[How is it used?
I switched my car to a Z900RS and the NORMAL sound was not bad, but
Purchased because the sound quality was a little different from my taste and I wanted to change the appearance and reduce the weight.
The following imprements were installed on a previous Z900 (unmarked)

Material:I found it surprisingly heavy for this Size in Titanium.
The slanted area on the opposite side of the exit has a rough surface like sharkskin.
Was the installation difficult?
When installing the inner baffle, use a ring to hold it down so that it does not wobble inside.
The system allows the user to enter the parts, but there are many similar parts, so it was difficult to know which parts to use.
I wish they would number the bags containing the Parts.
Silencer band is included, but you need to prepare your own bracket and bolts for fixing.
You need to be creative and inventive yourself.
I installed it in combination with K-fac's CLRExhaust pipe,
The bracket is Nankai Parts' Universal Bracket Length 225mmOffset 75mm (Part No. MSTL-225FR-75),
The silencer was fastened to the OEMLoading Hook by using the OEMSilencer Fixing Bolt.
Spring is the one that came with the CLRExhaust pipe.
However, the Silencer band is a little small in diameter and deformed when used as it is.
The bracket is then connected to the OHLINS Preload Adjuster.
Spacer of 3mm was put in because of interference.
How was your experience with it?
In combination with K-fac CLRExhaust pipe, even with inner baffle in place.
Considerable blast from Idling.
It might be more annoying than the SC-PROJECTFull Exhaust System without Baffle that was installed on my previous Z900 with the same Straight structure.
The Z900 series has a high ColdStart Idling.
Idling in a residential area is a Level that is sure to be Objection from neighbors.
Baffles can be attached to the exits as well,
It sounds like a whistle, like a Large Dump car, and I can't bring myself to use it.
The sound quality is rough and muddy from Idling with CLRExhaust pipe + Inner baffle.
The sound does not become a clear high-pitched or pleasant sound as it is turned, and it remains a harsh, dusky sound until the very end.
The trend may be similar to the OEM sound.
It seems that the inner baffle is causing a lot of exhaust resistance.
I don't feel that the low speed Torque is extremely gone and AfterFirea is not at all.
I feel that the performance has been downgraded quite clearly because it feels like it is jammed on top despite the bombast.
I tried running the next day WITHOUT Baffle's full Straight and it was so loud that I could say it was heinous.
Level, which is no different from the straight pipe of a family car.
The sound quality and running are better than with Baffle, but at any rate, it is too noisy.
It is highly likely that we will abandon the use of the system, although we need to consider whether we should compromise on driving and sound by emphasizing style.
Very disappointed because I like the look of Large.

I was expecting the sound quality to be clear and pleasant like the previous SC-PROJECT car.
With Baffle, it was like a very loud OEM that I didn't like.
The sales pitch was that the volume could be adjusted by using a combination of inner and exit baffles.
The volume of the Inner is not as low as expected, and the sound quality is poor.
Exhaust resistance is too Large and performance is down from NORMAL to Large.

I installed it to improve exhaust noise complaints, but the benefit was not exhaust noise but high RPM range extension.
It now runs about 20% better than NORMAL.

Installation was a bit difficult, but the two split Flange was installed with ease using Tie Band, but problems arose.
The aluminum on the exhaust pipe side is defective. The cause is that there is a large gap at the flange joint, which is larger than the aluminum on the exhaust pipe side, and it seems to have been tightened in such a way that it covers the exhaust pipe, resulting in a dented condition. It is doubtful that the PRO can detect this condition, but since it is usually not obvious after installation, it will be installed as it is.
The reason for this is that the chamfer on the inner diameter side of the Flange seems to be Large. I do not think that an installer who can recognize this will not install the product by PRO.
To prevent this, the flange inner diameter side should be chamfered with a threaded surface, the exhaust pipe side should have a larger diameter and the flange thickness should be about 1mm thicker than the exhaust pipe side.
Although it was done by an amateur, it happened in real life, so I would like to see the development of a product that anyone can install by themselves without fail.
Attachment to Motorcycle comes from the place where you install it yourself.

It was originally designed for the KLX230, but since the Engine is the same, we installed it on the 230R.
The O2 Sensor must be plugged.
The reason for replacing the exhaust system was to reduce weight more than anything else, and it is much lighter than the heavy Silencer of NORMAL.
The sound will be brave in its own way, but since it is JMCASpec. it will not be the ear-splitting explosion of Single.
I use SP Tadao's PowerBox for my exhaust pipes, and I was thinking of using SP Tadao's silencer as well, but I was attracted by KFACTORY's slim design and decided to purchase it.
Although it is not possible to say "Power up at once by changing the Exhaust System," the benefits of weight reduction were felt well.
The problem is that the idling of the KLX230R is very high to begin with, but after the exhaust system was replaced, it became even more noticeable, and I have the feeling that the return is worse with the AxelOff.
This was not a problem when driving on level ground, but when descending the EnduroCourse, the speed was quite high in Idling even in 2nd gear, which was a miscalculation. We need to think of some way to adjust the idling.
For an Exhaust System product, the precision was outstanding and installation was easy.

KFACTORYSlip-on Silencer
We chose KFACTORYSlip-on Silencer, which is unlikely to be covered under the condition of Japan Government Certificated.
The volume is about the same as OEM or maybe a little quieter. The Plate of Manufacturer is a type of Double-sided Tape, so it is good that there is a choice not to attach it.
This is a good recommendation for those who do not like the big OEM exhaust system and prefer a quieter exhaust system.

Sound and light!
It has been about 6 months since I installed it, so I will give my impressions.

Mainly city driving and touring, but can go on any situation.

Full titanium with beautiful unique coloring.
It is lightweight, not in proportion to its large size.
The shape and large size may be different for different tastes.
Was the installation difficult?
The body is a Slip-on Silencer, so it is easy, but it took a lot of time to fit the special heat shield. (It is removed now).
How was your experience with it?
Previously, YOSHIMURA was installed.
1.Is this a car inspection Large sturdy enough? I think so.
2.While the high-rpm extension is the same as in NORMAL, the low-speed Torque is noticeably thinner.
3.We knew from the beginning that most people in the same car model are wearing it.
4.Surprisingly heavy for a small swing.
All of these complaints have been resolved.
Idling volume is about the same as NORMAL, but the sound quality is more subdued without Rose.
I like the sound quality when running at Axel constant in 3rd gear or higher with heavy bass.

I did not realize until I installed it that the Bracket mounting portion that suspends the Body is designed to be attached to the Reverse side of the Tandem Footpeg.
(All external exhaust systems from NORMAL to most of them are front side)
If it is NORMAL, there is no problem, but if you change to an external exhaust system hanger, you will need to measure the clearance of the reverse side accurately and insert a separate collar, etc., due to the difference in thickness, or you will not be able to install it properly.

If you open the Vinyl bag containing the Silencer, you will find no scratches or dents. The seal is on the bag, but the transparency of the Vinyl bag is poor and I can't see it well.

I don't mind that it's the Reverse side, but if it were the Front side, I wouldn't be convinced.

I replaced the Full Exhaust System of CLR-R+ of the same Manufacturer with only the Rhino LANCER here.
During the warm-up, I feel that it is annoying in a residential area, but it is not so annoying during normal idling.
When you start the car, it has a nice high-pitched sound above 4,000 rpm.

K-FACTORY Titanium Slip-on Exhaust
The weight between OEMExhaust System and Titanium silencer is really different, Quantity : Pair (for Left and Right) It is still more so.
Many Muffler makers have adopted Blue baked colors, but K - FACTORY can also be said to be a long - established store.
