Purchased in preparation for Exhaust System replacement
We will be replacing the Exhaust System on the NINJA1000 soon!
Naturally, I had to replace the Gasket, so I purchased it in preparation.
Since NINJA's exhaust system is a dual exhaust system, two Gaskets are required.
Gasket itself could have been anything, but I chose this one because it seems to be a standard product used by many people.
I can't wait to replace it.

Switch
This is installed along with the relocation of switches.
Light can be turned on and off. The BlinkerPush can now be used to reset, and the operability is good.
It may depend on the handlebar, but there seemed to be interference with the tank when the handlebar was turned down to its full length, and some fine adjustment was necessary.
It would be nice if it were a little less protruding and a little more compact.

No problems during the period of use.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Just like the image. At the time, I was aware that if I wore the Funnel, it would probably get a huge power boost. I was satisfied with the Large version because it looked like it would suck in well.
Was the installation difficult?
The mounting diameter of the Φ55 is a bit larger than the OEM carburetor, so I used a Glineda to add a cutout and then tightened the band.
The OEM air cleaner box was not included since it was ska tuned from the time I bought it, so I didn't need to remove it and could install it right away.
How was your experience with it?
Unlike my original intention, it did not lead to much power up.
In terms of quality, the smoothness of the BodyPlating surface was good, and the intake efficiency seemed to be good, but the effect on the FTR223 was not so good.
I returned to Power FilterSpec. without being able to figure out the setting properly.
I kept the record of Main jet#145 as SettingData.

Clear Exchange

Impressions after using it
There is nothing much to say about the quality and comfort of the product, and it can be used normally.
There has been no exhaust leakage from the mounting area, so I think the product is functioning at least as well as it could.
▼ Attention
When installing the gasket, apply a thin layer of heat-resistant gasket to the cylinder, and you will be able to install the exhaust system without difficulty.

If the cylinder and head are large and strong, you can continue to ride in the medium to long term with this cylinder.
There are few BALI etc. in Piston and it can be used immediately. High accuracy.

85ccQuantity:It's expensive considering the Set's price is around 11,000 yen.
Of course, Quantity:I think it is better to buy a complete set, but if you have no problem with cylinder and head and only need to replace piston, you can choose this option. As insurance.

Lever corners are painful, Bolt rusts easily
Used for Bar handle of CUB.
The pulling force is the same or stronger than Regular's Lever. So braking is not a problem.
The overall texture is not bad either.
There are just a few difficulties.
1. Bolt rusts easily
2. Wire's Thailandco twists and turns.
3. Lever's corners hurt my hands.
4. LeverSwitch (Brake switch) is chunky.
The Bolt rusts easily. It's not painting or plating, it's an oxidized film like Black skin iron.
There is a Wire Thailand connector in front of the Lever's WireSlot, but
This makes it structurally easy for the Thailandco to get twisted. I can pull it but it doesn't feel good.
The other thing is that Lever is so angular that it hurts my hands.
Can't they at least do something about the corners of Lever?
Well, there are negatives, but it's a pretty easy Lever to use and I like it and keep using it.
I even exchanged it for a Regular Size Lever for a moment, but instead of a longer Lever
