Black, light and quiet.
I was not particularly dissatisfied with the OEM Exhaust System, but I happened to find the Exhaust System development blog, and I was browsing it with interest, as the parts that tended to be a little jerky were connected pleasantly. I was browsing the Exhaust System development blog with great interest.
I was told that delivery would be around July, so I waited patiently and was impatient when it arrived right away, but I had time to install it right away.
The Instruction Manual for installation instructed us to remove the lower bracket of the Radiator, but I think it would be easier to remove the upper bracket as well.
*Work is easier to reach and work from the Left Side, mainly with respect to the direction of travel.
BoltQuantity under the belly after removing the Bolt of the Exhaust pipe.:The OEMExhaust System comes off with 2pcs, but if you don't have a Jack or foot under it to support it, it will bottle up and fall off.
If you follow the instruction manual, there is no problem in particular, but if you fix the Exhaust SystemBody first, you will have a hard time connecting each exhaust pipe and the assembly part, so you should put some dustcloth on the wood or jack to prevent the wound from sticking. I think that it might have been better to put dustcloth on the wood or jack so that it can be moved back and forth with the Exhaust SystemBody supported, and then insert it into the exhaust pipe, while looking at the Exhaust System that was damaged by hitting various places while supporting it with my foot. I am thinking about it while looking at the Exhaust System that was damaged by hitting various places while supporting it with my foot.
I have only done some light driving around the neighborhood, but it was easy to ride with Torque coming out from low rpm.
However, the characteristics of the OEM exhaust system have not been changed from the OEM exhaust system to a larger system, and the volume is not bothersome, so even if you ride a long distance, you will not get tired of the sound. I don't think I will get tired of the sound even if I ride long distances.
Exhaust systems for the New Model MT-09 have been available from overseas, but we think this would be a very good option for those who are concerned about the design, which would lose the sense of compactness that had been settled under the belly, and the non-approved parts.

Handlebar vibration at high speeds has been reduced.
The new product is more powerful in appearance.
I wonder why the vibration of the Handlebar at 100 km /h,4500 rpm was considerably reduced.
I feel that the response of the Torque at low speeds has improved.

Runs small and spooky on public roads
The exhaust pipe turns around and a bypass is installed in the middle of the pipe, which is a unique shape of Full Exhaust System not seen in OEM.
The appearance is cool with a tighter suspension. The sound is not too loud and the single-cylinder Pulse is small and plays well.
It sputters nicely when driving on public roads and has a nice crisp ride that moves forward firmly when twisted.
However, I don't think you should expect such dramatic changes. It is just a feeling of improvement.
The instruction manual says 40 minutes for installation, but I think it can be done by a skilled person who jacks up the body to eye level. Especially when fastening the flange bolt, the undercarriage cover obstructs the view and makes it difficult to fix the bolt position and tighten it, so it will be difficult to get it on the floor. But anyone with time, tools, liquid gas, and a replacement Gasket can do it.
Please note that the Instruction Manual does not describe how to fix the Gasket at the Flange, and in fact, there is no groove cut for proper positioning, so it is necessary to apply liquid gas to the Gasket and stick it in place at the Flange. This method is explained in the Manufacturer's video, please refer to it once.

Best? (^-^) /
After running about 1000 miles, I was surprised at how easy it is to ride with just the Exhaust System. Since I bought this motorcycle, I had been thinking that the acceleration was a little too fast, so I was satisfied that the machine characteristics became mild by a large margin. But it is not too slow and the exhaust sound is not too loud. (^-^) / View detail
Mounting on WR 250X
I installed it with FMF and it seems to have increased low speed!
Both db’s Silencer and I installed OK!
However, since the chamber section has increased, the right foot seems to be a little hotter than the OEM exhaust pipe.
Gold genus sound increases, which may bother some people.

A well-made product.
good point
・Power up。
With the NORMALSEROW (DG17J), I'm sure I'll get hit by a light car on the highway.
2.8kg lighter than OEM.
Good volume and sound quality.
A bad point
The design is not to everyone's taste.

