For volume control
I use it for BL-Factory's Exhaust System.
I have another M Size one and it measures close to the proximity exhaust sound measurement, according to Suma Four Pre's Volume Meter.
BL-Factory MBaffle 110dB
BL-Factory MBaffle + Automatic magic Inner baffle M Size 108dB
BL-Factory MBaffle + Automatic magic Inner baffle S Size 105dB

I used it for RaceGPMagnum and it was Exactly, so the volume was reasonable without any sound cracking. View detail
Intermediate volume between standard Baffle and no Baffle
Without Baffle, the sound of banging during deceleration is LARGE (although I don't dislike it), and I also have to be careful when warming up the car.
The standard Baffle is a little too quiet, so I cut the Pipe on the side that is connected to the Silencer.
This time I bought a Semi-racing baffle, hoping for an intermediate volume, because the bribing sound was vulgar this time.
The purchase price was 2,612 yen, but the label on the delivered product stated 1,210 yen including tax. When we contacted Webike, we learned that the price was revised around May of this year, and the reason was that the manufacturer shipped the product with the pre-revision label.
It is not clear if this is due to the rising cost of materials, but to more than double the original price in a revision makes one wonder if the original price was mis-set? I would think so.
I should have bought it before the revision.
The effect of the installation was satisfactory with the expected volume.
I realized that they must have tried various Baffle Pipe diameters and lengths to decide on the right one.

KERKERMegaphone on the Inner silencer.
The inner diameter of the pipe after the assembly part of the KERKERMegaphone installed on a Z650 is Φ60, so I bought it to use as an inner silencer for vehicle inspection. The proximity noise level when installed as it is is about 97-99dB using a noise measurement application. How reliable is the app? But I wanted to muffle the sound a little more, so I stuffed Glass Wool inside the punching pipe.
In this state, it is now 95-97 dB, so for now, the car will be inspected with this.
I had hoped for a more muffled sound, but the StraightPunching pipe did not produce the Large effect I had hoped for.

Performance as a Baffle
Looks and finishes are good.
I've gone to the trouble of installing it.
There was almost no change in volume as Baffle.

DF200 DJEBEL Used at Rough & Road RSVSilencer
I purchased a used RSVSilencer and installed it because it was too annoying.
BoltQuantity for installation:They said 2 pcs, but we decided to TRY with 1 pc.
The rear end of the Silencer is gradually enlarged from 3, 4.5, to 6.5mm to allow the attached M6 bolt to penetrate.
"Okay" and put it against the Silencer exit... I can't get in!"
Caliper's actual measurement was 47mm, so I bought 47mm, but 46mm seemed to be the right choice.
I inserted it by tapping it as hard as I could with the wooden handle of the plastic handles.
After the installation, the exhaust sound was very loud. Slightly more energetic NORMAL?" Ranked first.
When Idling "Chica Chica." and the Tappet sound is so good that it sounds like a HUDDRILL. This is good.
I immediately performed a test run and did not feel any extreme power down, even when I turned it as hard as I could.
Also, totally unexpectedly, the low-speed Torque was enriched.
I am satisfied with the Large change because it is quieter and easier to ride.
I found this in someone else's Review, but the Hexagonal Wrench was not attached.

At Ken TEC Exhaust System
I bought a Silencer of the same manufacturer's G Type at the same time and tried both at the same time, but the sound was not so different. View detail
It is effective
The volume did indeed drop.
It was Exactly to 54φ of Ter Minioni.
The sound quality was a little lighter, but the overall volume down and the reduction of popping sounds were very nice and not tiring.

Mounted on KERKERMegaphone
The Pipe inside the Baffle that came with the KERKER broke off, so I bought it FOR REPLACEMENT.
I tried Small, but the outlet bore was about 1 cm thicker than the original.
Installation is a single Screw and Size is no problem.
It was thicker, but the sound was not as annoying as before and was just right.
Not quiet, but not annoying, with a KERKER-like bass.
I think it is enough for city driving.

At Ken TEC Exhaust System
The Silencer that came with the Ken-TEC Exhaust System is too quiet, so I bought it.
Silencer is not necessary, but it is fitted for neighborhood disturbance.
Soundly satisfactory.
However, the production is quite cheap for the price.
It was not straight to begin with, so I thought it was something like this.
I'm not sure about the durability yet, but it doesn't look like it will last long.

It worked.
Used on a Silencer with a 54mm insert diameter.
The effect of lowering the volume was solid.

Significant sound quality improvement and some sound deadening
Titaniumium full exhaust and carbon silencer by techserfu were installed on a GPZ900R.
Style is good, but the volume and sound quality did not match my taste.
I purchased this product to muffle sound and improve sound quality, and to some extent, the results were as I had hoped.
As for the sound deadening effect, as everyone has said, it is about as quiet as you can get. It is not drastically quieter, but I would say that you can ride at night as long as you don't turn it all the way up.
I am satisfied with the sound quality. Before the installation, the bass sound was not very refined, but now it is like that of a big bike.
I still felt a little sluggish at high rpm, but I will continue to work on it in the future in the hope that the setting will improve it.
There was a gap of about 3mm between the Silencer and Tail Pipe, but I didn't mind that much.
This is written here and I think it is an unavoidable part of the process.

I am convinced because of the reasonable price.
It's inexpensive and not very effective at muffling sound.
I am satisfied with the quality as it is made by a well-known manufacturer.

It is less expensive and a little lower in volume.
The thick sound remains.
The exhaust manifold is 45φ so I diverted FOR HARLEY.
Silencer is also for HARLEY.

It's still a little noisy.
Installed on XR250 and MD30. I bought it to repel a bear on a forest road touring in Hokkaido. In fact, I encountered a bear on a forest road, but the bear ran away with the engine revving and the horn, but I don't know how effective this volume was.
Now that I am back home, I plan to switch back to the standard baffle for driving on forest roads in Honshu. I will switch back to the Standard baffle when I drive on forest roads in Honshu, Japan. In case of MD30, it seems that the sound becomes louder due to resonance of the exhaust against the license plate. As for driving impression, I feel that the low-speed torque is a little weaker than that of the Standard baffle. But it is almost the same.

After purchasing barrel 4 silencer, it got to know that this silencer is explosive sound roaring in a net.
Since trouble could not be made to you in the neighborhood, this restrictor low noise was also purchased.
Attachment removes three hexagon head bolts which are fixing the parts at the tip of a silencer first.
Next, although the normal parts exchanged for a restrictor low noise are drawn out, parts are drawn out, removing a gasket by a slotted screwdriver, since it is being fixed by the liquid gasket.
The rest sets a restrictor low noise and is only fixing with a bolt.
Product number which sells recommendation also by Webike: They are 40621 permatexes. Probably, it is good to plaster a restrictor low noise with a high-heat-resistance silicon gasket, and to fix.
It can be used also for the exhaust leakage stop at the time of muffler exchange.

Mounted on CYGNUS Type 4
I put it on for CYGNUS Type 4 R-EVO.
I was worried about whether the shape would fit, but there was no problem at all.
I gently removed the original baffle and put on this product. (Not covered by warranty. At your own risk)
The diameter is thicker and the Pipe is shorter, making it ideal for the sound. (A little cautious in residential areas.)
Large Satisfied

Punching
This time, I changed the Silencer's punching thickness and tested the change in sound quality, etc. It turned out to be just to my liking. I used to have a 42mm diameter punching and it was a little noisy, but I changed it to 38mm and now it is a little quieter. View detail
