First Mod you should get for the W650
The W650 are all over 10 years old, and your rear shock should be way too soft and springy to feel safe when riding. Getting this shock is probably the best mod. feels so much more confidence with these shock into a corner. These shock are now the newer version. black spring and grey color body. the V1 was black spring with a yellowish metal. the new version looks much more classic with the W. V1 looks too modern. you now can fit your original shock back into the box with the soft foam inserts. Before, with the V1, it was styro foam and the original does not fit. Same length as the original shock. for W650, upper torque is 59nm and bottom is 34nm. Easy to change if you have torque rench. the price increased 10% last year. so 4 star. View detail

I did not like the Grip feeling of the OEM Mounting Tire and was considering replacing it, but first has since replaced the suspension...
So I went ahead and replaced it
The result was Large correct, the GPR300 turned into a fun Tire!
OEM suspensions aren't too bad, but it's hard to hang a pre-road on them
After the replacement, it's pretty good to get a feel for the road conditions
You can swing a Motorcycle around with the OEMTire with no problem at all
The ride quality and road-holding is excellent, and it's just as good as the OHLINS

The OEM suspension was quite stiff and reputable because it bounced around at high speed seams and on rough surfaces and hurt my back I replaced it with OHLINS

OHLIN TWIN LEGEND KA132 FOR 1978 KZ1000
Used RCM Sanctuary picture specifications to verify the correct Ohlin Shocks for my motorcycle. The only issue I had was my swingarm lower bolt holes were too shallow. I had to grind down the swingarm so the bottom shock eye would bolt in the holes. Still learning to adlust the preload, compression, and rebound settings. As you can see in the picture the handle supports will fit but you may need to apply extra washer so it doesnt touch the shock. View detail

I exchanged with the standard Rear suspension of W800 which I bought with a new car and ran 19000 km.
It was my first time to exchange Rear suspension for Other Brand Product.
It is the simplest S36D which only Pre-road adjustment is possible.
It was very easy to run and became easy to bend.
I do not think that the standard Rear suspension is useless, but I was relieved to run on the road wet with this OHLINS than when I ran the same pass and ran Dry with the standard Rear suspension. Curve is not at all afraid.
Even if you pick up a gap on the road, you absorb it pliantly. It was enough to mistake that the road became Beauty.
I used Gel Zab for OEM's Cafe seat and I was plagued by the backing and butt hurting in about 7 hours of Touring but obviously less burdensome.
I think that the standard looks better on the W800, but it does not matter how good the performance is..
The car height went 1 cm LOWdown, originally arrived solidly on both feet, but I had more room.
For people who feel standard difficulty in bending, those who have pain in their backs and ass with Touring, I highly recommend it.
Although it is not a cheap product at all, I think that you can get a definite effect.