Torque will increase.
The silencer was a GruidRide Thailand coon, and the intake diaphragm was removed for full power, and the adjustable fuel conditioner was set to +4.
When I changed from the normal exhaust pipe, the torque increased and the sound became a little quieter. However, you may feel some heat in the right leg due to the expansion chamber sticking out.
You can tell when you are riding in it, but if you buy it and put it in right away, you may not notice any changes.
Please be aware that this is the only change you can expect. However, the effect is definitely there, so if you feel that even a slight performance increase is a very large change due to the 250cc engine displacement volume, I think it is a good buy.
At 25,000 yen, it's not that expensive, so if you want to make your vehicle as fast as possible, I think it's the right choice.
External exhaust systems are usually too large and lose torque in the low to mid RPM range, but this product increases torque in the low to mid RPM range without losing power in the high RPM range.
If you want more power but less noise, this is a recommendation because it is quieter than the normal exhaust pipe.
This is not my story, but I have heard that exhaust leaks may occur depending on the silencer you use, so you may want to check this out carefully.

It's good to stop rusting.
Since I replaced the exhaust system at the same time, I didn't feel any direct torque increase, but it was a great relief to get rid of the shabby OEM RustRust exhaust pipe.
The best thing about it is that it comes with a PowerBox so you can customize it!

The sluggishness of the start has disappeared.
I used to have a yoshimura silencer in my PowerBox, but it was much better than the normal silencer.
As the Torque died from the start, it was obvious that the exhaust was being drained too much, making it difficult to ride.
I sold my Yoshimura on Yahoo and bought this Silencer, but the power came out from the start.
The acceleration was clearly better.
If you have installed a PowerBox, you should definitely install this Silencer.
The Silencer from another company is a waste of money and I think it will lose power compared to the NORMAL.
The downside is that the exhaust sound would be great if it sounded like Yoshimura, but the NORMAL exhaust sound is a little dry and light.
I think people who are particular about sound will be a little disappointed with the change.

Power up feeling
The mid-range acceleration, which had been bothering me a little, is now better, making it easier to use 6th gear on regular roads.
Quantity:I have high hopes for Set's Exhaust System.

Have I increased the Torque?
The sound quality has definitely changed.
It is a combination with YOSHIMURA RS4J. I feel like the sound has become thicker and I can't get enough of the race ish sound at high rpm.
It looks great and isRecommendation.

It's a staple in SEROW.
[How is it used?
I bought this to change the silencer on my serow 250.
I had already replaced the exhaust pipe with SP Tadao's one, and the exhaust pipe alone was effective.
I also decided to change the Silencer because I felt it was clogged in the high RPM range.
I thought about other Manufacturer, but I decided to use the same Tadao.
Was the one you received as per Image?
This time I chose Stainless and it was beautifully made and well packaged.
The shape of the silencer is also different from other manufacturers.
Once installed, you will not feel any discomfort.
Was the installation difficult?
The instructions included with the product are very detailed and easy to replace. The installation screw holes are perfect.
You can see that it's properly made.
How was your experience with it?
The engine has no stress from bottom to top.
It was a fun Engine.
I feel that the accelerator operation at low speed has become severe because the response has become better.

It really feels good! really feel good! (^o^) /*
The mid-range extension is so much better now, and I don't have to worry about the headaches in the rpm range that I used to get all the time. View detail
Feeling good was real.
I switched from First Model Type, but I installed PowerBOX on First Model Type as well.
Because the valley of 5000rpm disappeared and I was able to ride pleasantly, I waited for this time and installed it. Even before I installed it, New Model, intake Cam was changed and there was a low speed Torque, and the valley of 5000rpm was not bothered, and I thought that I did not need PowerBOX, but when I looked into the HP of SP Tadao
The contents to develop for RALLY50 were described.
After reading every development article, I wanted to have it and installed it.
I'm sorry for the long preamble but this is how it happened and I drove it today. The engine displacement volume is increased by 30cc, the torque is increased above 5000rpm and the car speed is increased by 10km than usual. I was able to drive at about 70km/h in 6th gear with only accelerator operation on a country road with gentle up and down.
I am Large happy with the performance and look for a small expense.
As a side note, the exhaust pipe of HRC's Motocrosser was equipped with a tube similar to the powerbox made by Yoshimura.
One more ad-vise when you install it by yourself, if the O2 sensor is very hard when you remove it, you should have it removed at the shop where you bought it.
In my case, I managed to remove it while spraying lubricant, but the threads of the sensor were crushed. In the end, I couldn't install it and it took a lot of time to get it replaced under warranty at the shop where I bought it.

