Fits: INDIAN MOTORCYCLE SCOUT SIXTY, INDIAN MOTORCYCLE SCOUT
dirty
I thought it was Garbage, which is too dirty both in Package and inside.
It was a pain in the ass to return it, so I polished it myself for about an hour.
To the extent that it can be put on, I made it Beauty.
If it's this dirty, I'd rather buy it used and cheap.

Effectiveness is good, glad I bought it.
[How is it used?
Exhaust System of Z900RS was replaced and Silencer was Bullet Silencer by K-FACTORY.
The kit came with two baffles, one for the outlet and one for the inlet, and the combination of the two was supposed to allow adjustment of volume and exhaust pressure.
When the outlet type was installed, it sounded like a large dump exhaust system and I could not bring myself to use it. The exhaust resistance of the inlet type was too large and the volume went down a little, but at mid-speed or higher, the exhaust clogged and the large width performance went down.
So, I thought there must be a way to lower the volume while maintaining a reasonable exhaust resistance, so I used this product.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image as I had seen the actual product at the store.
Was the installation difficult?
There is no difficulty if you choose a Size that fits within the inside diameter of Silencer.
However, the Silencer exit diameter is 55Φ for use with Bullet Silencer,
The inside of the punching pipe had to be 45Φ so it was necessary to fill the 10mm gap at the exit.
I looked for a gasket that would fit, but could not find one, so I wrapped a heat-resistant aluminum tape around it.
Also, the Silencer fixing bolt that came with the kit was a retro black ordinary Hexagon bolt, so I used a silver cap bolt that I had on hand.
How was your experience with it?
The volume did not go down as much as I had hoped, but at the moment of startup without any Absolutely not!" The explosion was so loud that it felt like "I know it's annoying, but can you forgive Limit?" This was the Level that
Unlike the Silencer-attached baffle, the Straight structure is maintained, so exhaust resistance is not increased excessively, and the sound quality is not muddy and high-frequency components seem to be suppressed.
In terms of performance, it is not too much at low speeds, but it is not too much at high rpm, and it is not too much at high rpm.
However, the Bullet Silencer, which I almost gave up using because it was too noisy even though I like the look of Large, is now available, and the Silencer is also black and retractable, so it is unobtrusive and I am glad I purchased it.
[Included Parts:were they on?
None in particular
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
It would have been nice if the volume could have been a little lower, but then it would have been a poof clogging.
Once again, I felt that the OEM Exhaust System is well made.

KIJIMA Stainless Steel Exhaust Band
I used to use a different band, but when I tightened it, the bolt diameter was a little thin and it was not strong enough.
After a certain amount of use, it was easy for the screws to be ruined by heat and tightening.
This Band has a slightly thicker Bolt and has no strength problems, so this Band is now used.

Used for Overhaul
It was used for Overhaul in conjunction with the disassembly of Silencer, which was suspect.
As described in the product description, the stinging when wrapping was kept to a minimum, and the work proceeded smoothly.
However, it is just hard to stick, but not totally impenetrable, so I think working quickly is HANG.
However, the work efficiency is a world of difference, so although it is a bit expensive, it is recommended.

Note to Size.
It is just an Exhaust Band.
Purchased this CB400SF nc42 2016SPMODEL OEM Exhaust Band because I lost it.
Band is Stainless Steel, but Bolt is Steel.
One sizeSmaller than this, the company's Exhaust Band just barely didn't fit and I had to buy a new one.
The π diameter or measurements are rather strictly made, so it is recommended that you measure your measurements before purchasing!

Decent Exhaust Spring
Used for external exhaust system of GSX1300R GSX1300R HAYABUSA
When the exhaust system was replaced with an external exhaust system, the chatter sound of the Gold genus became more loud when the RPM was raised, so it was introduced as a countermeasure against resonance/interference noise.
This product is a type of spring whose Hook rotates freely, just like the springs that come standard with AKRAPOVIC and YOSHIMURA.
It also comes with a Rubber for sound control.
(Although it is shiny and the texture is not so good.)
It seems to have good heat resistance for normal use, but if it is pressed against Cowl or other parts and directly hits the exhaust pipe, it will melt, so care is required.
The spring itself is SUS with a relatively large wire diameter, so it can be tensioned firmly and is rust-resistant and solid.
The Spring is generally as it looks, but one thing to note is the installation length.
Size100mm" means the free length is 100mm.
Note that Tension is not applied unless it is used with some extension.
As per Q&A, it seems that the mounting length is intended to be 120mm.
I tried to install it, but it was a little loose, so I went with the company's M size. (85mm) I bought a new one.
Neck would be the price.
I understand that it is a solid product, but it is a little expensive.
A 4-cylinder Full Exhaust System uses more than 10 springs depending on the type, so the spring alone will cost more than 10,000 yen.
It's a little tough, as you'd expect.
However, the product is solid, and from a quick search, it seems that this size cannot be diverted from AKRAPOVIC or YOSHIMURA's Repair products, so it would be the best solution for those who seek quality over cost.

