Fits: YAMAHA SR400
If you think about it in the long term, we recommend replacement.
I was looking at ESTRELLA's Fuel Cock, and I was wondering about SR400 too.
I'm not seeing any glitches at this point, but I'm concerned that there may be some in the near future.
This one is also dirty near the Fuel Cock, I could see Gasoline seepage, so let's replace it!
I feel like I should just replace the internal Packing, but I decided to replace it still wanting to continue to ride.
Like ESTRELLA, SR is also a negative pressure carburetor.
Fuel Cock (Negative Pressure Cook)
...Cook is a Fuel Cock that uses air pressure.
The Motorcycle is divided into Parts called Fuel Tank (Fuel Tank) and Fuel Cock (Fuel Cock) that connects the Carburetor.
Cook's Place.
The parts called "Fuel Cock" are attached to the bottom of the fuel tank.
Applies to vehicles equipped with a Reserve Fuel Tank.
Mainly Carburetor cars.
How Fuel Cock works.
It is generated when the engine is running and the air mixture is inhaled. "Negative pressure" Gasoline flows through the open valve by
Simply put, if Engine is on.
→Gasoline flows.
When the Engine stops
The flow of →Gasoline stops.
[If the Fuel Cock malfunctions...
Fuel supply is not normal, causing Engine malfunction or fuel leakage.
→Idling unstable, frequent stalls, Gasoline smell.
...Gasoline leaks.
→ Flammability hazard.
Fuel Cock failure can occur over a long period of time due to deterioration. The following are some of the causes.
Cause
Rust in Fuel Tank, Gasoline mixed with rust passes through Cook →Damaged parts in Cook 。
Internal packing damage due to age-related deterioration.
*Packing is mainly Material:Deterioration occurs due to constant contact with Rubber and Gasoline.
I think this is also the case for SR400.
A simple explanation is that Cook = faucet.
You know how sometimes you find water leaking even though you've tightened it properly?
Material inside:It leaks because the RubberPacking has deteriorated and is no longer sealed.
Although the replacement is not large, there are many steps involved.
How to Replace Motorcycle Fuel Cock ~SR400~
(1) Empty the fuel tank (Gasoline). 。
If you see Rust in the tank, remove the rust. Soak the tank in rust remover (Sun Pole can be substituted) and leave it to soak overnight.
↓
(2) Turn off Fuel Cock.
↓
Pull out the Fuel Hose and the Negative Pressure Hose.
Please check that there are no cracks in the hose.
↓
Place the Fuel Tank from (4) on a step Ball or soft place.
↓
(5) Replace the Fuel CockAssy.
↓
? ?→? Return in this order to complete the process.
〜After replacement
◎Of course, the Gasoline blotch near Cook is gone.
◎Improved a little Gasoline smell.
If you want to keep the cost as low as possible, you can replace only the packing with a large sturdy one, but if it is an old car body, it is better to replace it with a new one.

ESTRELLA's Restore is still going on (laughs).
I'm not seeing any glitches at this point, but I'm concerned that there may be some in the near future.
I've been thinking about it a lot again.
The area around the Fuel Cock is dirty, i.e., I saw seepage of Gasoline, so I replaced it. 。
It may be due to the deterioration of internal packing or something, but we decided it would be wise to replace it. 。
Fuel Cock (Negative Pressure Cook)
...Motorcycle Negative Pressure Cook refers to a Fuel Cock that uses air pressure (negative pressure). 。 Motorcycles have Parts called Fuel Cock that connect the Fuel Tank (Fuel Tank) to the Carburetor (Fuel Cock).
Where's Cook on this thing?
The parts called "Fuel Cock" are attached to the bottom of the fuel tank.
Applicable to vehicles with *ESTRELLA or Reserve (reserve fuel) Tank. Mainly Carburetor vehicles.
How Fuel Cock works.
‥ Negative pressure type Fuel Cock is generated when air (properly mixed with Gasoline) is sucked in when the Engine is running. "Negative pressure" The valves are opened and Gasoline flows through them by

Why is the Fuel Cock broken?
Cause
Rust in Fuel Tank, Gasoline mixed with rust passes through Cook →Damaged parts in Cook 。
Internal packing damage due to age-related deterioration.
*Packing is mainly Material:Deterioration occurs due to constant contact with Rubber and Gasoline.
→ Here's my case.
A simple image would be a water faucet, which is leaking even though it is supposed to be shut off properly, right?
This is similarly true for the Material inside:It's because RubberPacking is deteriorating.
Replacing the cook itself is not difficult, but there is a lot of work involved.
How to Replace Motorcycle Fuel Cock ~ESTRELLA~.
(1) Empty the fuel tank (Gasoline). 。
If you see Rust in the tank, remove the rust. Soak the tank in rust remover (Sun Pole can be substituted) and leave it to soak overnight.
↓
Turn the Fuel Cock to OFF.
↓
Pull out the Fuel Hose and the Negative Pressure Hose.
↓
(4) Remove the Motorcycle Seat and Side cover.
It can be done even if * attached, but if it is a Side cover with Gasoline, there is a risk of the paint peeling off or the Seat deteriorating.
↓
(5) Remove the bolt securing the tank and lower the tank.
↓
?Replace the Fuel CockAssy.
↓
? ?→? Return in this order to complete the process.
If you want to keep the cost as low as possible, you can replace only the packing with a large sturdy one, but if it is an old car body, it is better to replace it with a new one.
OEM is recommended over external if possible. Due to durability issues.

