Torque raised from 88cc
Used for Torque up 6VGORILLA
The engine was completely loosened, cleaned inside, and started to be installed with a good feeling.
I have removed all the KICK parts from the engine to save weight, so I only push the engine, it just runs toot toot and goes! The carburetor is a Mikuni 26 pie and it is running in very good condition.
It runs easily at 8,000 rpm and even swings up to 10,000 rpm from there, but I'm scared. (I'm afraid of the policeman.) It does not turn for 5 seconds, but it turns well.
The price is moderate and it is just a good product!

Used for Horizontal TypeEngine HeadBreather Hose 650mm 6mm Diameter.
After searching for a compact product that could be directly connected to a 6mm inner diameter Hose, we found this product, which fits easily into tight spaces and meets our objectives.
Just look at the picture and Quantity:I bought it thinking it was 1 Set of 2pcs. but in fact it is Quantity:It was 1 pc. so it was disappointing in terms of cosmetics.

Cracks soon.
As an indicator for a pwk28 dedicated to a 2-stroke engine, it may lack strength and rigidity against vibration. Power Filter, which is heavier, cannot be installed, and only lightweight Funnel can be installed. View detail

Required if Bore up.
When the engine displacement volume is increased by bore-up, the scale of explosion becomes larger than that of the OEM, and the oil pump designed for 50cc of the OEM cannot keep up with the oil circulation. Therefore, we introduced the Reinforced Oil Pump.
[Oil pump's role].
The oil pump pressurizes and pumps the engine oil to circulate it to the various parts of the engine. 。 This enhances lubrication, cooling and cleaning effects.
[What happens due to lack of Oil circulation.
→ oil film breakdown and increased oil temperature.
The oil pump sucks up engine oil that has accumulated below the waist and circulates it above the waist. (The oil then flows back into the lower back to continue circulation.) Cylinder Cylinder head Camshaft Piston Therefore, if the oil cannot circulate properly, there is a possibility that these parts will break. To explain this in a simple way, if the oil film on the parts runs out, the parts will be damaged and the oil will be lost. [Burns in] it appears as if ... 。 Naturally, parts that are seized are unusable and must be reassembled.
Effects of Reinforced Oil Pumps
Circulation of the proper amount of oil reduces the burden on the parts of the drive unit. 。 Also, by increasing the Engine Displacement Volume, a larger volume of oil can be circulated to the engine, which generates more heat and thus cools the engine even more.
*OEM oil pumps are designed for OEM for 50cc, so if you bore up, you will have to reconfigure the oil pump with an enhanced (higher discharge) oil pump to match, or the oil will not be circulated in time.
This Oil pump has a capacity = amount of Oil to send 。 If OEM Product is diverted, the capacity will be as follows : Assuming that 50cc is 1.0, it is about 1.8 to 2 times larger.
good point
Heat generation from the Engine after driving has subsided.
Even if you go for a long ride and turn it around a bit, there is no longer any heat drop.
Idling is stable.
A bad point
I also removed the oil, removed the →clutch cover, and replaced the →gasket.
It's worth changing, though (laughs).
When you bore up the engine, it is strongly recommended to install a Reinforced Oil Pump. If you are looking for a domestic manufacturer, SHIFT UP is the cheapest.
If the Bore Up Kit you purchased becomes useless because you were too stingy with the Gold amount, the cost will be large…. 。 Some of you may have assembled the Bore Up Kit with the NORMAL oil pump, but it is not a stingy PARTS, so I recommend not to drink that opinion too much.
If there is room, it would be even more effective if the orifice of the oil coming out of the oil pump is enlarged.

Almost the only external Stud bolt
Since DAYTONA's reinforced Stud was discontinued, there was no other choice but to purchase an external Stud.
However, I have heard that it is stronger than OEM, so I am hopeful about the performance of the one I chose by process of elimination.

MJQuantity for Keihin PBcarburetor by SHIFT UP:Set
I used it in the Carburetor setting of the C50SUPER CUB.
Since there are six different types, I was able to find a good spot by changing it out, running, running and changing it back in. I am very happy with the purchase.

I like the products of this brand. I'm looking for parts to create a custom look for my Monkey. This product not only has a beautiful appearance, which is combined with other installed elements, but also has functional properties (engine cooling). I had great pleasure working with this part. Cracks in 6 months when used for commuting.
I had no choice but to buy this one because it is for SHIFT UPManifold and the diameter of Spigot is different from Manifold.
As usual, the quality of Rubber is so bad that Crack will be in place in 6 months.
I would have liked to have allocated the cost of putting in the engraving to the Rubber material.
It is really not a durable product.

Due to the existing need for engine cooling on my HONDA MONKEY after installing a larger cylinder, I was looking for solutions to this problem. One of the options was the use of a lid with cooling fins. A pleasant addition was the presence of a more technological appearance instead of the old, lost-looking lid. The quality is without complaints. View detail
It was replaced at the same time when 88Bore up, but it cannot be tightened subtlyQuantity:Set item
Used when assembling DAYTONA's 88Kit on SUPER CUB.
Since the cylinder stud bolt tends to loosen easily, I have been using a reinforced stud that can be used with a long nut for a long time. However, since the DAYTONA reinforced stud that I love is no longer available, I chose this one.
After assembly and test run, oil leaked from the head and base gasket. After re-checking, there was no problem, and retightening was done again and again, but to no avail.
I looked at the amount of screw threads coming out of the head cover and the long nut that came with it and noticed that there was not much difference in length. I found a used reinforced with stud nut that was slightly longer than the cap nut, and tightened it at the specified torque!
I don't know if it is an individual difference or a difference in the manufacturer, but the Quantity:The set product Nut could not be tightened sufficiently.
By the way, Stud itself has no problems.

For Oil cooler installation
I purchased this product to install Oil cooler.
Maybe the color is only Black since it is used for Grom?
Black is probably better for the custom feel, but I was hoping there would be a Silver version as well.
The oil cooler is the same SHIFT UP Original 12-stages Oil Cooler Kit.
It also has a cooling effect, so the objective is achieved.
It is tempting to make it a CartridgeOil Filter, though,
It is hard to replace the clutch cover for the oil cooler for less than 3,000 yen.

It's a little late for that, but...
It's too late now because Webike has discontinued the sale of this product,
Since we used OEMAir cleaner at that time, the oil cooler can only be installed under the cylinder head,
SHIFT UP is selected.
Note that the NORMAL cylinder does not have an oil line outlet for the oil cooler, so it is replaced with the SHIFT UP cylinder.
We were able to obtain a bare air cleaner from Cats Factory, so we removed the NORMAL Air Cleaner Unit.
I was wondering if I should replace it with the UpMount type oil cooler from KITACO or Takegawa because of the sand and stones that roll up from the front tires.
I was casually looking at SHIFT UP's WebCatalogue and saw that for some reason some of the images were on the top→ I thought if I changed the place where I put them from the bottom to the top, I could go ahead and do that, right? I was just as excited as I was when I actually did it, and it was completed without any problems.
I am happy that the area where the OEM air cleaner was located is not scuffed up.
The cooling performance was just under 130°C with OPMID's Meter reading in 3rd gear on a climb that lasted about 5 km.
Before the cooler was installed, the temperature exceeded 140 degrees Celsius, so the cooling effect is more than 10 degrees Celsius.
