Cospa is good
Since the price is Reasonable, I put it on the Front of CROSS CUB JA60. I put it on the front of CROSS CUB JA60 because the price is reasonable. If the front fork is removed once and reassembled with total torque, it may become smoother. I think that the Axle should be greased up at a large angle since neither the front, rear, nor swing arm shafts are greased up on the new car. View detail

maybe
I don't know if it is smooth or not due to the grease. If the Torque of the Axle Shaft is too tight, it will give resistance to the bearing brace, so it is hard to say. Recently, I think the Torque is too strong when shipped from the manufacturer. View detail
Rectification Diode changed (Repost)
20240312Review
Initially, the selection of Diode was based on the wisdom of our predecessors (1N4148 100V200mA) But it broke, so I replaced it with an Emon one. I was worried because I needed 700mA for the NORMAL bulb and 900mA for the replaced bulb, but it was still no good. It was easy to work with. The diode itself is large and sturdy even with a weaker one.
↓ The following Review is a Diode change from the last one I posted.
good point
It seems to be small and unbreakable.
Maintenance is also easy, since the corresponding Valve can be purchased at Home center. (W number confirmation required)
A bad point
Single Bulb, so depending on the year, position modification may be required.
Bullet Terminal has Female and Male, so Large Mortgage Wiring needs to be processed.
Blinker relay in md44 must be replaced

The included Valve is 12v8w10t and a little dark, so I changed it to 12v10w13t. The Valve generates a lot of heat, so I think you should inspect it carefully.
Front Blinker's Connector is "Made in USA" and I couldn't get it from Wiring.com.
For position processing, a rectifying diode is inserted in the position line and the turn signal line to prevent reverse current flow. If this is not done, the Indicator will remain on all the time.
I bought all the connectors for the rear blinker from Wiring.com. plus side connectors are in KITACO's ConvenienceParts, but minus side is not available.
The Rear bracket is a Fender Eliminator Kit from DRC, and the Front bracket is an appropriate Bracket that I found at Home center. I was surprised to find that it hooked up EXACTLY.
Blinker relay must be replaced. rally's blinker relay is for LED, but there is information that DRC's LEDFlasher is high flasher, so I thought I could use unbreakable lens with low w number, but it was not possible. I bought a used OEMRelay for md38 and it is a high flasher. It is better to buy ICRelay.
Posh's Blinker relay has a waterproof body, but the connector is exposed and needs to be treated. I wrapped it with tape from Vinyl housefor Repair.

Definite power up!
I had been riding on an OEM diverted PB16carburetor with a KITACOLight bore up kit to 75cc + KITACOHigh camshaft, but I replaced it with a KITACOPC20 for one more power feeling.
The replacement work is done while reading the manual that comes with the product.
The content is good, but the paper and font size are too small for my aging eyes (laugh).
I managed to read and install it successfully.
Recomendation that the Fuel Cock needs to be relocated and that the ON and Reserve positions should be Memo'd. Otherwise, after it is assembled like mine. Oh, no, I've got it backwards. I've got the hose connected. This is a great way to avoid the need to
Setting is the default setting (at MJ #85 SJ #35) I kicked the KICK anyway as it was, and the Engine was on in one shot.
I went out for a test drive as it was, but the normal air cleaner box did not seem to have enough air inflow.
This was addressed by making the Connecting Pipe for CUB90 and drilling a hole in the box to increase air inflow.
Then, it became a wonderful Engine that produces power well from low rpm and turns all the way to the top.
The quality of the intake manifold, Bracket, Gasket, etc. is good and we are very satisfied with the quality and performance.
It would be great if you could release the carburetor SettingData, hopefully only for your own product combinations.

For normal use, there is no problem at all.
The engine power is small, so the Driven Sprocket, which had been set at 15T to increase one step closer to the maximum speed, has been changed to standard in order to give priority to ease of use in the practical range. (OEM) I screwed up the head of the bolt by setting the torque wrench to 20Nm by mistake when I changed it back to 14T. (Reflection)
Well, since I have another Bolt and the threaded Bolt core is still there, I thought that the fixing plate would not come off and I could ride it for a while until a replacement Sprocket arrives. (Lol)
I kept it for about a month without any problem, and I bought a M6×10mm Stainless bolt to make a new Bolt, and replaced it with this KITACO Sprocket.
The OEMBolt does not have screws cut under the head to prevent the bolt from hitting the casing, so we used a washer to replace the thickness of the bolt that does not have screws cut. I should have bought an OEMBolt, but I didn't know the part number because I don't have the Parts List.

It is fun to try the Best Match with FSprocket!
I always enjoy climbing a certain public road with a 3-speed LITTLE CUB, but 3rd gear is not good at all when the DRIVEN is set at 40 with the standard +1. However, the engine load was too large during the long full throttle sections, and I did not know when the engine would break down. I wanted to give the engine a little more room to rev the engine so that even at 40km/h in 2nd gear, the engine was not at full throttle, so I decided to raise the DRIVEN 2 steps at once to 40, skipping over the standard 39. I didn't have a very good Image at the standard 39 Ding.
So I lowered the Driven to 38 Ding and the result was as I expected at first. I was able to get out of 2nd gear at 40km/h±α without having to go full throttle on every Corner. I was happy to find that I did not have to drop to low even on the tightest Corner climbs, and I did not have to drop Engine RPM on most Corner exits when entering the Corner, so as a result, I was able to drive without spoiling the acceleration feeling too much.
In addition, the engine RPMs are now more generous in 3rd gear on the downhill corner, allowing the driver to enjoy a greater sense of speed when entering the corner.
It's fun to experiment with different FRSprockets and see how they run.

There are not many varieties.
Rear sprocket was replaced because it was rusted and still wanted to swing to the high speed side.
Since PRO's Sprocket seems to be special, NORMALCUB's Sprocket cannot be installed, so this is installed.
It is close to NORMAL but a little on the fast side.
I am comfortable with KITACORear sprocket, which I use all the time.

Kitako I trust!!
The packaging, condition and quality of the item are all good. However, in the case of JB03 Monkey imported to Korea, the screw hole size does not match, so additional 10-pi expansion work is required. Since it has been converted to 428, I believe there will be more reliable driving force transmission and durability. View detail

Not too much or not enough?
The crankcase gasket seems to be thinner than the OEM product, so I have some concerns.
Head Gasket seems to be fine as it is quite firmly. Is the exhaust port gasket thicker than the OEM Product? I am not sure if I can tighten it up as it is because there is too much resistance to crush it and crimp it.