Enjoy that the paint design has changed from the first release of the Monkey 125
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is steel with a blue and silver painted finish which are divided by a gray pinstripe. About the feeling of use, I find the painted finish of the Monkey 125 fuel tank to be most impressive and enjoy that the paint design has changed from the first release of the Monkey 125 so I can change the look of my Monkey 125 by swapping out fuel tanks.Products to buy together, A tartan seat from the latest released Monkey 125 would be ideal to also add to your cart as another part that will drastically change the look of the Monkey 125 from the original all black seat. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the fuel tank for my installation was average due to the number of parts that are required to be transferred over during the swap which ended up taking sometime to complete. Cost performance and comparison with other products, Pricing of this product is good. You receive a beautifully painted fuel tank with a perfect fit between the first and latest release Monkey 125's and there are no readily available aftermarket fuel tanks that I know of. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. Genuine Yamaha Special Washer for YZ250F 2003
This bike came in with a lot of issues which have clearly not been addresed in a number of years. One of the main ones bothering me was the fac that the fuel tank was bouncing around which is of course a major hazard. When we found the issue, it was that the previous owner or someone who should not be let anywhere near a bike, had totally left out the special washer that helps keep the fuel tank stable with the pivot. This was not really a hard part to find and at the cost from Webike, I am really surprised this was not replaced well before now. The cost of this part and the other ones in my order was really good as I got them all shipped together. All arrived via EMS in 5 days with everything perfectly packaged and 100% great condition. The washer is a good machined cnc part that was well presented. The finish is a smooth clean and ready to fit. The inner diamter is absolutely perfect, the bolt went in no problems, there is very little movement at all now. The fuel tank is now safe and one of the bigger jobs to get this bike back where it should be. Thank you Webike, great work. View detail

Was the one you received as per Image?
The image is exactly as it looked on the ZX10RR that I saw at Kawasaki Plaza.
Was the installation difficult?
Access is easy as the product is attached to a tank.
Easy to degrease with Parts Cleaner
・Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) If you want to put it in the center to avoid asymmetry, you may want to change the Large size.
Since it is harder than a common tank pad (https://www.webike.net/sd/23719657/etc.), I was worried that it might come off against the curved surface of the tank, but the double-sided tape is strong and has not come off yet.
How was your experience with it?
Unlike a typical tank pad, it is a hard resin-like product that is quite slippery when traced with a finger.
There seems to be no worry about yellowing of the non-slippery transparent part, which occurs with common products.
It is about 2 years old and has not been used that much, but still no discoloration or deformation.
When running the Tandem, the One Shoulder Bag is hung on the front of the body, so the tank and pad are likely to be subject to rubbing, but there are no scratches etc. yet, perhaps because it is a material with a wide defensive range that is slippery, for better or for worse.
No products are ever "Glamour." I thought it might not fit in with the glossy Cowl, but it wasn't a Type that bothered me that much, so I don't mind. But I don't mind because it's not a type that bothers me that much.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Double-sided tape was stuck on the back side.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
No particulars. It has a wide defensive range, high defense, and strength that does not come off.
[Similar looking products with different prices exist.
KawasakiOEM Parts with the same look and feel. 99994-1075:https://www.webike.net/sd/23654851/" and there are differences in price, but details are not available.
Although it is an OEM Product, it does not contain any maker logo and is a very solid product among Tank Pad. It has a wide range of protection and the price is about the same compared to other tank pads, so I think it is a good choice.

Genuine Honda Cushion, Fuel Tank for VFR800F 2015
This is a part that had gotten customised for some reason, the owner of the VFR800F could not tell my why but it was not performing as it should. We wanted to get a correct replacement set for these so went directly to Webike. I purchased 2 of them as you might as well at this price. The parts were not hard to find as they also fit a few other models with them just being cushions. I also cross referenced with Honda schematics to make sure I had the right part number. Webike price was super good value and with us needing 2 this was a no brainer to buy here. With a few other parts in my order, I had them all shiped together with EMS to save on shipping costs. Everything arrived in 5 daysa of shipping which is a really good time frame for such a long distance. All the parts were snuggly packed and no damage was caused during transit. These cushions are just rubbers essentially but do hold an important part if you do not want to damage your tank whilst riding. The vibrations from just regular road rising will cause te fuel tank to hit the frame and you really do not want to have to replace a full fuel tank. They were in the Honda packets and are made of a pretty sturdy rubber composite. Strong but have enough to do what they are supposed to do without compromising the integrity of the part. They fit really easily and although you cannot see them unless you lift the tank, they are very nice to look at. Pleased with the purchase and no more vibrations from the tank. Thanks Webike, great job you guys do. View detail

