【SHIFT UP】Stud Bolt Set Review
Almost the only external Stud bolt
Since DAYTONA's reinforced Stud was discontinued, there was no other choice but to purchase an external Stud.
However, I have heard that it is stronger than OEM, so I am hopeful about the performance of the one I chose by process of elimination.

It was replaced at the same time when 88Bore up, but it cannot be tightened subtlyQuantity:Set item
Used when assembling DAYTONA's 88Kit on SUPER CUB.
Since the cylinder stud bolt tends to loosen easily, I have been using a reinforced stud that can be used with a long nut for a long time. However, since the DAYTONA reinforced stud that I love is no longer available, I chose this one.
After assembly and test run, oil leaked from the head and base gasket. After re-checking, there was no problem, and retightening was done again and again, but to no avail.
I looked at the amount of screw threads coming out of the head cover and the long nut that came with it and noticed that there was not much difference in length. I found a used reinforced with stud nut that was slightly longer than the cap nut, and tightened it at the specified torque!
I don't know if it is an individual difference or a difference in the manufacturer, but the Quantity:The set product Nut could not be tightened sufficiently.
By the way, Stud itself has no problems.

This is the wrong car model.
I bought it for CUB90. But when I received it, I found it was for Monkey gorilla.
After closer inspection, it seems that the correct SHIFT UP part number for the CUB90 /cd90 is 920616.

This is for 50cc's!
I thought I bought a Stud bolt for the CUB90, but it was for the 50.
I bought it without thinking because it was compatible with CUB90 and cd90, but it was a mistake.
The product is listed as for Monkey gorilla in both the Package and conformity of the product. Oh come on, give me a break.
By the way, the correct Parts number for SHIFT UP's CUB90 is 920506-16.

I'll take DAYTONA for this one.
[How is it used?
I chose this as my LITTLE CUB's Throwk Up companion.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Package is normal. The product itself is also Pad look clean.
Was the installation difficult?
How was your experience with it?
This was a problem.
I removed the original stud bolt and inserted it, but it was hard to turn.
If you are wondering why, the coating on this Stud bolt itself is interfering with the threads a bit.
Thanks to this, I had to re-cut the threads firmly beforehand, or straighten them with Nut, which is not important.
You could destroy the Engine if you didn't know you were busting it.
But other than that it's good. By the way, it's the same when I try it with a different Bolt or below the waist, so I don't believe it's a skill issue. I want to believe.
The thickness is also thicker than OEM and the cosmetics are not bad.
It was a bit advanced.
[Included Parts:were they on?
It has a Cap-like Bolt.
This one also eats up the screw thread problem, so you want to make sure you handle it properly.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Screw thread. Anyway, screw thread.
Although the price is higher, DAYTONA's Reinforced Stud is a more solid product.
