Replacement of the old Takekawa speed sensor
With the old Takekawa speed sensor, the OEM discMounting bolt on the rear was restricted, the parts around the rear axle increased, and there was a demerit that the service coupler was always used.
It is supposed to be simple, using the application to convert the signal from the OEMSensor and send out a signal that matches the current situation, so wiring is also simple, just interrupting the two OEMCouplers.
The body also fits inside the small side cover, but the direction of the sensor is specified to prevent water intrusion, so be careful when fixing it.
I cured it with insulating tape just in case, and fixed it as specified.
It is difficult to say, but I have the impression that it would have been better if they had taken care of the Waterproof.

Small DN Tachometer Kit
About quality and texture - Excellent quality kit, Stainless steel housing is nice and mounting bracket is solid. About the feeling of use - Works great to display your RPM with additional features like the clock and temperature is very useful. Products to buy together - I was very interested in having an idea of what my oil temperature was at so also purchased the Takegawa drain bolt, product # 02-09-0022. Difficulty of installation - I found the installaition at a medium level of difficultly and that was mostly due to wanting to run the wiring neatly onto the frame and understanding how to setup it to work correctly with the Monkey 125. Cost performance and comparison with other products - For a complete kit designed specifically for the Monkey 125 I find it really good value for the money, there are other product available but I think this one suits the styling of the Monkey 125 really well. About shipping and packaging - When I purchased this item shipping was delayed due to the product being on backorder with Takegawa but once Webike had the product it was shipping to me and arrived in a week and safely due to there outstanding packaging. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Since I purchased this tachometer there are now more options available here on Webike so take your time to view the others as they may have more features that your are after. Works but Broke
The left mounting post seperated from the meter body at the weld during install. At first I thought I over torqued it but I discovered rust color at the both the post and meter. I assume this is a bad weld so I gave 3 stars. View detail

Amazing speedo that still looks fairly stock
This speedo is amazing but does have some minor issues. I love how u can actually read it! the temp gauge, the service counter.. all good stuff. Issues 1. Tacho is slow and struggles to keep up with the engine 2. Gear display is ok.. but could of been much better. for example, changing from neatrual to 1st. the Gear display will just display a -.. I get it works out the gear based on rpm and speed but it could assume people are taking off in 1st.G1. View detail

Clock display is useful
The OEMMeter doesn't have anything, so it's pretty good to be able to add a clock, and the Temperature Sensor is useful to see the outside temperature. I wish it was a little cheaper because there are unused brackets and wires. View detail

I have always pursued electronic meters. In addition to multi-functionality, I also hope that they can bring visual impact. multiMeter Impression
I don't know about the work Skill because I got it when I bought Motorcycle at Shop.
I didn't understand how to set Gear position, but I managed to do it by searching on You Tube.
There is a part that LCD is hard to see in the daytime, but I am satisfied with Large change in function.
I heard that OilThermometer measurement can also be done by DrainCap replacement, so I will have the Shop replace it.

I'm worried about Waterproof performance in the long run if it's pontooned.
As for the installation, it is the same evaluation as other reviews.
In the case of installation according to the instruction manual of the product, only the waterproof instruction of the joint of the MainCoupler and the end waterproof cover is given.
There is a gap between the Waterproof Case and the Harness cover, and if you look at it in the long term, there is a fear of failure by water ingress from here.
Also, since the joints of the Temperature Sensor and PulseSensor are the same
It is recommended to use Self Fuser Tape and PVCTape on top of it for protection.
In our side, protection is done with Butyl rubber tape of Shinco of the daytime and PCVTape for No.2 protection, and
It is used after Waterprooftest with high pressure washer.
I am satisfied with the product functions, but from the point of view of an outdoor electrician, I felt that the waterproof performance of the product over a period of several years was in jeopardy.

The quintessence is the Meter made by SmallEngine Displacement Volume SpecialList.
At first glance, the installation difficulty seems high, but the parts themselves are Couplet-on, very kind and carefully designed.
I would like to mention that it is the poor maintenance of the vehicle design that makes the installation not easy.
On the contrary, I would like to remove this point from the evaluation point because the difficulty level is the same as other companies' Meters.
This meter, which is mainly a Tachometer, picks up the signal by interrupting the Ignition coil to +Wiring.
For that reason, Cover&rarr above Coil; Side cover&rarr for that reason; Exhaust System for that reason, due to the poor serviceability.
So, I personally think that if you go with Timing for Exhaust System replacement, it will be less work and less difficult.
This time, believing in the SmallEngine Displacement Volume special list called SP Takekawa, Meter and Exhaust System were exchanged to the thing of the company at the same time.
The first thing I felt was the fun of the Tachometer moving and the tones that change with the rotation of the Tachometer are linked in my brain.
And I feel the dependability of the LCD part of the speed and others which can be seen firmly though it is small.
Quite simply, the CT125 makes the OEMMeter very difficult to see, and the low brightness inverted LCD is quite difficult to see in bright light.
I personally feel that the meaning of the Meter exchange can be found just because it can cover it.
Gear position is probably calculated backwards from speed and signal, and may not be as accurate as it seems.
However, once you get used to it, you won't lose sight of the current GEAR, and if you want to glance at it for confirmation, there is no problem with Level.
This was my first RotaryMission, and the GEAR often got lost, but it was enough for that NavigationGate.
In any case, it's a feature that doesn't exist in the OEMs, so I'm grateful that it exists.
As mentioned before, Gear position can be used for some Navigation if you experience Zero, and once you get used to it, it is only used for confirmation.
The clock function is a nice feature, and it seems to be a meter that complements the performance that OEMs left out too much.
The other thing is that you can change the color of the BackLED. If you get tired of the current color, you can use the next color tomorrow.
It's a bit pricey, but the Meter is something you see every day, so I think you'll be highly satisfied after replacing it.

It had all the features I wanted.
30 minutes for installation and setup. Comes with a friendly Handling Instruction Manual.
The Shift positionIndicator has prevented me from getting into the phantom 5th gear.
However, the installation Bolt was of poor quality and once it rained, the rust came out.
I'm worried about water getting into the meter after long term use. Because I bought a few times a few meters from Takegawa, but all of them broke down due to water in the meter.

If you're unhappy with OEMs, it's Recommendation.
Installation took less than an hour to complete.
It's nice to be able to compensate for the speed because of the fact that the outer diameter of the Tire has been changed. Moreover, the visibility has improved incomparably better than OEM. (OEMs can't see them at all in direct daylight.) 。
If I have a complaint, it's that the gear position is often wrong. I don't think this is a problem.

With no more Meter
It is not an exaggeration to say that I decided on this because I like the Orange color LED.
Orange color LED is very beautiful coloring and outstanding visibility at night.
Since Wiring has no difficulties, even novice can be problematic.
I think that it is better to attach the Regulator to prevent malfunction if possible.

Is it brittle?
The joining of the resistive part at the base of the LED is amazingly delicate, Cover is done, but when a little force is applied, the joint part of the solder stopper of the aforementioned resistance part breaks. I made three items of the same as before. I'd like you to improve this product a bit more. The color of Neutral lamp's Green is lit in Beauty compared to other companies. Brightness is also perfect.
