It's good to have the self-satisfaction of using BremboOEM's Titaniumium pad pin.
[How is it used?
After many years of use, the Coe?? Stainless Steel Pad Pin was experiencing paint peeling due to friction and color change due to baking.
Therefore, we replaced it with this Titaniumium pad pin, which is a Brembo OEM part.
My vehicle has been replaced with NorthLine caliper support, BremboRacing caliper, ZCOO brake pads, and BRAKING 320mm brake rotor.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The dull shine of Titanium was more luxurious than the Image in the picture.
The Brembo is a little lighter than the Brembo. The Brembo is lighter than the Brembo in terms of weight.
Was the installation difficult?
It was not difficult.
Even amateurs can replace them if they have Pliers.
How was your experience with it?
I honestly don't know since the weight reduction is in tens of Grams?
It is good because I can indulge in the self-satisfaction of using Titanium.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Clip to stop Pad pin is included.
(It is in the attached image.)
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I was not disappointed. I did not expect the weight reduction due to the fact that the parts are small in size.
Installation Point or hang
Tension Spring Tools allow for easy removal and installation without scratching.
Availability and clarity of Instruction Manual
Instruction Manual is not included. It is not a complex component that should be included.
important point
It would be good if you do not neglect to visually check and test run the Clip to make sure it is inserted securely.
Items to buy together
As mentioned above, Tension Spring Tools.

Maintenance.
I have not used it yet but the Bolt on the R1 has rusted so I bought it to replace it.
I would recommend everyone to replace it before this happens because it will make the Brake less effective. LOL!

With a sense of security.
It is a bit expensive, but Titanium is surprisingly flexible.
Stainless is also quite flexible, but it does not fracture.
Might be excellent. Like Titanium for something like this.
It does not reduce weight.

Is there a problem with being thinner than OEM?
I'm sorry I couldn't provide a photo, but when I used it on my NINJA2 Helmet 50RSL, I compared it with the OEM one, and the shaft part that holds the pad is clearly thinner,
The measurements were taken from the OEM, so they should be the same diameter." This was the case
I have a question for those who are familiar with Brake, is there any particular problem with the thin shaft part?
Has anyone who bought the same Stainless Steel Pad Pin had a similar case? I would like to hear your opinion. Thank you in advance.

More rust-resistant than OEM Product
I used this for an overhaul of a very old OEM Caliper. The previous owner had maintained it to some extent and it was not so badly worn, but I wanted to assemble it in a new and clean condition if I was going to overhaul it. I chose it because I wanted to assemble it in a brand new and clean condition. View detail

Expect durability
The Rear Brake Pads had uneven wear, and in the process of reviewing the various parts, we decided to replace the pad pins as they were deteriorating.
The OEM pad pins were only a little over a year old before replacement, but some of them were corroded and pitted.
I thought about ordering OEM again, but this time, after about a year of damage, I decided to try Stainless Steel Pad Pin, which is supposed to be more durable than OEM.
I checked the Pad pin I received, it was nicely finished, dimensions Exactly, and the surface was smooth compared to the OEMPad pin.Material.:It is Stainless Steel, so it should be resistant to corrosion, and I would expect this to be durable.
The work was completed by removing the rear caliper, pulling out the OEM pad pin, applying molybdenum grease to the new Stainless Steel pad pin, inserting it into the caliper, and putting the caliper back on. This time, I had to remove the rear wheel for other work, so it took a little time to complete the whole process, but after the work was completed, there were no problems and the rear brake was working properly. The rear brake seemed to work better, but I think it was just my imagination.
It is a slightly more expensive item than the OEMPad pin, but if it lasts as long as expected, I think it is a good buy. I just installed it, so I don't know if it is as durable as expected, but from the looks of it, it looks promising, so I am glad I bought it so far.

