How wonderful master cylinder
Finally, a stylish cafe racer vehicle was completed through Webike. This Nissin Brake Master Cylinder Smog Gray color is so classy and works well. It is more reliable brake lever performance than the genuine master cylinder. Personally, I really recommend the SR400 master cylinder. View detail

FOR JAPAN MODELManufacturer, so you don't have to worry.
This is indeed a product of FOR JAPAN MODELManufacturer.
Texture, paint, and function are all fine.
Since it is an angled Master Cylinder, it would be ideal for a Handlebar with a drooping end.
I have a Kawasaki KZ1000 and I installed it on a YBHandlebar Spec. and the angle was Exactly.

NISSIN Semi Radial Brake Master Cylinder Kit [Angle Horizontal Φ19]
I bought this brake master cylinder to be installed on my 2006 Honda CB400SF Hyper VTEC Spec 3. I replaced the old original stock master cylinder with the Semi Radial Brake Master Cylinder kit was perfect fit. The fitting was very perfect and tight, the brake light connectors to the switch are just nice tight fit. The spares provided in the kit were useful. Anyone who intends to buy and use this on a naked bike, best to get another Mirror Holder for your clutch lever side as the brake lever side mirror holder is much closer to the rider. I had to get another mirror holder for the clutch lever side so the mirrors would look symmetrical. As for the braking performance of the master cylinder, definitely on par with the original part and much better to be honest. The braking bite and feel were strong and firm. Definitely worth the money. View detail

Pleasant rise in braking force in proportion to the grip.
When replacing the OEM single push 2-pod with an opposed 4-pod (CB1300OEM) Caliper, it was installed at the same time.
It is a cast piece, so the texture is not very high, but the effect is very large.
Compared to the Digital OEM Touch (which has very few 0's and 1's), the effect is proportional to the grip.
It is very easy to operate and makes Breaking fun.
If the OEMHose is left in place, the orientation of the banjo will not match, so an Adapter must be engaged or the hose must be replaced with a Mesh hose.
Other than that, there is nothing in particular that interferes with the system, so it can be popped on.
I have used it for less than 2 years and can recommend it, especially since there is no Trouble and parts for O/H are easy to get.

For Piston size change
The Piston size of the OEMBRAke master of ZrX1200 DAEG is 14mm, and I felt that the amount of Stroke was too much for me even if I set the Lever Adjuster to the Largeest size. I tried to make it 5/8Inch size. I am satisfied with the reduced amount of stroke as I wanted, and since it is a Horizontal Type, the effectiveness and controllability are the same as OEM. I am also happy with the Race ish look. View detail

Exchange from OEM
I changed the Handlebar and strengthened the brake to go to Circuit.
The performance may be the same as the OEM, but it is clearly better than the Parenthesis.
It gives a great feeling of being tweaked.
The installation was easy even for a beginner like me.
I think the brake lever is a bit far, but it can be adjusted, so I don't think it's a problem.

Recommended for replacement parts for old cars.
Recommended for replacing the deteriorated Master Cylinder of old cars.
Since it is a Radial master, it is difficult for the brake touch to change, and stable brakes can be made.
The quality of the product is also good because it is a FOR JAPAN MODELManufacturer, and I did not feel any particular dissatisfaction.
I think there is an interference problem with Full Cowl motorcycles, so you will need to make some adjustments.

