Do you have to fly to see the true value?
[How is it used?
The Normal suspension of my beloved Z900RS was too stiff, and combined with the hard Seat, it was not comfortable to ride on.
Longer touring time causes pain in the buttocks.
I have tried turning Dumping to its weakest, Spring Pre-road to its weakest, and replacing Seat, but it has not resolved the problem.
I thought I had no choice but to replace it with a suspension with less Friction.
If the goal is to improve ride comfort, I thought NITRONR3, which allows individual adjustment of the pressure side at low and high speeds, would be better suited for this purpose.
Since the budget is over and the car is a Yellow Ball, we decided to go with OHLINS for color matching.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I had been looking at the actual product in the Shop many times with greed, so I went to Image.
Was the installation difficult?
If you have all the necessary tools, there is nothing difficult to do, since the Z900Series has the suspension mounted sideways on the top of the chassis.
One person could replace it without any particular difficulty.
Note that although it has a ride-height adjustment feature, it is recommended that the adjustment be made with the Unit removed from the vehicle body.
It can be adjusted in the range of +4mm to -2mm in Unit length, but how much it changes with vehicle height cannot be determined until you try it.
The Preload Adjuster is supposed to be fixed by turning the Hydraulic Hose upward and passing it through the gap between the Frame and Side Cover according to the Instruction Manual, but this may damage the Cover and Frame, so we purchased an OEM installation bracket for the SEGrade from OHLINSStandard Equipment and used it. However, since the cover and frame might be scratched, we purchased an OEM bracket for SEGrade from OHLINSStandard Equipment and used it.
How was your experience with it?
First of all, the ride height is sensibly increased by 1 to 2 cm compared to NORMAL.
When I straddle it and move it, the movement is stiffer and firmer than NORMAL with the weakest Dumping & all Pre-road removed.
And Spring pre-road has a standard setting of 4 and an adjustment range of 0 to possible.
To adjust it below 4, the Suspension Unit must be Rose once and the Oil Pressure Adjuster must be removed.
In other words, the load can be applied but not removed from the standard.
This is disappointing because I wanted Pre-road to be the weakest.
When running as a Large person in Touring with the standard setting, the ruggedness is only felt as if the corners of the Shock are slightly rounded off.
To be honest, I don't feel much change in the others, such as the ground contact of the rear tire, but as the speed increases, the movement of the rear suspension becomes more and more pronounced.
It will be moist.
It seems that the set speed and load are adjusted to the high place, and the true value is not demonstrated unless the machine is flown.

I don't know how much I'm skipping (laughs) or if I'm just insensitive...
I weigh less (57Kg), so that may be a factor.
I am not able to drive boldly now because of the winter, so I hope to be able to do so when the weather warms up.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
To be honest, the change was not as large as when we installed the biturbo suspension on our other car, the Moto Guzzi V7.
Maybe that's how good a job the Normal suspension did.
I am light in weight, so I wanted the Pre-road to be initially set so that it can be adjusted to pull out more than standard.
Other items that would be helpful
Point of installation or hang:
The ABSUnit Cover needs to be removed, but the unusual Bolt of 7mm is used and the
Pantograph jacks and fender plates are needed to hold the body with the suspension removed.
Items to buy together:.
If you have a Bracket for Z900RS SE with OEM OHLINS, it is recommended to have Dust cover with OHLINS name on it.
Also, if you are going to do the work, it will look even better if you replace the link plate together.

Compared to the NORMAL, the ride was quite comfortable and the Long touring eased the pain in the buttocks considerably.
Yellow Ball, so I had to choose OHLINS for the purpose of looking at it.

Can withstand high frequency water attacks
[How is it used?
? Weekdays from September 16, 2021 to November 8, 2023 to date.
Used by attaching it to a slippery water bottle of Ni Bird.
Always rinse with water after use
How was your experience with it?
It must have been exposed to running water (tap water) quite often, but no flaking has occurred yet.
Weather resistance is unknown as the Large portion is for indoor use.
The surface is between textured and silky.
Since it is relatively thin and follows curved surfaces well, wrinkles are not likely to occur even on curved surfaces if it is applied to Teinei.
How did it compare to other products?
I don't think I remember much about what I bought it for or what I put it on, and I don't think I'm comparing the two. Adjustment for shipping?
It is a product that can add a motorcycle element not only to motorcycle-related products but also to everyday products.

I tried to replace the front shobah of the Monkey125 motorcycle with the Olins. But it was expensive, so I wanted to give a dress-up effect with a sticker. If it's not a genuine sticker, it's cheap, but I wanted to buy the sticker as a genuine product. Maybe because it's genuine, the printing name is also good. Satisfied with the replacement
10 years - Oil seepage occurred in the ROD of the OEMSteering Damper just before 40,000 km.
OEM is electronic 50,000 yen
OHLINS is more expensive but Overhaulable.
L1 to MODEL is a cinch to Access to Steering Damper
Upper Cowl can be removed by removing the two panels on the underside to reveal the face, and can be detached.
If anything, a few extension bars of different lengths for the box wrench would be useful.
I'm not satisfied with the English version of the Instruction Manual. If I bought a parallel product, I can't help it, but since I bought it through an authorized distributor, I would like to see the manual properly translated (please enter the manual here).
I stared at the instruction manual and converted it with Goo GRU translation.
The standard is 10Click.
Don't set the damper to less than 5clicks. → Never less than 5Click."
The total number of adjustments is 18-Stages, but the standard is 10 back from the strongest.
Change to your liking
I guess the interpretation is that only 3Click can be lowered when going in the weak direction.
Quantity to the weakest possible:Set and test run.
The handling feels lighter than when the OEM was attached to the product, and it is white.
The originally lightweight body of the car had a calm ride, which may have been due to the effect of the Steering Damper.
I'll have to run around and try things out to get closer to my preferred Setting, but it's a lot more fun than was possible with the OEM.
Oil seepage triggered the replacement, but I am satisfied.

