NTBSprocket
I purchased this product because the one I had been using was on the verge of being damaged.
I still have to see how durable it is, but I think it will be fine as long as it is an OEM Equivalent Product.
I was relieved to receive the order the next day and was able to exchange it right away.

To YamahaSEROW.
I bought it to use for SEROW, but I couldn't use it for Initial Model. I could not use it due to lack of confirmation, but I'm glad I could use it for my friend's SEROW. View detail
Mounted on ESTRELLA2014
I learned that the OEM of ESTRELLA2014MODEL is 40 guns, but the previous ESTRELLA was 38 guns, and since it was time to replace them, I replaced them.
When I compared the parts list between the 2014 model and the applicable car model, the rear hub looked the same shape and the part number was the same, so I thought it would work and bought it.
However, since the reduction of two fingers caused the Chain to loosen, we shifted the Axle Shaft position by 2 ticks of 10mm to pull it backward.
I thought this was a good idea, although I felt that acceleration was slower, it took more force to turn the Tire, and Smoothness was lost a little.
The SHIFT UP timings are now about 2 beats slower than before, which makes the ride more enjoyable.
I haven't been able to take it on the highway yet, so I've only taken it up to a maximum speed of 60 km/h. I can hardly tell the difference in 5th gear×4000 rpm = about 60 km/h, so I have the impression that I'm getting more fun in the low speed range.

The quality is appropriate for the price, but I expect durability.
[How is it used?
Since we wanted to change the number of Sprocket pins on the ESTRELLA and the Chain that was attached to it had deteriorated, we decided to take this opportunity to replace the front and rear Sprocket and Chain at the same time.
ESTRELLARear Sprocket was only available in the same size as OEM from all manufacturers, and the only way to change the GEAR ratio was to adjust the Front. Therefore, the Rear Sprocket is not that important, so we chose NTB because it is cheap and we can expect durability in terms of material.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The color is silver, the same as OEM. However, the machining accuracy is commensurate with the price, and there are scratches like dents on the surface, and the corners of the teeth have rough surfaces as if they were left uncut.
I'm not that concerned about it since my use is for commuting Main city driving, but it might bother some people.
Was the installation difficult?
If you can remove the Rear wheel and remove the Nut from the hub, you can do the replacement work yourself. ESTRELLA is especially good because it has a center stand, so you can do the work without a maintenance stand.
As a side note, if you are replacing the Chain or Sprocket at their wear limit, I would recommend replacing the Hub damper together. I was concerned that the hub damper was too thin and the hub was rattling when I replaced it, but I forgot to prepare the hub damper.
How was your experience with it?
It works fine as a Sprocket. The color matches the silver color of the surrounding plating parts and rim.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Only SprocketBody.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Although in line with the price, the machining accuracy is not that good.

For a car model like SEROW, Steel is the way to go.
The SEROW Rear Sprocket had lost a lot of weight and looked like a shuriken, so I replaced it.
Since it is an old car model, a sober color like Steel is more suitable than a prominent fashion color like Black or Gold.
Hats off to NTB's cosmetics, cheaper than OEM.
When replacing the Rear Sprocket on the SEROW225 1KH, we recommend that three Nut Locks be purchased together.

Used for VANVAN90
It was for BIRDIE 80 and 90, but it could be used for VANVAN 90 as per the information.
This makes F15T/R33 Ding, but it is a little too high gear, so 14T may be better for Front.
Body is Beauty with Chromium Plating, but it is a little noticeable.

For durability, Steel is still the way to go.
The aluminum rear sprocket looks good, but it is not durable. I am looking for durability rather than looks, so I replaced it with a steel sprocket, which is lighter than the OEMSprocket. View detail

Torque fell out so Number of teeth on the OEM.
I had set the Rear to 40, but the Torque felt a little weak, so I changed it back to Number of teeth on the OEM.
The quality is the same as OEM, so there is no problem.
Thanks to this, the Torque shortage has been resolved.
good point
Good cosmetics.
Same Level of acceleration as OEM.
Durability is also available.
When acceleration is emphasized, Torque is often insufficient.
I would then recommend that the number of pins be the same as the OEM.