Genuine Kohken Black brake caliper pan pin for Brembo caliper
I already upgraded the rear caliper for a lovely Brembo cnc one and also wanted to swap out the bsically horrible standar steel coloured pin for something that went with the black cnc colour of the caliper. I did find this from Kohken which I have never heard of but apparently is a really good brand. Hey, I don't mind giving a brand I do not know a crack. Besides, this was the only alternative I could find that looked as good as I wanted it to look. The price was really good value for what you get. I did have a few other parts in my order and got them all shipped together using EMS as my preferred courier. I honestly love EMS as they just get your order to you quickly and with no fuss. My order arrived in 5 days from shipping and everything was fine, no issues at all. The pad pin was in a nice little Kohken plastic packet. The pad pin itself is super well made. It has a loveley texture to it, very smooth indeed. The anodising on this is brilliant and really brings out the curves of the pad pin. There is also a nice little neat logo on the end of the pad lin which is cute. Once fitted, the rear caliper now looks amazing and gone is the horrid looking steel standard pad pin. Really happy with the purchase. Thanks Webike and awesome work Kohken. View detail

It's good because it lasts a long time and is hard to handle.
[How is it used?
It was installed on the front caliper and rear caliper of a YAMAHA TZr50R under restoration.
I thought the Pat Pin was rusty because it was an abandoned vehicle, but it was in beautiful condition thanks to this product.
Was the one you received as per Image?
We disassembled Caliper and cleaned it lightly, but it was clean enough to be usable as is.
Once again, it was a good price to purchase the product, so it was helpful. I like that it is durable as a product.
Was the installation difficult?
For those who can tinker with Caliper, I don't see any particular problem.
How was your experience with it?
I can't get a feel for the performance, but it seems to be fine.

Self-satisfaction is very high.
Since the pad pin of the Front brake is Titanium, the Rear should be Titanium as well.
The OEM parts are the same as those for the Z750, so the Z750 parts can be used for the Z900RS.
(Note that the front part is the same as for NINJA1000, but the rear part is different from NINJA1000.)
Front still has some things that can be Appeal in appearance, such as tints and Beta pins, but Rear has none at all.
However, the OEMPin is more painful in Rear than in Rear, and I feel the difference in the role of the Pin in Slide-type Caliper.
The CaliperBody slide pin should also be thoroughly cleaned and greased up.
If you can see the caliper moving when you operate the brake pedal or shake the caliper, you will have a sharp rear brake with no drag.
As for cosmetics, unlike Front, the cosmetic appearance is almost Zero, but the self-satisfaction of converting to a very lightweight Titanium Pin for a little less than 2000 yen is higher than Front, so overall it is the same at 4 stars.
The pins of this brand's products are generally longer than those of the OEMs, which is true, but not to the extent that it bothers me.

Highly self-satisfied
While I was rubbing out the Caliper piston in preparation for the car inspection, it occurred to me that I would like to make the pad pins slippery.
Stainless Steel was fine, but 64Material:I found a Titanium one and used this one.
I can't find any hits for Z900RS, but OEM parts use the same pin as NINJA1000 (Rear is different), so I will use the NINJA1000.
The dimensions of this product will be slightly extended to include a Beta pin, so in essence, it is a Tokico SportsCaliper type product.
I can't say that the effect is immediate for the price, but I tell myself that every little bit helps the fee ring.
The black BoltSocket part becomes titanium-colored, and the Beta pin inside the Caliper is a key point.
In terms of weight, it is incomparably lighter than the OEMPin.
For those seeking effectiveness, we recommend frequent cleaning or replacement of OEMPins for a few hundred yen.
For those who seek self-satisfaction, we recommend the Large variant.

Replace before it rusts
I changed the rear to a Crab caliper and after running for a while, I saw that the wheel was covered in dust and it rusts when wet. I was thinking of replacing the pad and while I was researching what would be good for it, I found out that the OEM pad pin was a bit of a nuisance.
Rusty, sharpened, and large to pull out. If you are going to replace the pad after reading such a review, you should also replace the pin. Material:Titanium and half the price of Koken! There is no reason not to choose them!
I don't know the manufacturer, RISE, but from what I've seen, it's solidly built, no bali or weird distortion, and it feels and looks like Titanium, but I don't know if it's 64 or not.
I started the installation work immediately, and it is true that the OEM pin is a press-fit, so it is difficult to pull it out. I also wonder if it is also affected by the pad spring pushing on it. It's a bit of a hassle to pull it out with Hammer and tools, to be sure. Quickly replace it with a new pad and plug in the Titanium pin. I had been wary of this pad because I had read on other pad replacement blogs that the spring that holds the pin was troublesome, and it seemed to be having a hard time shrinking, but then I realized that even with my non-dominant left hand, I could easily insert the spring with a little effort. I could insert it easily with my non-dominant Left hand.
The part is subject to rubbing, so it is advisable to apply a thin coat of grease to the surface.
I thought Titanium was not so resistant to abrasion...
Well, it's not expensive, and if it's worn out when you replace the pad, you can replace it, but it's better than rusting out.
