BlackShort Tube - The Best Of BlackShort Tube
I purchased Z thinking it was a Short Tube in Black.
Idling is quieter than OEM, but brazen as it starts running and revs up.
The black paint also seems to work well with the Stainless Steel material, and there is no fading or peeling of the paint. Except for stepping stones,
The volume is tame, but you may choose it for its design appearance.

Exhaust System
I wanted to use SP Tadao's Exhaust System, but I couldn't find one that fit the bill, so I went with YOSHIMURA. The quality and sound are the best. View detail
Sticker on Silencer
The Silencer Sticker had been removed and lost when I saw it after the first break-in period of about 30 km. It may have been something to be removed from the beginning. View detail

What about in 23MODEL?
Exhaust system has been changed in 23MODEL and O2 sensor has been shortened. 。 Moreover, since the Coupler has been replaced with 6V MONKEY/GORILLA Main Harness, the O2 Sensor from 22MODEL onward cannot be used. I forced myself to pull it out and put it on, but ClutchCover
The coupler is on the side, so there is a possibility of deformation in summer.
It would be better to purchase our own Coupler and re-wire it.

I have to say, I'm a little impatient.
I am very satisfied with the product, but I thought that YOSHIMURA products are not sold at a discount, but a few days after I received the product, it was on sale at a special price of nearly 20,000 yen. How do you all feel about this? View detail
Attached to Bore UPEngine
Installed on a LITTLE CUBFIEngine with 88CC bore.
It was installed without any problem, but when the Center Stand is raised vigorously, it hits the Exhaust System.
The Sound of with Baffle is my favorite, but people around me say it is too loud.
I was worried about the design and the Exhaust System Up Type, but I am glad I went with this one.

OEM compatible Exhaust System for professionals
I purchased this product because the OEM was getting rusty and rusty.
It seems that some people can pontificate and some can't. I was the latter.
If the Bolt is passed through the Flange on the Exhaust System side, the Bolt on the Engine side cannot be installed.
I made a mistake here by setting the Flange on the Exhaust System side to a long hole.
As you can imagine, it is thick and large, but the bracket that attaches to the side of the engine should have been a long hole. The reason is that there is a gap between the exhaust port and the exhaust pipe.
Second, the Bracket holes are not flush with the upper and lower holes. A 3mm Spacer was needed between the upper hole and the Engine.
Finally, the bolt at the rear end of the Air cleanerBox could not be installed. The reason is, as usual, the welding position of the Bracket Gap….
We had no choice but to cut it off and weld it back on again. And the heat plate attachment part (Received Nut.) The welding was done by TIG welding.
It was a labor-intensive exhaust system, but it contributed greatly to the improvement of my own technical skills.
Since a semi-automatic or TIG welder with at least 0.6mm wire is required, the work skill is considered to be PRO class.
It would be difficult for an amateur to hit an Exhaust System that has been removed.

Recommended for those who focus on volume.
First of all, it is very difficult to tighten the Silencer bracket with the CharcoalCanister without removing the entire footpeg set.
To install the footpeg without removing the entire footpeg set, a palm-sized Small Type Swivel Ratchet can be used.
It may be for people who have a little bit of work sukill
I used to use BEAMS, so this is a comparison with BEAMS, but the good thing about BEAMS compared to BEAMS is that the baffle can be removed and it looks cooler (laughs).
If you remove the Baffle, it will sound like a stupid explosion.
It's all over the place and you can't make any progress at all.
I bought this because the BEAMS Exhaust System was too Large, but I returned to BEAMS after about a month,
If you are thinking of buying a new one, I recommend you to go for MORIWAKI for a little more than 10,000 yen!

Rod Silencer Exhaust System installed on MOTRA
The exhaust pipe of MOTRA's OEM exhaust system was rusted and broken, so I selected this exhaust system made by WILLS WIN from among the external exhaust systems. It is made of AllStainless and the goodness of the cost performance which can be bought at 10,000 yen was the decisive factor of purchase. I thought the appearance was quite good. The exhaust sound is not too loud and the exhaust pipe of MOTRA's OEM exhaust system was too thin and the maximum speed was only 55km/h. But after replacing it with this exhaust system, 60km/h is now possible. But after replacing it with this Exhaust System, 60km/h is now possible. (I have a Class 2 motorized vehicle registration.) The exhaust pipe near the Mount Bracket was cracked by vibration. I can give up because of the price. It might be because of the vibration of my engine. It is necessary to take measures against vibration. Please be responsible for your own use of this product. View detail
Exhaust System is strictly for CD50.
[How is it used?
I purchased the Up type Short Exhaust System because I wanted to try different Exhaust Systems.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was smaller than expected.
Was the installation difficult?
The side cover interfered with the CD50 and could not be installed.
It is better to use it for Large human monkeys.
How was your experience with it?
To use it with CD50, a large modification is required, such as removing the side cover and relocating the battery.
[Included Parts:were they on?
It is fully equipped with Bracket, Sticker, Instruction Manual, etc.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The exhaust system up type with a longer exhaust pipe could not be used for the large CD of the car body.

Fits: SUZUKI GRASS TRACKER Big Boy, SUZUKI GRASS TRACKER
It may not be enough for those who like a large sound.
It is a fairly quiet Exhaust System.
I thought about removing the baffle, but it looks like it's built-in and welded on, so I decided against it….
Good thing it's a neighborhood friendly Exhaust System sound. ( ´ ▽ ` )

Parenthesis OK
I bought this for my CUB. The style of installation is good! However, the top speed is down and the sound is too quiet. I think it's best for slow city driving, but not for touring etc... View detail
Reasonable and elegant sound quality
I purchased this product because the sound of the Normal muffler is like a business motorcycle. The sound of each engine shot is now a "high drilling" sound and it is a pleasant sound. The volume is not too loud, which is good! View detail
I like the way it's built.
The product is made of pear-shaped stainless steel, and the quality of Southeast Asia's recent products is high and the construction of the product itself is quite good.
The only thing is that the Straight structure has no restraint, so it's probably not good for city driving. I've done some RACING with the included baffle, but the sound is muffled to the point of being hairy. 。 If you want to make it STREET, it will be difficult without a separate Silencer.

Explosion, fuel condition required
Price is attractive, performance is counterproductive.
(1) Explosion noise:100? or more at 5000 rpm
(2) It kills the high rpm extension of WR155R (top stops turning, GS is too thin, too loose).
(3) Great for those who like explosions, effective for avoiding bears, monkeys, wild boars, and deer.
(4) Unsuitable for city driving (explosive noise)
(5) 2-part, with no intermediate pipe, and Silencer processing is required for all roses.
(6) Installation can be easily replaced without Instruction Manual
We recommend this product to those who are confident in their processing and maintenance skills.
In a long Tunnel, no other cars can be heard.

If you're buying, please read on~!
There are three AXIS Labs Exhaust Systems available for purchase on this Webig's site:the Racing line's ? The Japan Government Certificated and the EURO5-compliant Exhaust System are available from DENSO. Japan Government Certificated and Exhaust System for EURO5 are similar in design and many people seem to buy them by mistake.
I am one of them, but first of all, the sound! Japanese Government Certified Product I think you should buy a ? The "M" will not pass inspection because it does not come with a certificate of conformity to vehicle inspection. Even if it is compliant, I don't think it will pass the inspection without the certificate. If the exhaust system needs to be replaced at the time of inspection anyway, I think you should buy a new exhaust system. Racing line. I think you should buy a good sound Exhaust System of ? I think that the first is the most wasteful purchase.
