Axle Slider removal and installation
I had a nail puncture my rear tire and i needed to remove the rear wheel to have it fix. Initially i thought it was difficult to remove the slider but it is just a direct bolt on to the rear axle. There is no pins or special locks on the slider, its just a regular bolt on both ends of the axle slider. I assume its the same process with the front axle slider. overall its an easy fix. With Down Type Exhaust System, you have to make a bracket.
Was the one you received as per Image? Better than Image.
Was the installation difficult? It is easy to install if you are a do-it-yourselfer.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The MORIWAKIDown Type Exhaust System does not allow the Bracket to be installed, so I lowered the Bracket so that it does not interfere with the Brake and made it myself.

The foot does not hit the footpeg when stopping!
As others have impreved, I replaced it because I didn't want my foot to get caught when I stopped.
I raised the most and put the most back.
The position of the OEM handlebar was also changed from a somewhat forward and uncomfortable position to a more comfortable and unified posture.
The Shift side finishes quickly, but the Brake Side is a bit more difficult.
In my case, I could not install it by any means, so I removed the bolt of the bracket that holds the brake hose on the lower side of the Seat and installed it with a little room for the brake hose.

Mounted on GORILLA.
A heat guard can also be attached to the GORILLA by fixing it to the stay on the rear side with a bolt that matches the 1cm collar.
The bass is most pleasant.

Good Position
[How is it used?
・Touring (Almost Winding)
Was the installation difficult?
I was able to install it with Bolt On without any particular difficulty, but I was a little concerned that the MASTERCylinderROD of the brake was slanted.
How was your experience with it?
Knee grip is easier, and Shift and Brake work well.
No rattling, solid construction.
The fact that it is adjustable in 4-position is also good!
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
I thought it would be Smooth when buying Repair Parts if a Parts List was included.

DIY is not easy, but it's a great product
This product does not impair the aesthetics of the bike and enhances the rigidity of the vehicle body. Mounting is difficult on your own, I recommend going to the maintenance shop. The shimmering of chrome makes the bike very stand out. If you wear this, your bike gets a different look than others. View detail
Outstanding Workmanship Accuracy
I was going to settle for a cheap wide stand from an unfamiliar Manufacturer.
We chose this one because we were notified of its release by Over, a safe and reliable company.
The ground contact surface is firmly level with the ground, and there is only a gap that may or may not contain a sheet of cardboard.
(The photo above shows the gap, but it can be narrowed down a little more after adjustment.)
It was expensive, but I liked the satisfactory workmanship.
I chose the Powder coat one to avoid flying gravel.
The color is close to the paint of the OEMSide Stand, which is nice without looking bad.
However, two points should be kept in mind when installing the system.
1. side stand must be installed with the side stand raised
This product has a slight rattling to absorb errors on the car body side.
As mentioned in the Instruction Manual, fine adjustment of the mounting position is required before tightening the Bolt.
In this case, the Side Stand needs to be adjusted with the Side Stand raised.
Assuming that one person installs the handlebar, he/she will work while squatting and holding the handlebar with one hand.
If you tilt out of balance, you will have two choices:you will be caught between the Motorcycle and the Exhaust System, or you will be knocked over to the Exhaust System side.
We recommend using a Maintenance Stand or working with two or more people, but
When working alone, put it in 1st gear and use Brake Lock as shown below to stabilize it.
DAYTONA:Front Brake Lock

2. low specified Torque
I use M5 and M6 Bolt to fix it, but the tightening Torque is specified to be less than 10nm.
This value cannot be set for some types of torque wrench. (Especially if it is for suspension, it may be too severe.)
The Bolt is tensioned so that it is relatively difficult to loosen, but
It is recommended to adhere to the specified Torque + use Threadlocker in combination.
Since the base material is aluminum, experience has shown that it licks easily when tightened by intuition.
Since no other parts need to be removed during the installation process
It is a relatively easy component to install.
It is expensive and Bolt can be loose and dropped.
Be careful not to ruin it.

only one choice
Great texture.
I just licked one spot when I put it on.
That's also where you change the Position.
Even an amateur can install it easily without referring to the Instruction Manual.
Sprocket cover and Quantity:It's cool to match the texture with the set.

Cost performance ◎
We chose the over-made model because we wanted to coordinate it with the sub-frames.
The installation was done by Shop.
Material:Polishing was selected, and the connection with the sub-frame is now shiningly gorgeous.
Custom feeling is up, I am satisfied.

Fits: KAWASAKI ZX-25R, KAWASAKI ZX-25R SE
My first Full Exhaust System
I replaced the OEM after 8000 km on it.
Low-speed Torque is thinner than OEM.
Idling sound is 97~99 and very Large sounding, even at low speeds.
It has been blowing up better since around 6000.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get a large sound, which can be done with JMCA.
Also, there were no JMCA certification documents included.

Sounds and looks great!
After replacing the block tie ya, Torque was installed to compensate for the thinner Torque.
I was torn between this and SP Tadao, but I chose this one because of its simple, never-ending design.
Installation is simple and easy for those who can remove the exterior.
Exhaust Gasket and Liquid Gasket (for the joint between exhaust pipe and silencer) must be prepared in advance.
A simple Instruction Manual is also included, but it does not describe the Torque for tightening the Flange nut.
We had no choice but to install it, making sure there were no rattles or exhaust leaks.
Shorter and a little more inward than NORMAL, giving it a resisted look.
Simple and good design that you will never get tired of.
Exhaust Heat Guard's "Over" The removal of the "+" is not so much as to be noticeable.
Exhaust System sound is crisp and dry.
It is comfortable while Idling and running, and I like it very much.
Compared to NORMAL, the volume is a little more Large.
Torque is there from the start to low and medium speeds, and it seems to be a little Plus to the thinner tire by the tire exchange.
It responds to the opening and closing of the Axel in a straightforward manner, making it easy to operate even at low speeds.
It also turns Smoothly to high RPM, but the Rev limit comes first.
In 4th gear, it sounded like it was stuck all the time, which was grating, so I changed the FSprocket to 15T to lower the rpm.
The Torque is slightly thinner at the start of the run, but not enough to be bothersome, and the top speed is slightly higher.
When I rode after the installation, there is White smoke and a Chemical smell that Biglizes at the traffic light.
By the time the car has traveled 50-100 km, it will no longer appear.

Things are best ?? with notes
I bought this product because of the look and the Position.
The texture and build quality is as good as OVER!
I bought it without thinking, but there were pitfalls.

Jack-up required
When you look down while straddling it, it has a cool Machine feel to it.
I am quite satisfied, but there is a caveat.
Although not mentioned in the Instruction Manual, the Engine must be supported by a Jack or the Bolt may not fit.
Specifically, when removing the OEM FrontEngineMounting Bolt and replacing it with the Engine Mount Collar Bolt, the Engine was lowered and the Bolt did not fit properly.
To prevent this, the Engine must be supported by Jack.
If it does not fit easily, fine-tune the position with Jack and never forcefully tighten Bolt.
You should really be careful because the worst that can happen is that the Engine side will be damaged and you will fly hundreds of thousands of dollars for repair and replacement.
Even if you ask Shop to install it, it is safer to ask a reliable place such as Plaza.
The Instruction Manual does not list the tightening Torque, so there is also a risk in that regard if you ask a contractor who does not refer to the Service Manual.

Refreshing if it is a new Emblem.
I thought it was from a different Silencer but I replaced it with one from a Silencer for RN20 YZF-R1.
Emblem size and Rivet mounting hole pitch are the same, so it can be used without modification.
After polishing with sisal and a white stick, I was tired of the worn emblem and replaced it with a new one.
