KIJIMA Stainless Steel Exhaust Band
I used to use a different band, but when I tightened it, the bolt diameter was a little thin and it was not strong enough.
After a certain amount of use, it was easy for the screws to be ruined by heat and tightening.
This Band has a slightly thicker Bolt and has no strength problems, so this Band is now used.

Note to Size.
It is just an Exhaust Band.
Purchased this CB400SF nc42 2016SPMODEL OEM Exhaust Band because I lost it.
Band is Stainless Steel, but Bolt is Steel.
One sizeSmaller than this, the company's Exhaust Band just barely didn't fit and I had to buy a new one.
The π diameter or measurements are rather strictly made, so it is recommended that you measure your measurements before purchasing!

Used for I.D. 60.5Φ.
63-68mmSize is used for Exhaust System with inner diameter of 60.5Φ.
Looking at the cost of Bolt's surplus, it would have been better if it had been a little smaller.
However, there is no problem at all in fixing it, so I am satisfied.

Band
This is used to attach Rubber to Silencer's fixed band to prevent scratches and vibration.
The installation is a good feeling, but I thought it would be better if it was slightly smaller so that it would be a little tighter.
I am glad to hear that the scratch and anti-vibration rubber installation went without a hitch.

Material:Stainless Steel is good
I made a mistake with the size, but I think it is a very good product, Stainless Steel and it won't rust, and considering the burning thing, it is a Material:Stainless Steel exhaust pipe and silencer with band and material:Stainless Steel is a good choice. View detail
Used in SR400
Material:The exhaust pipe and silencer are made of Stainless Steel, so the color of the Plating Exhaust Band is different from the Plating Exhaust Band, but the Material:If the band is made of Stainless Steel, the burnt color will look natural. View detail
Fixed Chamber
It is installed to fix the Chamber.
The price is not that high and it can be fixed.
The rubber cushion was too tight to be tightened. I was able to fix the cushion by forcing it.

easy to get
When I installed YOSHIMURA's Slip-on Silencer, I am a stocky person, and I broke the attached Clamp band by holding the Torque wrench too tight for some reason, perhaps because of the installation angle.
It takes time, but I looked on the Net to order from YOSHIMURA and found that KIJIMA's products are identical to YOSHIMURA's.
It was easy to obtain and inexpensive.

It is quite solidly made!
[How is it used?
We needed the Exhaust Band when we replaced the Short Exhaust System, so we decided to purchase it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Material:Being Aluminum, I was concerned about the quality, but I was glad to see that it was more solidly made than Image.
Was the installation difficult?
Simply fit the Silencer.
How was your experience with it?
It was wide and solid, so I felt secure.
Aluminum silencer has Material:Material than Stainless Steel:I think the Silencer band in Aluminum would look better.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Material:It came with a Stainless Steel Bolt and Nut.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not at all. Some people may want anti-vibration Rubber.
I would have appreciated an intermediate diameter of 65mm, as the ▼Size range is 60mm in diameter followed by 70mm in diameter.

I bought it as a spare.
I bought this as a spare for the Exhaust System that came with it.
I think this one is easier to use.

Used for 60mmSize Silencer
[How is it used?
I used it to fix the external Silencer on my TZr50R.
Silencer is 60mm, but I bought 70mm and Band because I saw that there is a gap at the Bolt fixing point when I put Elastic band.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It's hard to tell because there's no explanation, but as you can see in the picture, it comes with the BandBody and a set of bolts for installation.
There is no BALIetc. and it can be used as it is.
Was the installation difficult?
KIJIMA for Silencer heat resistant Elastic band (https://www.webike.net/sd/1033907/) I used a 60mm Silencer, but it is a bit oval and there is a little gap between the two.
Originally, even if it is not fixed, it is attached rather firmly and is a supplementary fixation, so it is enough for me personally.
How was your experience with it?
Originally, the previous owner also seemed to run without fixing, and there was no particular problem in running, but the sense of security increased.
Also, I personally like the way it looks better fixed, so I'm happy with it.
How did it compare to other products?
Compared with other Silencer band etc., it is inexpensive and the SizeLineup is abundant.
However, I thought that it would be better if there was a middle lineup of 65mmetc. for using Elastic band.
【Review】
This Silencer band is inexpensive but comes with a Bolt and is ready to use.
As long as it doesn't fall over, I don't think there will be any problems with durability.

It's safe to say we're a trusted Manufacturer!
When I installed the exhaust system of YOSHIMURA, the clearance of the included exhaust band was limited and it was not easy to work with, so I bought a larger one.
I used the Bolt that was included in the Exhaust System because it seemed to hit the Swing Arm.

The Bolt is Steel, which is −?
When I replaced the Silencer with Other Brand Product, the Bolt of the attached Band that tightens the Exhaust pipe and Silencer was too long.
The Band is made of Stainless Steel, but the Bolt is made of Steel.

I used it for STREET TRIPLE!
When I installed SCORPION's Silencer to STREET TRIPLE, the Band was plastic, and when I rode a little hard, it was broken in seconds. So I bought this band and installed it. The feeling of stability was preeminent because it is made of Stainless Steel. View detail
Mostly OK.
It is used for the Joint of Slip-on Silencer.
I have purchased and am using it because it is wider and can be hung more tightening torque than the OEM.
If you want to say it, I think the follow-up performance will be 100% if you don't have the R-shaped inner gold part of the Bolt tightening part.

Stable Material:Stainless Steel
I installed it on my Kawasaki ZX-11.
The exhaust band that came with the motorcycle when I bought it was ripped off during a previous touring session, so I decided to use the durable material:I chose Stainless Steel and with Brace.
Material:I heard that it often breaks by the vibration when the band is made of aluminum.
As you can see in the image, I was reinforcing it with Tie Wrap, but sadly the other side was in the same situation.
In that respect, the Stainless Steel Exhaust Band is a great big deal, and I was able to feel it again.
The supplied Rubber is a bit long, so I cut it and used it.
