool and this product. However, the budget for the required quantity was over our budget, so we initially thought of using a combination of DAYTONA's Ceramic coated Glass Wool and this product. However, we saw information that stainless wool wrapped around the punching part improves the inner durability, so we purchased additional stainless wool, and decided to combine stainless wool, DAYTONA's Ceramic coated Glass Wool, and NeoFACTORY's Glas Wool. We decided to use a three-layer structure of stainless wool, DAYTONA's Ceramic coated Glass Wool, and NeoFACTORY's Glass Wool.
For the wrapping method, relying on the information I found on the Net, I wrapped it with moderate strength, made the inner thicker than the silencer outer, pushed it into the outer to compress the glass wool, wrapped two rounds of stainless steel wool around the punching part, wrapped the needle gold around it and fixed it in place. Then, I wrapped the punching part with Stainless wool twice and fixed it by wrapping the needle with Gold, wrapped the Ceramic coated Glass Wool from DAYTONA on top of it, and finally wrapped the Glass Wool from NeoFACTORY and fixed it by wrapping the needle with Gold to complete the Silencer. The sound was not so different from before the Silencer was replaced, partly because the condition of the inner was not so bad before the replacement.
The Glass Wool is large enough, so we decided to use 3 layers of Glass Wool, which resulted in a small amount of remaining material. I am not sure how durable it will be in the future since it has just been assembled, but I am very satisfied with the low cost of the project.

Silencer Inner Replacement
I bought this to replace the Glass Wool on Striker's Bolt on silencer that I purchased used about 5 years ago.
At first, I was thinking of using this Ceramic coated Glass Wool in combination with NeoFACTORY's Reasonable Glass Wool, but then I saw information that the durability of the inner lining would be improved by wrapping the punching part with Stainless wool. However, we decided to purchase additional stainless wool, and to use a three-layer structure of stainless wool, DAYTONA's Ceramic coated glass wool, and NeoFACTORY's glass wool. For the work, we wrapped two rounds of Stainless wool around the Punching part, wrapped and fixed the needle Gold, wrapped this Ceramic coating Glass Wool on top of it, and finally wrapped NeoFACTORY Glass Wool, wrapped and fixed the needle Gold, and fixed the Punching part. The Silencer is now completely filled. I relied on the information I found on the Net about how to wrap the Silencer, but I read that too loose or too tight would damage the muffling effect, so I decided to wrap the Silencer with moderate strength and then make the inner thicker than the outer Silencer to compress the Glass Wool by pushing it into the outer Silencer. I made the Inner thicker than the Silencer Outer and pushed it into the Outer to compress the Glass Wool. The sound was not so different from before the replacement, partly because the condition of the inner was not so bad before the replacement. The Glass Wool is coated with Ceramic Coating, which is said to be highly durable, so I have high expectations for it.

Replace Silencer's Glass Wool
I bought this to replace the Glass Wool on Striker's Bolt on silencer that I purchased used about 5 years ago.
At first, we were thinking of a two-layer structure of Ceramic coated Glass Wool and Reasonable NeoFACTORY Glass Wool, but then we decided that it would be better to use Stainless wool for the punching from the standpoint of durability, and we purchased additional Stainless wool. However, we decided that it would be better to wrap the punching with Stainless wool for durability, so we ended up with a three-layer structure consisting of Stainless wool, Ceramic coated Glass Wool, and regular Glass Wool.
It would have been nice if we could have used only DAYTONA's Glass Wool, but the Cost would have gone up if we tried to have the necessary quantity, so we decided to use it in combination with Reasonable Glass Wool.
I wrapped the Stainless wool around the Punching, then wrapped this Glass Wool around the Punching, and wrapped the third layer of NeoFACTORY Glass Wool around the Punching. I found it difficult to find information on how tightly or loosely to wrap the NeoFACTORY Glass Wool, so I decided to wrap it moderately tightly, make it thicker against the outer layer, and compress the Glass Wool by forcing it into the outer layer when I put it back into the outer layer. When I played the engine, I felt that the volume was not so different after the replacement, partly because the condition of the Glass Wool before the replacement was not so bad.
I was prepared for a lot of glass fibers to scatter when working with this product, but I found it to be very easy to use.

Silencer Inner Replacement
I bought this to replace the Glass Wool on Striker's Bolt on silencer that I purchased used about 5 years ago.
At first, I was thinking of using DAYTONA's Ceramic coated Glass Wool in combination with NeoFACTORY's Reasonable Glass Wool, but when I rose the Silencer, I found what looked like Stainless wool wrapped around the Punching part. However, when I rose the Silencer, I found what looked like Stainless wool wrapped around the Punching section, so I decided that it would be better to use Stainless wool wrapped around the Punching section.
The product I received was smaller than I expected, but when I spread it out, it was long enough to wrap around the Punching part twice, and it was just right. Then, I wrapped NeoFACTORY's ordinary glass wool on top of it, and wrapped needle gold on top of it to fix the Silencer.
I have tried to play the engine, and the sound was not so different from before I changed the contents.