Response up!
Compared with OEMExhaust System, Axel's Response is much better and accelerates comfortably.
I also changed my front sprocket from an OEM 14T to a Torque (acceleration?) 12T. I also changed the front sprocket from the OEM 14T to the Torque (acceleration?) 12T, so the top end extension used to be a frustrating factor, but it has improved tremendously, and I have no complaints at all, and am having a great time riding the bike.
As for the sound, I'm enjoying the low, fat, powerful sound of the Motocrosser.
I think it will make driving easier on both forest roads and paved roads as you can immediately tell the difference between the OEM Exhaust System and the OEM Exhaust System, so I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for more powerful acceleration and improved top extension.
As for the installation, it was a little difficult because the frame of the car body was in the way, but I was able to install it without any problems.
I think it would be easier and less time consuming for two people to work on it, so Recommendation.

That's creepy.
It is installed to match the Slip-on Silencer from overracing.
I had to make the Exhaust pipe to fit each other's inner diameter. It was really Large odd so I would recommend installing it with the OEM or sp tadao products.
No more sluggishness when starting in 1st and 2nd gears, and 3rd, 4th and 5th gears can be creepy from anywhere.
As for the high RPM range, I have the impression that it reaches slower than the OEM. However, it is not a problem because there is hardly an opportunity to use the rpm range to that extent.

Anyway, it makes driving smoother.
I already had SP Tadao's Exhaust pipe and it was easy enough to ride, but with the Slip-on Silencer it is even easier to drive.
I think the large difference from the OEM Exhaust System is the 2nd to 3rd gear.
When I replaced the Exhaust pipe, I couldn't pull 1st gear anymore, and 2nd gear was a little difficult to use, so I had to use 3rd gear to deal with the Curve, etc.
After changing the Exhaust System to the SP Chuunao, 2nd gear became easier to use, and as a result, I can pull in about 3rd gear, which makes it easier to drive around town.Torque in 4th and 5th gear is also good, and I can increase the speed enough before going to 6th gear to enjoy driving. I'm very happy with it.
This time, I dared to put a Stainless Steel one on the SEdition.
The reason why I wanted to get the Accent was because I had been wearing the Matte Black one for a while. Of course, the price is cheap, but when I actually put it on, it is a good feeling.
If you're looking to make your SEdition a little more RetroSports, I'd recommend the Stainless Steel.

Certified products:??????
At NAPs Yukiura, we test rode the ZX-25R with SP Tadao Exhaust System, and our desire doubled.
I was patient, but I couldn't resist and bought it.
The installation was done quickly, but the Instruction Manual was easy to understand, and the removal of the OEM Product & SP Tadano Exhaust System installation was completed without any particular problems.
Gasket was prepared in advance, as it was better to replace it.
The replacement work of Exhaust System is only work of 8 Nut of Exhaust System and Bolt1pc. of Exhaust System exhaust pipe part.
Cowl related, too, when Right Side was removed, it was possible to work, and there was no particular obstacle.
Even if you work slowly, you can complete it in 2 hours.
I applied the engine and it worked fine, and that was it for the day of the exchange.
The next day, in the morning, I checked the tightness of Nut and Bolt and started running without any problem.
Since it was warmed up, it was a little noisy, and it started running.
I get to Route 134 and, well, I open the Axel in earnest and it's deafening to me and the sound is LARGE and LOUD!!!!
Is it like this? So I spent a few days to check it.
I don't like the loudness of the bike, and I'm thinking of selling the whole bike. What an idea ・・・・.
And in time, I was able to confirm on the Net that GoldSponge would change the noisy sound of the Exhaust System.
So, I decided to use Gold Dashi, which was not the method you recommended, but because of its shape, it seems that it won't slip out if I stuff it into the exhaust pipe.
When I told my wife about the Gold Dashi, she had a Small one and I packed it up as soon as possible.
Then, the sound quality which was grating became good, and I did not feel noisy though I think that the Largeness of the sound did not change.
Now, it runs good. The sound quality is good, too. Oh, good.
And the performance, especially the large change, I may not know.

Torque is lush!
The torque at low rpm that was poor in MD47 becomes thicker and can be felt from the start.
I was feeling lacking around 4000-5000rpm, but that's been assuaged!
Even from around 2000rpm, you can skip the Downshift because it will accelerate without Downshifting!
This was a good decision to buy and install Large.
It's worth the wait for the release.
By the way, Silencer is using NORMAL and there is no clogging feeling even if it revs to high rpm.
It is better to replace the Gasket on the engine side to avoid the concern of exhaust leak.
Also, you will need to purchase a heat resistant liquid gasket to connect the exhaust pipe to the silencer.
If you remove the bag, you may scrape the exhaust pipe. Please be careful not to take it out of the bag until the limit to fix the Stud bolt.