Replacement from Horizontal Type. Makes city driving easier!
From Brembo 16mmHorizontal Type to Nissin 19mmRadial (5/8Φ equivalent) This is a replacement for the
Brake hose (Mesh) 、Caliper (Brembo casting 4Pot*2) is unchanged, so this is a pure MASTER comparison.
If you are considering Replace from Horizontal Type, please refer to this page.
[Fee Ring]
When a horizontal type MASTER is combined with a mesh hose, the hose will not be able to grip the (Tightly stopped.) It's a sensation that you can control with the amount of "grip strength", right?
If you're good at it, you can still control it, but if you're not used to it or in a panic, it tends to lock up.
The Radial, like the Horizontal Type, does not stop tightly, but if you grip it normally, it will work in proportion to the "Stroke".
It is very controllable because fine adjustments can be made with Stroke.
Since you don't have to be so careful when braking, you won't get tired even after a long ride in town.
Of course, it's a matter of taste, but if you're driving an older model (It doesn't have ABS like the latest car models) I think Radial is the correct answer for
[Installation and structure
As expected from NISSIN!
Basically, you can install it without thinking too much, but here are some points I was curious about.
If you are worried about interference with cowls before purchasing, we recommend that you make a mock-up with cardboard, etc. and try it out.
This MASTER is indeed lumpy.
You can find a drawing on DAYTONA's web site, so let's use it as a starting point to build and install it on the actual car.
I think most of the Large users will have to buy a new hose because of the change in brake hose routing.
The Universal Product of Mesh hose is sold in 25mm increments, so measure it on the actual car before going in to work on it.
Hose/Banjo Just make sure you get the Banjo standard right for bolts. (The difference between Earls and Goodridge.)
In Review, from Bleeder Bolt Leakage and bleeding. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but I think it's a good thing.
Is the processing during manufacturing not good enough? Well, it's inexpensive, so I guess it can't be helped.
The countermeasure is to tighten it with Overtorque. (Lol) Make sure you have a good understanding of what you are doing.
"Seal tape for protection." Unfortunately, Seal tape cannot solve this problem, as it is a matter of alignment between the tip of the Bleeder bolt and the body.
Brake switch is included, but the terminals are flat 187Size.
If your vehicle does not meet this standard, you can use the Flat-Type Connector on the harness side separately. (Female) Let's modify it to
Using products from this area is easy and Beauty.

The included Capps tape cannot be used as-is depending on the car model. (such as interfering with Cowl) There is a Case for
Therefore. "Cut it short." And "bend" I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm not sure.
It's aluminum, right? I thought it was aluminum, but it was this process that was the most difficult part of the installation.
The design is not very good, so it might be better to look for something that can be diverted at a home-centre.
This time, we installed DUCATI 900SS ('95) However, I was able to install it without hitting the Limit and Cowl Bracket.
This is a NORMAL separate handle.
Those who put it on the same car model (I don't think there are many of us because I think Doca would choose Brembo lol) is for your reference only.

Air Free Banjo Bolt Required
It's been decades since it was released.
Nowadays, this old-fashioned Design reminds me of the 1980s.
I think the Air Free Banjo Bolt is a must. I blew out the air on the MASTER side first, then blew out the air on the Caliper side, then blew out the air on the MASTER side again.
Still, if you niggle the rubber pipe between the Tank and the Master, air will persistently come out of the Cup.

Change from Horizontal Type
Replaced while CaliperOverhaul.
It is the idea that I will exchange it rather than overhaul Horizontal Type.
I used the Handlebar Up Type, so there is no problem with the installation space.
It also comes with a Brake switch, so I appreciate that it's a one-pack deal.
The one that was sent to me had a damaged outer box, but there were no missing parts and there were no problems with installation.
It was a pain in the Level that I would never buy if it was in a store, so it raised concerns about product management.

Fitting on CB750 Four 1973
After replacing the caliper and disc on my old bike with more modern Beringer material that retains the original look, the original 1/2 inch master cylinder provided braking that lacked feeling.
So I looked for a horizontal master cylinder in 11mm diameter that I found and bought from Webike.
But the separate assembly of the brake fluid reservoir was too modern for my taste. So I replaced it with a British Custom tank, and now the look and braking comfort are almost perfect. -------------------------------------------------- -------- After replacing the caliper and the disk of my old motorcycle with more modern Beringer hardware that keeps the original look, the original 1/2 inch cylinder gave a braking missing from Feeling.

SS tick around Handlebar.
In order to install the brembo 4Pot, the capacity of the OEMMASTER becomes insufficient and "Parenthesis is somehow good", so it was introduced. (Lol) www
There is no interference to Cowl because Separate handle is a little low thanks to Type?
I also changed the tank cap and brackets, but I think the separate MASTER is more suitable for the sports car!
It is a secret that the master cylinder band is a wrist band bought at Workman.
I'll be replacing it with a proper one soon. Crying 。