It is inexpensive and appreciated when using larger quantities.
[How is it used?
When I restored my Honda XR250, a famous car from a bygone era, I found that the external exhaust system that had been installed since the day I received the car was not working properly in today's environment. Noisy Exhaust System. I purchased this product to muffle the sound as much as possible because it had become a
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was exactly as it looks, Glass Wool (GlassMatte), so it was just like Image.
How was your experience with it?
"twill weave" The fabric is not woven into the fabric like other fabrics, so it is easy to unravel, which is both a merit and a demerit.
The price is low for that reason, and it is a very nice product when you want to use it in Large quantities.
[Points to note]
If the frayed glass fibers get on your skin, they will sting, so it is best to wear disposable rubber gloves and avoid exposing your skin to the elements when working.
It is even safer if you also wear a mask to avoid inhaling through the nose or mouth, as they are easily disintegrated.
How did it compare to other products?
It is a large quantity and inexpensive, and is a great product for use in exhaust systems and other sound deadening measures.
Other items that would be helpful
Point and hang of installation
However, if the coil is left rolled and assembled without being secured, it will be unevenly distributed due to exhaust pressure or will gradually scatter during driving.
After winding the tape strongly, I think it will last a little longer if it is wound GRUGRU with fine needle goldetc. to prevent it from shattering.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
However, it is important to prepare tools for disassembling the Silencer part of the Exhaust System (Chamber) (Drill for disassembling the Rivet stop, Riveter for assembling the Rivet stop, and Rivetc. of appropriate size). Riveter & Rivet of appropriate size).
After that, it might be a good idea to have a fine needle Gold as mentioned above.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
I have purchased several times because of the quantity and low price, please continue to offer them at low prices.

Easy to use
I bought this for my Karker Silencer-less Toa. It may be a little short for the Karker k2Silencer. It is easy to wrap and doesn't sting as much as I thought it would. Easy to use. Needle Gold was also included. View detail

Well, that's about it.
I used it to replace Silencer's Glass Wool.
This item comes with Glass Wool and Steel Wool so it can be rolled in layers.
But because I put it on the Smallish Exhaust System, it was quite crispy.
It's like I was forced to push it in.
The volume felt spread out and cohesive.
It's a consumable product and needs to be replaced regularly.

If the Silencer of the external Chamber of STREET MAGIC110 deteriorates over time I've been using Glass Wool, but this time I'm going to try out Stainless Wool I wrapped it around the inside of the Glass Wool The sound quality is not annoying The sound quality is a bit bass-heavy but not annoying View detail
Easily select your size
There are several sizes available, so you can choose the one that suits your silencer It is easy to process
It is said that it is hard to scatter Wool because of the ceramic coating, but if you can, you can use it as a I think it's better to wrap the stainless wool around it:It would be nice to have a Set product

Is the durability good?
I used it for WR SilencerOH used in Race. It is the second Repeat.
Although there are people who substitute Stain Wool such as 100, it is recommended that you purchase exclusive items as well.
Heat resistance is different and it is easy to wind without gaps. Especially OUTEX 's Stain Wool is wrapped like a gumte, so it is easy to wind up pulling. Although I took Wool for the last round this time, it seemed to be used still more! Although Glass Wool was scorching, it never faded away and the function of Stain Wool was played well!
We recommend outdoor, gloves, Mask as fine scraps come out when winding.
And if the price is a bit cheaper ? ? ? I think.

When I changed Shaffle's Baffle, I used this product because it was an explosion. The effect was absolutely Large, and it turned into an elegant sound quality. If the attached needle gold is a little longer it is none to say. View detail
In the Aftermarket parts Exhaust System
Regulation Exhaust System also personally did not like volume and sound quality a bit, so roll Stainless wool around Stainless mesh. The high-pitched sound which is harshly disturbed by sound quality was absorbed and it became soft sound quality. It changes considerably by winding the Stainless Mesh and fixing the Wool. Inside the normal Sound-absorbing Mat (Outside of Exhaust System Core) It would be better to wind up and use it in conjunction with Glass Wool. View detail
Useable.
MONKEY I installed the Exhaust System outside the place I got more than I expected volume, so in the Silencer Exhaust pipe Space in the back of the plugging part, rounded StainlessPunching metal Wrapped Steel wool, Glass Wool around the outside Stainless Steel Wire and fixed it.
Because it is dislike when it comes to resistance, Punching metal wound Large more than the inner diameter of Exhaust pipe.
The sound is suppressed throughout the whole area, plosive sounds in the middle and high speed areas that I was particularly concerned have disappeared considerably Large satisfaction.
Stainless's Steel wool is saved because it is not placed in the home center etc..
Although I do not know about durability yet, as I did with another vehicle type the same way before, I did not scatter more than 4000 km, probably Large durable?
I will check if the sound becomes loud.

Two cars were replaced
There were 2 RSV equipped vehicles in stock at the same time.
Because both exhaust sounds are broken.
There were only about 30% left in both, after replacement it sounds good.
It is better to buy this product if you think of hardship than winding with DIY it is an ellipse.
