Steering Damper
I've been using Ma Bird's Steering Damper.
The difference is so big that it is astonishing.
The handlebar is no longer shaky and stable during acceleration.

I just couldn't get the primary turn to work in NORMAL conditions.
The intrusion of leaving the Brake causes the FFork to be returned strongly.
Leave the brake on hard to maintain, the car slows down and the suspension goes down again, and it's a vicious cycle.
After the replacement, when I pushed the FFork by hand, it moved more than OEM and I was worried about the durability of Large. I was worried about it.
You'll be surprised how easy it is to turn when you drive a little pass.
They've maintained it well until Brake's Release.
We now have the breadth to choose a solid Intrusion Line.
Also, even with Bump on the road surface, the impact doesn't come.
However, Stroke is deep and full Brake is bottoming out.
Stroke increases and the front is slightly lower, so adjust accordingly.
I wish it had a damping adjustment, but it moves too fast for me.
Oil5W→about 7.5W seems to be better for fixed decline

The outer diameter of the rear tire is larger than the standard tire, and I wanted to adjust the ride height, so I chose MaBird's that other people didn't have.
This is a replacement from a previous year SC59 with BalanceFreeShock from '12 on.
The standard setting on the street is too stiff and bouncy, the lack of ground feel inherent in the UnitPro link is even less apparent, and there is no play in the shallow stroke area, in a good way, like the BalanceFreeShock from SHOWA.
On the Circuit with a good surface, it is easy to ride because it takes the load well.
In STREET, I was just fine without the RemotePreload Adjuster all the way.
If you are running CircuitMain, you may find it easier to understand the changes in Setting because the movement is linear and solid.
OHLINS are definitely better for STREET.

It's expensive, but it's worth it.
The OEMSteering damper on the 790/890DUKE is so sketchy that I doubt it really works.
It seems that it is popular to change the fork oil of OEMSteering damper to 15W or 20W, but I bought this product which is adjustable.
When I pushed and pulled it by hand, the adjustable range is certainly quite wide, and if this is the case, it seems to be able to cope with the situation where Steering is violent.
According to the instruction manual, it needs to be broken in at the lowest setting, so I haven't used it yet, but it looks promising.
By the way, if you install 890DUKE as it is, it will interfere with Radiator because Radiator is larger than 790DUKE. Please refer to the picture for how to avoid the interference. I had it installed at shop, but you need to be careful when you install it on 890.

Normal suspension was hard to ride and I was looking for an outside product
OHLINS and NITRON are also available, but I replaced them with MaBird's, which I don't hear about
It's easy to replace it, jack it up and use BoltQuantity:If you remove the 2pc, you can replace it right away...(^^)
The only adjustments are pre-road and Rebound, but it's easier to ride
What used to be scary bouncing around in the Gap is settled with a bang
It has good road-following ability, so you can drive with confidence
The ride is much more comfortable and touring is much easier

Spring of Orange color is the best with TankColor!
Genuine rear shock spring rate of MT 09, 99. 96N / Mm Why, Matrix standard spring rate 100N / Mm to 110 N / I changed it to mm. Matsumoto Engineering of import agent and Mr. Webb's prompt response, it was very smooth from order to delivery.