Used for I.D. 60.5Φ.
63-68mmSize is used for Exhaust System with inner diameter of 60.5Φ.
Looking at the cost of Bolt's surplus, it would have been better if it had been a little smaller.
However, there is no problem at all in fixing it, so I am satisfied.

Band
This is used to attach Rubber to Silencer's fixed band to prevent scratches and vibration.
The installation is a good feeling, but I thought it would be better if it was slightly smaller so that it would be a little tighter.
I am glad to hear that the scratch and anti-vibration rubber installation went without a hitch.

The volume and sound quality is about what I imagined.
Used for SpenserMODEL by Mizuno Motor.
I used this product to take care of warming up first thing in the morning, but to be honest, I wanted it to be a little quieter.
There is some resignation because it is unavoidable due to the structure (^-^;)
Construction is at Beginner Level, Band for fixing (Needle Gold) The product also comes with a "M" and I think it is safe to buy it.

Silencer replacement
Used to replace Silencer on CRM80. View detail
This is a standard component that seals the Well and Pipe together.
[How is it used?
Black dirt was dripping under the joint between the Chamber and Silencer, so I checked the packing and found a small amount of exhaust oil leaking out. 。 Packing was replaced about 6 years ago when the Chamber was cracked and replaced, so the surface was also cracked and had reached the end of its life span! 。 Still, it is amazing that there have been no problems for six years.
How was your experience with it?
I have been using it as a standard for some time and it is Just fit.
How did it compare to other products?
It is the one and only component that cannot be compared.
[Points to note]
Although Large is strong even when used in its original state, experience has shown that there are two key points to increase durability.
(1) Do not throw away the old part Clamp you removed, but use it (1 piece) 。 The new part has two Clamps at the front and rear ends of the packing, but by adding the Clamps from the old part to the center section, three Clamps can be used to secure the packing more securely and stably for a longer period of time.
2) Apply heat-resistant SiliconSealer to the joint of the Pipe (the part where it plugs in) and the entire inside of the Packing, and assemble. (If you are concerned about the appearance, wipe off any protrusion.)

Material:Stainless Steel is good
I made a mistake with the size, but I think it is a very good product, Stainless Steel and it won't rust, and considering the burning thing, it is a Material:Stainless Steel exhaust pipe and silencer with band and material:Stainless Steel is a good choice. View detail
Used in SR400
Material:The exhaust pipe and silencer are made of Stainless Steel, so the color of the Plating Exhaust Band is different from the Plating Exhaust Band, but the Material:If the band is made of Stainless Steel, the burnt color will look natural. View detail
Toshi TECSilencer.
It fits Toshi TEC's Carbon silencer. The bore fits perfectly without any problem and without any need for fixing. I was able to restore the original quiet and light sound of the Titanium without any trouble since I could easily finish the prickling work just by trimming the length. Bean-jam-filled wafers in two pieces vertically (Monaka) The time and work required to push the material into the mold was reduced. The structure and material shape make it virtually impossible to push in the material. View detail
Fixed Chamber
It is installed to fix the Chamber.
The price is not that high and it can be fixed.
The rubber cushion was too tight to be tightened. I was able to fix the cushion by forcing it.

After changing from COBRA's Exhaust System, it became dramatically easier to ride.
When I was driving a YamahaBolt and replaced the COBRA Exhaust System with the KIJIMA Exhaust System, I felt how much easier it was to ride.
The sound of KIJIMA's Exhaust System is a little insufficient because of the Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence.
I like the Design, so I am satisfied.

Heat Resistant Rubber for Exhaust Silencer
This is attached to the fixed part of the Silencer to prevent vibration and scratches.
It doesn't look bad and the price is not that bad.
I wish they would sell it in a Material with a higher heat resistance temperature.

easy to get
When I installed YOSHIMURA's Slip-on Silencer, I am a stocky person, and I broke the attached Clamp band by holding the Torque wrench too tight for some reason, perhaps because of the installation angle.
It takes time, but I looked on the Net to order from YOSHIMURA and found that KIJIMA's products are identical to YOSHIMURA's.
It was easy to obtain and inexpensive.

It is quite solidly made!
[How is it used?
We needed the Exhaust Band when we replaced the Short Exhaust System, so we decided to purchase it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Material:Being Aluminum, I was concerned about the quality, but I was glad to see that it was more solidly made than Image.
Was the installation difficult?
Simply fit the Silencer.
How was your experience with it?
It was wide and solid, so I felt secure.
Aluminum silencer has Material:Material than Stainless Steel:I think the Silencer band in Aluminum would look better.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Material:It came with a Stainless Steel Bolt and Nut.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not at all. Some people may want anti-vibration Rubber.
I would have appreciated an intermediate diameter of 65mm, as the ▼Size range is 60mm in diameter followed by 70mm in diameter.
