Control is the best!
Control leaves are excellent due to the stiffness from the thick back plate, good firing, and good material.
It doesn't bother me because I use it on the circuit, but on the street it squeals until it heats up.
The thickness of the friction material itself is not Large, so I think the durability is fairly normal.

It works well
It is used only for Circuit runs.
I used to use Z Company's Pad, but when I first switched to this product, I was puzzled by the difference in the way it worked.
I had heard that it works well, but the Pad works as good as the rumors say, and I don't have to worry about BrakeRelease as much now that it has good control.
It would have been better if the Time could have been reduced, but that seems to be a problem for the rider.
You can enter Hairpin with peace of mind.

Almost the only choice for more than high pace Touring purposes.
The F800R has few options such as external disc, so if you want to enhance the Brake, you have to replace the pad anyway.
Considering the reliability of touch and braking force, the two choices would be Metallica Spec3 or Gicu Type C. However, the front caliper of the F800R is a minor brembo used only on foreign cars, so Gicu does not exist. Therefore, the Metallica is the only choice.
The good thing about the Touch is that it is very easy to use. You can see the moment the Pad touches the disc." It works well with a gooey sound at the Level.

I used to use Metallica on other cars, and it's so-so durability and lasts about 5000km for touring only, but not so much for Circuit….
The only part in contact with the ground is the tire, and the amount of brake applied in an emergency can be life or death, no joke, so don't be stingy with it. Well, Rear Brake Pads can be used for anything. (Lol)
One thing to note is that Metallica will not work for a DISC round if it is wet. Only in wet weather it is necessary to apply Brake earlier than usual.

I feel it is less durable than bremboPad, but I appreciate how well it works here and there.
This is a personal feeling, but until the Pad ingredients are well absorbed into the disc, the effect seems weak, but thanks to the relatively soft Pad, I felt that it was absorbed quickly.

The strongest personal Brake Pads
Here are some impressions of the bremboCasting 4 pod Caliper combination used on a C-type ZZr1100.

Well, I was impressed by the first breaking of the test drive after actually replacing the brake pads. The bremboOEMPad brakes the ridiculously heavy ZZr with unimaginable deceleration Gs without even a bite.
I ran a few kilometers to break in the pad and disc, and I can honestly say that the bremboOEMPad is of a different caliber than the bremboOEMPad. The effectiveness, controllability, and low aggressiveness to the disc are really amazing Levels.
However, we should never forget that the increased efficacy of the Disc brake means that the heat generated around the Brake has also increased dramatically, and we should not forget the Risk of Fluid boiling when running GunGun with heavyweight Mega sports.
ZZr1100 OEMTokico caliper Material to Piston:The Brembo caliper does not have this indicator, so it is thought that the fading resistance is reduced by this factor. Therefore, the Brembo caliper does not have this indicator, so the fading resistance may be reduced. If possible, it may be necessary to make the disc thicker or change the brand of fluid. I installed it on a 2011 CBR1000RR.

Braking ability and ease of handling
I replaced the standard pad with a brembo 4 pod.
The braking power itself is there, but it is a Type that grips deeply and works, and it is sometimes scary.
I switched to Metallica on Shop's recommendation and Large was right for me.
It works well with a light grip, and is very easy to handle without being too ca-chica-chic.

Breaking as you wish
I drive myself to Circuit. I have never found it difficult to handle in the city or on the Circuit. I can smoothly handle the flow from full breaking to cornering after dragging breaking. It is a perfect match with brembo's MASTER, Rotor, and Caliper.
I installed these pads on my brembo GP-4RXCaliper. I was originally using brembo's 04 racing pad, but I was dissatisfied that it did not work very well at everyday speeds.
I looked up a lot of reviews to see if there was any good pad, and tried this one that was rumored to work well from the beginning.
The PadPlate is thicker than the 04Pad, and the Rotor is 5.5mm thicker than the OEM, so the Piston hardly comes out.
It is not a problem Level, and I think it will be eliminated once the bite is applied.
As for the key effect, the effect started up from the second breaking-in after the replacement. The claim of "no break-in required" is true.
Since no pad chamfering or grease application has been done, there is a slight squeal at the moment of stopping, but it is not at a level that is bothersome.
After driving about 100 km, I looked at the Rotor and found that a faint purple film had formed on it. This film is said to protect the Rotor.
As for Life, it is still an unknown, but I am not worried about it since it was originally a ride that did not decrease much.
However, it works well with RADIAL MASTER and allows fine control of powerful braking force. With a regular horizontal MASTER, the pad may be too strong and cause a cracking Brake.
To be honest, the Pad is completely over-specified at the public road level, but the weight of a large motorcycle when breaking is like that of a 250cc motorcycle.
It reminded me of the RGV250γ and RS250 I used to ride.
In my personal opinion, I think that Brake will not achieve satisfactory Performance unless the entire System is reviewed.
I guess the order in which I feel the effects is MASTER→Pad→Caliper→Rotor.
For those who are dissatisfied with Brake, we strongly recommend the combination of Metallica's Specifications03 and Radial master.

Pricey, but not bad for the cost.
I used to use it on my DAYTONA 675. I use it mainly on mountain passes and circuits, but it has a strong stopping power that I have never experienced before and I can attack any stage with ease.
When I switched from the D GPad to this product, I found that it stopped differently and I was able to get the braking force I needed with much less force than with the ss NORMALBrake. I am very happy with the results.
I think this is a good choice for those who say they can't run long distances with Touring due to hand fatigue.
However, the price is still high, and in the case of W Discs, even more×Quantity:2pc. You will need a set. Still, the performance is highly recommended.

Installed on a GSX-R1000R 2019
When it comes to good Brake Pads, Metallica is a name that comes to mind.
I've used Metallica's Brake Pads before on another motorcycle, so I thought I'd try another MAJOR ZCOO, but that one is out of stock…
So, I decided to go with Metallica.
At 14,000 yen, these Brake Pads are very expensive, but they are worth the price.
You can experience the contradictory brake-feed-rings, where the initial braking force is gentle, but the initial braking is still effective.
When I used it on my R1000 OEM snowboard this time, I was not as impressed as when I used it on my TOKICO 6POD Caliper before…
However, I think this is not a problem with this product, but the quality of the OEMPad has been improved.
It is an excellent Metallica Pad, but when I used it before, it lasted quite a while.
Let's see how long it lasts this time.
(By the way, the R1000OEMPad was very worn out for the distance …)
The replacement of the pad itself is a simple process, but a slight movement of the pad can make it impossible to drive.
Also, since it is around Brake, even a small mistake can easily kill you.
So, if you don't have that kind of knowledge/experience, it is highly recommended that you ask someone who is familiar with the subject to be present or just leave it to the store.

Controlability is good
I used it on my GSX-S1000.
I was originally using a Jikoo Type C for my Circuit run, but it didn't fit the fee ring that was being applied from the beginning, so I replaced it with a Metallica.
The effect of the change was quite good, and the more I gripped, the more the fee ring worked, making it very easy to handle and making breaking fun. (The braking force itself feels about the same as the Jikoo Type C.)
I would recommend this pad to anyone who is into sports driving.