Satisfied OHLINS
When I ordered in December, it was scheduled to arrive in late January, but I finally received it in early July.
Then came the extreme heat and cooler weather in October, and it was finally installed.
Bolt interfered with tank and could not be installed, called GSense to resolve. The bolt on the bottom could not be installed, so I called GSense again and found out that it could not be installed if the ZETA Lowering Link was installed.
The instruction manual also describes how to install the upper part, but it is difficult to understand with only one line.
It is my own fault for not reading the Instruction Manual...
As for my impression, it felt hard when I started out, but once I got going, it was very easy to ride coupled with its suppleness.
I feel that Winding can do Line and Trace more smoothly than before.
I feel that Rear has become more honest than before and I don't feel afraid of falling down as much as before.
Since the damping force is left at the default value, it would be more enjoyable to find a set-up to your liking after a bit of riding.
Although the price is certainly high, it gives me enough satisfaction, and I am still glad I bought it.

Good Quality Stickers
Stickers are simple film type. Good quality and sticks well. Only recommendation is for webike to consider envelopes for shipping, thus reducing cost. It came in a box enought to fit an engine clutch cover. View detail
OHLINSSteering Damper
The import distributor did not have it in stock, and it was out of stock at every Motorcycle PartsShop and Net mail order.
I was going to import directly from Europe, but with the weak yen, there was not much difference in Gold value.
Importing takes a long time by all means, but webike had it in stock and was very helpful.
Shipping was very fast.
The only drawback is that the price was slightly discounted from the list price, but the price was not that much different from the direct import price, so that's good.

OHLINSRear shock absorber
I installed and ran the OHLINSRear shock absorber yesterday and here are my impressions. The shock absorber has changed my car from a Gun to a Ton. The straightness is good and the turning and stopping is great and stable.

What was the deciding factor in your purchase?
While driving with my family during the Bon holidays, I saw a man riding a Z900RS wearing an OHLINST-Shirt, which was a great parenthesis!
[How was the product?
This T-Shirt is made of 100% Cotton with OHLINSLogo printed on it. 100% Cotton is comfortable to wear. (I'm sure it varies from person to person …)
OHLINS Suspension is the best of the best! The T-Shirt is a great item. But the Logo on the T-Shirt is Print, so it will probably peel off after more washings…. (Sweat) and I would like to turn it inside out and put it in Net when washing it to make it last as long as possible.

I am a fan of the OHLINST-Shirt, but I am not a fan of the US size, but the Japan size. The OHLINST-Shirt is not US Size, but JAPANSize. Please use it as a reference.

Only looks
I chose this for dress-up purposes, just because of the Brand and the look. So it looks great. A sense of doing is perfect!
As for performance, I don't understand it at all. The ride is stiff and smooth. I tried to adjust the pre-road, damping, and various other things. ? I'm not sure why people are so excited about the OHLINS. I have done a lot of commuting, mountain passes, and high speeds, and I wonder why people are so excited about the OHLINS.

Mounting is Large change!
Converted from STL's SHOWABFRC-liteRear shock to TTXGP. The OHLINS reservoir tank was too large, so I struggled with the wheel of wisdom. After all, even after removing the wheel and silencer, it was not attached, so I pulled out the swing arm pivot shaft, shifted the swing arm, and attached it. The shock length was adjusted from the standard 317mm to 320mm (+3mm). 13Notch standard on the compression side, 14Notch standard on the rebound side, and the spring free length was adjusted from 150mm to 145mm (10 turns (1mm per 2 turns) on the standard pre-road). Dumping performance is OHLINS, and the convergence of the swell and the decoration bumpy road on the public road is excellent. I don't know about the Circuit, but I can't tell... Motivation
It has been several years since the WR250X was discontinued, and OEM parts have been discontinued, but Chance to get a brand new OHLINS rear suspension is a great opportunity. It's now or never." I purchased this product thinking that it would be a good idea. Yet, I waited several months for this product to be shipped.
Vehicle installation
I asked for RB at the shop where I purchased the vehicle. I think it is very cheap, probably several thousand yen (one hand Plus) for removal of the original Rear suspension and installation of OHLINS.
【Impression】
The look of the Gold-colored sass that peeks out a bit improves the sense of ownership all the more.
My first impression on the car was that it felt firmer than the Normal suspension. According to the mechanic who installed it, the overall length is slightly longer than the Normal suspension. Since the standard value was written in the Memo, I started breaking in the suspension with the standard value.
The difference between the NORMALRear suspension and the NORMALRear suspension is the improvement in the grip of the tires, which even I, an amateur, can understand, and it is easy to feel the grip at each corner of the pass, making the corners enjoyable.
In the future, I would like to be able to set the feeling of licking the road surface as a good Image of the OHLINS Suspension when installed on other cars.
