5-9% muffling or toning
*When you install a new one, the glass wool is hardened by resin, and the resin is burned by the heat of the exhaust. During this time, smoke is produced for a short time.
1. The inner baffle has been extended to the inner side of the silencer.
2. The length of the silencer side is also available in two types, 100mm and 200mm.
3. The conventional inner baffle M size has shown improvement of exhaust efficiency such as the torque feeling, improvement in fuel consumption, and improvement of the broken sound, but it has not been able to meet expectations on noise reduction.The new Long Type is effective in terms of sound quality and volume.

Available in spring joint type.
It is attached between the silencer and the tail pipe.
Also, the inner baffle stopper (larger part) on the tail pipe end
prevents it from falling in.
This product is only available for Φ60.
This is the outer diameter of the tail pipe
It has a clearance of -3mm
For Φ60, the part that goes inside has a thickness of Φ57.
The outer diameter of the stopper part (length 3mm) is Φ60.
(The part that goes inside for Φ54/Φ50 is also the same Φ3mm less)

Caution
*The tail pipe refers to the pipe between the merge collector and the silencer.*The joint between the tail pipe and the silencer is not always a perfect circle.
*The inside diameter of the inlet on the silencer side varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
*For flange type joint (plate & bolted),
the baffle stopper may not be able to be clamped.
*In cases where the joint is secured using a band, similar to KERKER megaphones,
the baffle stopper may not be able to be clamped.