Genuine Honda Sprocket Bolt for TRX400X 2012
I needed a few spares for the TRX400X that needed a new set of sprockets. I always like to change the bolt on this kind of job as they are prone to damage when removing. I found the right part number by using the tools Webike provide and then for my own peace of mind, I cross reference with Honda schematics. The price was really good value so I got a few as spares as they will be needed at some point in the future and it's always nice to have them at hand. I always have more than one item in an order as it just makes sense to save on the shipping. I use these days EMS as they just do it great. All my order arrived in 5 days from shipping and everything was in 100% perfect condition as you would expect. The bolts cam ein the factory Honda packets all individually packed. The bolts are a well made part, the maching on the htreads is superb. Not a sign of any debris or burrs or excess metals. As I said, perfect. Not a hard job to complete but make sure you torque right or you may get issues. Thank you Webike, you always come through. Brilliant. View detail

You can't use 16LiterTank without it!
[How is it used?
Since we converted from an unbranded CB1100 14-liter tank to a 16-liter tank of the same shape as the last model, we also needed a Gasoline cap of a different shape, which we purchased.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Smaller than the Image. Large size with a width of less than 100mm.
Was the installation difficult?
It's Bolt On and it's easy.
I am replacing Bolts with DuraBolts.
How was your experience with it?
It is different in usability from the Retro-like caps we have been using. If you put in too much gasoline, you do not have to worry too much because the tank is designed to allow more gasoline to escape from the tank side receptacle.
In the current MODEL, Rebel 1100, CBR250RR, CRF1100L, CB1300SF, and other recent Motorcycles seem to have a common Cap.
NSR and older CB1300 models do not fit because the tank cap size is too large (about 115mm in diameter).
[Included Parts:were they on?
Not particularly
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
It is not suitable for old cars Custom because it loses the Retro atmosphere.
Also, it can't be helped, but the price is too high.
▼ I see a lot of Motorcycle with Tank capType here in terms of functionality. Personally, I like the RetroType Cap and would like to purchase an Adapter that would allow me to use it, like the Tank capAdapter made by White House.

Conversion of unmarked CB1100 to 17LiterTank!
[How is it used?
The normal tank of the 2011 CB1100 had a capacity of 14 liters, which was not enough, and the emptying light came on after 200 km of continuous travel, and when touring, the fueling timings were not different from those of a Small Engine Displacement Volume vehicle. Therefore, we took the plunge and replaced the tank with a 17-liter tank.
Please see separate imprement for 16LiterTank conversion.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The quality is as good as the Image because it is an OEM Product.
The image is not in NORMAL condition, but PRO has been asked to fill the Emblem with Pate and apply Yon FourSticker, and the color has been painted Parakeet yellow. I like this color because there are very few people who ride in this color.
Was the installation difficult?
Like the 16LiterTank, the Large change is to drain Gasoline. We recommend that you ride up to the limit once to reduce Gasoline and then replace it.
Incidentally, Clearance can be used without undue interference with Zetfather Seat for NORMAL14LiterTank, which is also a perfect match.
How was your experience with it?
It has a longer range than the 16LiterTank, 300km continuous sailing is no problem, the 100km difference with the Normal tank is too Large!
[Included Parts:were they on?
No other; a separate Emblem or Sticker is required for NORMAL status.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
If the tank shape is closer to the old Yong Four, the 18-liter tank made by White House is closer, but due to delivery time and price, we diverted the OEM tank.
▼Packing and pumps can be used as they are in the unmarked NORMAL pump. The display works without any problem at all.
Since it is higher than the Normal tank, it may interfere with the Handlebar and should be replaced carefully.

Fits: HONDA CB1100 EX, HONDA CB1100 EX
16-liter capacity increase!
[How is it used?
The tank of the unbranded CB1100 has a capacity of 14 liters, which is small, and after driving almost 200 km, the empty indicator appears and it is difficult to refuel without thinking about refueling, so even when touring with friends, refueling is frequent….
Therefore, without much consideration of cost-effectiveness, we replaced the tank with a tank of the same type as the last model, which was not likely to be available, and succeeded in increasing the capacity by more than 2 liters.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The paint job is beautiful and the quality is as good as the image.
The color is 2017MODEL Candy prominence red, which I like because it is a rare monochromatic color for CB1100.
Was the installation difficult?
I thought the compatibility was questionable since it was a replacement for the Normal tank, but to my surprise, it was Bolt On. The only hard part was to remove the Gasoline.
Incidentally, it is a perfect match for ZF's Seat for 14LiterTank, and Clearance became CinderellaFit as if it were an exclusive product.
How was your experience with it?
I can afford to go up to 250km range, I think I can go 300km, but I'm still new to this so I'll update a little at a time.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Nothing else is available, so Emblem must be set up separately.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The tank with its gouged design is not to everyone's taste, but it is surprisingly fresh and good for parenthesis, as it can be chained to your image.
If you prefer old cars, I think it would be more tasteful to use the 17LiterTank of the early EX.
Cautions for installation
Since there are two Breather pipes, it is necessary to set up a separate hose.
*Fuel Pumps could be diverted with no problem with unmarked ones.
