Baffle replacement for OEM exhaust system with R-EVOTitaniumium silencer from beams
I purchased a new OEM exhaust system from beams R-EVOTitaniumium silencer, but the volume was not enough, so I replaced it with this Semi-racing baffle, and the size fits perfectly!
The sound quality is a little lower than with the Baffle, and it is not too quiet and not too loud, but just right.

You can feel the effect when you replace it.
Standard Equipment's Standard baffle is almost as loud as the OEM exhaust system when starting the engine or idling, and you can hear the engine well. The volume is a little louder than the OEM exhaust system, so I don't feel any inferiority when I use it for work. In fact, it is so easy to use that I can open Axel in town without any stress.
I would like to have this Semi-racing baffle because I think it will increase the volume and I can enjoy it on the mountain pass, etc. However, the SS300Silencer for LITTLE CUB is φ89.1mm and this Semi-racing baffle is for MONKEYφ90mm. I was not sure if I can use this Semi-racing baffle because it is for MONKEY& phi;90mm Spec. "Not installed on LITTLE CUB." I was a little hesitant because the answer was "I don't know.
Well, the price is not too high, so I bought it on a no-brainer, installed it, and it fits EXACTLY. It is Tight enough to pull out and insert, so I can use it with Bolt1 pc and Standard baffle. (This may be an individual difference. Not all products may fit.)
The effect, first of all, is the sound. The sound quality is very good as well as the volume. The sound is so energetic that it is hard to believe it is a moped. It is very pleasant. I think the volume is about the limit of what is acceptable in town.
And the engine rpm is smoother, especially at high rpm. The engine turns more smoothly, especially at high rpm, and the standard baffle feels a little sluggish, but the Semi-racing baffle reduces stress. It is a recommendation.
(Good children should never run without a Baffle.)

For Touring with Income
I usually run without Baffle, but when I use Income for touring, I sometimes have difficulty hearing the Exhaust System sound, so I use it only when I use Income. View detail
Crafting accuracy is too poor.
I bought a Semi-racing baffle to see if it would be a change of pace.
The original Baffle fits perfectly, but I had no trouble removing and installing it.
Of course, there is no chattering sound that occurs when the diameter is not matched.
When we tried to replace it with this item, the Edge was still there when it was cut from the base material Pipe, and it was wider than the original bore diameter.
(similar to the situation where a simple cut of the Hose in Scissors will not result in a horizontal cross section).
I forced it into place by knocking it in with a Hammer.
The Size is different from the original caliber.
It still makes a shrieking sound and is not worth the price.
(It was my fault for forcing it in, but I also had a hard time removing it.)
Drop the Edge in Grinder to get closer to the original caliber.
For the time being, we made it easier to remove and install, but did not eliminate the chattering sound when AxelOff is turned on.
I don't think it is the original sound.
I was disappointed, although it was a Manufacturer that I liked because of its hard-edged design.
Even if the product was defective, it would be at the point of shipping visually recognizable Level products.
I felt that they were not a trustworthy Manufacturer.

I bought it because the SS400 I bought used did not have a Baffle.
It was quite loud and annoying without Baffle in it.
After adding Baffle, it is just right for me personally, not too loud and not too quiet.
I am also satisfied with the increase in low and mid speed Torque.

Intermediate volume between standard Baffle and no Baffle
Without Baffle, the sound of banging during deceleration is LARGE (although I don't dislike it), and I also have to be careful when warming up the car.
The standard Baffle is a little too quiet, so I cut the Pipe on the side that is connected to the Silencer.
This time I bought a Semi-racing baffle, hoping for an intermediate volume, because the bribing sound was vulgar this time.
The purchase price was 2,612 yen, but the label on the delivered product stated 1,210 yen including tax. When we contacted Webike, we learned that the price was revised around May of this year, and the reason was that the manufacturer shipped the product with the pre-revision label.
It is not clear if this is due to the rising cost of materials, but to more than double the original price in a revision makes one wonder if the original price was mis-set? I would think so.
I should have bought it before the revision.
The effect of the installation was satisfactory with the expected volume.
I realized that they must have tried various Baffle Pipe diameters and lengths to decide on the right one.

It's still a little noisy.
Installed on XR250 and MD30. I bought it to repel a bear on a forest road touring in Hokkaido. In fact, I encountered a bear on a forest road, but the bear ran away with the engine revving and the horn, but I don't know how effective this volume was.
Now that I am back home, I plan to switch back to the standard baffle for driving on forest roads in Honshu. I will switch back to the Standard baffle when I drive on forest roads in Honshu, Japan. In case of MD30, it seems that the sound becomes louder due to resonance of the exhaust against the license plate. As for driving impression, I feel that the low-speed torque is a little weaker than that of the Standard baffle. But it is almost the same.

Mounted on CYGNUS Type 4
I put it on for CYGNUS Type 4 R-EVO.
I was worried about whether the shape would fit, but there was no problem at all.
I gently removed the original baffle and put on this product. (Not covered by warranty. At your own risk)
The diameter is thicker and the Pipe is shorter, making it ideal for the sound. (A little cautious in residential areas.)
Large Satisfied

End Baffle
I replaced my Titaniumium silencer with a slim silencer, but it was a little too loud, so I was looking for an end baffle and came across this product. The shape and diameter are good, a little tight, and it muffled the sound perfectly. View detail
Effective
I am installing an external exhaust system on my SPACY100, but it has been installed from the beginning.
The volume of the Baffle was too loud and I was tired of the sound, so I replaced it with this one.
The sound muffling effect is excellent, but the Screw that fixes it is a little thin, so I wonder if it is Large sturdy.

Used for Kawasaki's SUPER SHERPA
I installed an external exhaust pipe in SUPER SHERPA, and I bought a used BEEMSExhaust system for NINJA2 Helmet50R and diverted it. The one which was originally attached was Semi-racing baffle, but because I felt that the sound was a little large, I purchased this product.
Sound-wise, it's pretty muffled. I was originally hoping for about OEM+Alpha, so I was Large satisfied with the product.

The volume Large became a person.
Because it is muffled, of course the volume becomes Small. I used Bolt loosening prevention because the clasp part seems to loosen by vibration. I'd like to try another type of Baffle, but I think I'll leave it as is because the current one is quiet and has no problems. View detail
Working well but slow me down
I bought the DB killer for my ss300 it is working well but i guess it requires for me to rejust my carburator because i loose some speed. Compare to my stock one or fully open semi racing is really the best for the sound. specially at low speed. I recommend but don't forget to re-jet View detail
Good
A friend of mine gave me an exhaust system with a Baffle that doesn't have the right size I was there
I bought this product
Size is Exactly and the volume is moderately low and the bass is nice and resonant
For this price, Cost performance is good for this texture

Is NORMALBaffle not enough for you?
Or is it too loud in WITHOUT Baffle?
That's when I decided to buy a Baffle in the middle!
Not too loud when idling
That's just fine when you spin it high!