A little heavy, but cheap as hell!
[How is it used?
I bought this product because it was cheap enough to build a spare wheel from used parts.
How was your experience with it?
It is obviously heavier than the high-end Duralumin products.
However, if you play in the mountains, you won't feel the demerit of being heavy, so it is a sufficient product for me Level riders.
How did it compare to other products?
The prices are so different that I don't know how to compare them...
It looks like "Cheap Iron Sprocket." The design is as it is, so I don't think people who want to dress-up will be able to compare their purchase from the beginning.
If you have your heart set on saving weight... "Iron Sprocket not aggressive about meat removal." I don't think this is another purchase comparison as it looks just the same.
But I think the fact that it's still being lined up means there's a demand for it (maybe there's a certain amount of people like me who buy it).
I don't think you can complain about cheapness & durability.
[Points to note]
Functionally, there are no Points to note, but if you are discovered by someone who is mounting anything "What's this? What's with this cheesy Sprocket?" What a mouthful... I don't think there's anyone like that in the world...
For those who don't care, it doesn't matter.
0Other items that may be useful include
【Included Parts:presence or absence】.
None Sprocket only, you can reuse the Bolt that came with it or order an OEM Bolt.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
The Sprocket that I used to use is Worn out and replaced. I think Chain has reached the end of its life if it was
Let's replace it with a new one and Refresh the drive system.

Keep making them as long as you can.

Driven star for Suzuki grasstracker big boy
In Russia, I did not find a driven star for the Suzuki grasstracker big boy (JT is sold only for a regular grasik, there are 41 teeth). I did not expect that there would be such mega-fast delivery via FEDEX (I chose express): I placed an order for 4 parts on 10/30/21, received it on 11/11/21 (I live in the Urals). I figured out my own star - the central and mounting holes match. I will install in the spring together with a sprocket, chain and oil filter, which I also ordered on webike.com ------------------------------ ---------------------------- In Russia, for Suzuki Grasstracker Big Boy, the slave star did not find (JT is only for sale on the usual grace, there are 41 tooth). It's made of steel.
In our shop you will find Material:They seem to be putting a lot of effort into selling Aluminum, but it only lasts about 5000km.
After all, the most durable iron is the best.
Shop is not actively trying to sell ironwork, so it takes days to order it.
It is advisable to order early in advance.
We were very fortunate to have one of the few Manufactures that produced the iron Sprocket for us.

Longevity.
I bought it with the same chin as the OEM Product.
This is a general-purpose steel sprocket. Duralumin's lightweight sprockets are available, but Steel has the edge in durability.
It's been 30,000km since the replacement, but it's still working.
The Steel is heavy, but if you're not a motorcyclist who cares about weight under Spring, it's nothing to worry about.
There's only one disappointing part.
The surface is textured with a pear or shagreeness treatment. When chain oil gets mixed with it, it is hard to remove. Cleaning is strange.

Iron Sprocket for durability
I purchased this as a replacement wear and tear maintenance for my LITTLE CUB.
The front and rear Sprocket and Chain are exchanged simultaneously.
The iron Sprocket is heavy and heavy, but it's durable enough for that.
It's promising. It doesn't look too ornate, but for a practical car, this is it.
That's enough.
The price was inexpensive and the cost was high.
I'm going to take the long view and see how long it will last.

It's possible if you want it cheap.

Used in TDR250
Because I didn't feel like using aluminum for the parts where the Gold genus makes contact with each other, I bought this product and used it for the parts where the Gold genus makes contact with each other I did
Excellent wear resistance
However, because it is made of steel, it is prone to rust
If it's rusty, rub it with Paper if it's light, and it will clean up

Poor Restorer's Ally
I often use it for the Restore of vehicles that I want to run anyway, not just TW200
It's cheap and you can't choose the number of hinges, but it's also very accurate
There are still plenty of them, but I sincerely hope they sell more for vehicles!
